We called these people in regards to an AHS claim and the attitude we got was less than coming. It was clear they did not want our business!

They were able to come out spur of the moment yesterday when it was 113°, our house was 90°. Thank goodness they came out and were able to reset our unit cooling the house off in time for us to sleep!

Friendly, quick service! Daniel came out on fairly short notice, and was super kind and helpful and took time to explain to me what was going on with my A/C unit, and what the most economical solution was. He fixed it in the same visit, and I was most appreciative of the cold air and minimal charge at the end - as I was fearing the worst! Highly recommend.

I'm new to Tucson, so didn't have a reference when I bought a house and needed a/c troubleshooting. Customer service was great. Dan got me on the schedule, and even called me when my preferred time slot had a cancellation. The next day, Daniel came out and got the a/c blowing 100% for a very reasonable price. I read reviews for several other local HVAC companies and many of them require their customers to be available all day and then fail to even make it out on the scheduled day. Heatwave gave me a scheduled time that they stuck to, which is makes my life so much easier. Highly recommended!

Other companies over the years have had me waiting all day and have costs an arm and a leg. Talked to the father Danby phone, and the son Daniel came out quick, put up with all my dumb questions, and had me fixed in an hour. The price was amazing and no games! I have found my go-to AC guys! Heatwave saved me from sweltering in the 110° heat after another service provider abandoned me and left me without AC for more than a week. Raul listened to my story, expressed compassion, and made a plan with me to fix the problem promptly. He even fit me in sooner when a gap opened in his schedule. He explained the problem to me, fixed it quickly, and stayed to make sure everything was resolved. What a relief! I would recommend this company to anyone needing prompt, expert, and compassionate service!

Hires people who can't even drive properly, use turn signals or figure out where they're going in advance. Almost got nailed by one of your drivers who crossed solid lines to get in front of me in a turn lane. Didn't even bother stopping, just kept cutting in front of me almost causing an accident. Was looking for an HVAC provider, now I won't even consider these guys. Do better.

For the past 20 years I have used Heatwave for all my heating and cooling needs. Last week they replaced my 15 year old Trane heat pump with a new Carrier. As always, Daniel did a super job from the time I got the quote to installation. If you want the best service all the time, use Heat wave.

Great service. I got the news I didn't want to hear... the A/C is dead.. but.. I do appreciate the HVAC tech and his hard work. He tried to get the beast going again.. time to sell a kidney and get a new unit. Great job by Crest Heating and Cooling, I will use them again in the near future.

While we used another company in the end for our new AC unit, Cody was fantastic in teaching us about our options and giving us the best discounts possible. They are a newer company, but you can surely tell they are not new to this profession!
