I'm sorry with the few that have had issues with Air Tropics. I've been with Air Tropics for 8 years and counting. I've bought a new Heating and Cooling for the main house and a 2nd Cooling unit for studio home back in 2017. I've always had excellent experiences with Air Tropics. Whenever there has been a problem, they came and fixed. I also have them come twice a year for maintenance since.

Jason has provided excellent customer service and is resolving my the issue immediately. This is the customer service I experienced when purchasing my new unit and I’m glad to see it isn’t gone.

Had a great experience with the company 3 years ago when they installed my new unit. Since then, it’s been a lot of unreturned calls for seasonal checkups. Finally had someone come out today for a routine check and they replaced two parts. System is now not working, it’s 80+ degrees in the house with three small children and no way to reach anyone for emergency service.Will update if there is any positive resolution.

Over the summer, they came out to fix the AC in a 3-year-old Trane gas pack. Months later, the first time the heat was turned on, the furnace wasn’t working. Both of the Air Tropics numbers I had were not functioning. Their website’s chat feature was not functioning. They didn’t respond to my email. I hired another company to climb up and have a look. That company’s technician found the heater had been turned off. The heater had worked fine the previous spring, and Air Tropics were the only ones to have touched the unit until now. Draw your own conclusions. I did.

Our experience with Air Tropics Heating and Cooling has been nothing but positive. We've been with them for the past two years and a half now and they have always done amazing work by us. They are quick to respond to email/phone calls and even do same day service if they have the chance to do so. Jason and the boys have my vouch. Again, can't stress enough the great work these guys do. Consider giving them a chance when your HVAC unit needs a fixer-up. Friendly customer service, the hard work they put in shows clearly and they're just overall a friendly bunch. These guys deserve a win. Thanks again for your services, Air Tropics and here's to another 3 more years with you guys.

Our old HVAC system was on its last legs, and Heating & Cooling helped us choose and install a new, energy-efficient unit. The installation team was professional, clean, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Our home has never been more comfortable!

Fabian Desantiago and Jack Manning made a great team and provided excellent customer service in a world where customer service is a rare commodity.
They were knowledgeable, explained to me the technique they were going to perform and advised me of what to expect while they were here.
It was refreshing to have an actual conversation with someone who knows how to make eye contact and answer questions clearly.

This was a very stressful time, as all plumbing issues are. The team members from Intelligent Design were Fabulous. Hardworking, patient with explaining what was going on each step of the way, respectful of our time and our potential plumbing needs. Call out to Ryan, Tyler, Jack and the wonderful apprentice ( sorry, I can't remember your name!) Highly recommend!!!

We’ve been Intelligent Design customers for 3+ years. Everyone on the team is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and effective. I appreciate the outstanding communication, including text messages with photos introducing the technician who will be providing service. We’ve recommended Intelligent Design to our friends and family members.

1-Star Review: They abandoned an existing customer.

I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance. I took a day off work to be here for them. At the last minute, they called to cancel.

This shows a clear pattern: they prioritize new customers and new sales over keeping commitments to the people who already bought from them. My problem is still not fixed, and my time was completely wasted.

Their lack of respect for existing customers is astounding. I will never purchase from them again, and I advise others to be very cautious. If you need reliable service after the sale, look elsewhere.

Appreciate all the work provided by Kevin and Eric. Both electricians were personable, professional, and did an excellent job. They were timely with their arrival, having called to say they were on their way. Work completed and explained as to what was done. Photo documented their work which was shared via email. Great job! I would rate their work 5 stars and would highly recommend them. Kudos!

Russ and Brittany competed a professional and quality service today. It was complete and they did not rush. There's always opportunity to improve the system so be aware you'll likely talk to management at the end of the appointment.

Knowledgeable, friendly, clean, service oriented. Jonathan came with his own equipment. Changed our filters. Cleaned the vent.

Johnny arrived on time and was very professional. He repaired the issue I was having with my system. It was not giving out heat. He also recommended and performed maintenance on my hvac unit to help with the longevity. I trust their work and have always been satisfied with the service. Thanks Johnny for the great service.

Intelligent Design worked me into their schedule for a second opinion I requested. Ziggy called after working an entire day and I asked him to come even though he would arrive around 6:45 pm. He showed up with a smile and a positive attitude. He quickly understood what I needed and gave me his honest assessment. Then showed me why he made the assessment. I didn’t need any work done. Because of Ziggy’s honesty and tenacity to still make the late call and Intelligent Design’s willingness to get me on their schedule, they now have a new customer. Thank you Ziggy.

Ziggy did a great job today and was very thorough with his inspection. Was very patient and explained everything to us. We had a very good experience and definitely recommend him and Intelligent design for sure! Thank you very much!

Jordin & Sage were great! They called to see if they could come a little early (which I love!) Both guys were very professional & friendly - explaining the process and quickly addressing my questions/concerns. Thank you!

Noah came out and checked my houses roof, and metal porches to see if there was any damages. Everything was at correct pitch and shingles still looked good. I need other work, but not related. He was on time, very polite and did everything I asked
