If you enjoy waiting around in a hot house for an AC tech who shows up almost an hour later than the scheduler promised, this is your company. When I tried calling to check in (using the number they texted me from), no one answered—apparently “24/7 service” means “good luck after hours.”

When the tech finally arrived, he did "several tests" on the system before declaring we needed a brand-new unit—to the tune of $10,000–$20,000. Thankfully, I got a second opinion the very next day from a reputable company. Turns out it was a cheap, easy fix. No new system. No five-figure bill. Just honesty—something this company is clearly unfamiliar with.

If scare tactics and dishonesty are what you’re after, book away. Otherwise, call someone reputable and save yourself the wasted time and money.

Perry Heating, Cooling came to do a tuneup service on my AC today. I was impressed with the prompt arrival and professional way everything was handled today. Everything was explained to me so I could understand exactly what was done and completed. Also technician went over regular routine maintenance to help keep my system running smoothly. My air conditioning was not cooling my house properly. The guy came out and told me that I would have to have the entire coil replaced and because it is behind the furnace it would be cheaper for me to replace the entire AC unit and the furnace at the same time for approximately $17,000. I called in a second opinion and they said that I had a very small leak that was easily sealed, and since my furnace and air conditioner were in immaculate condition, the air conditioner and furnace each had at least 10 years of service left. I ended up paying $1600 total for the repair plus 10 years of preventative maintenances (three times per year) to this other company. What a scam.

I called to get an estimate on a new HVAC system. I was pleasantly surprised when thy said they could come the next day. The estimator was knowledgeable and gave me several different options. The Perry representative was not high pressure and he tried to fit a system to our needs.

We've been with Perry for 13 years. Good product, good service. Reasonable price. Friendly agents who service our HVAC system at our home.

Had them come give my system a once over, after having just bought the house and had an inspection done on it. The tech was extremely informative and gave the best run down on everything he found. Loved working with him. Will be using them for our system from here on out.

I’ve been a customer of Perry since 2015. I had them install a brand new Trane heat pump system in my house in 2021 along with a multi year service plan. The install was flawless and the bi-annual maintenance visits always go seamlessly.

I had Perry Heating, Cooling install my last 2 air conditioners - 2 different homes - and when at spring check up, the tech located a leak in my 11.5 year old system, he presented options. He was clear, calm and answered all my questions. Within 5 days I had a new system installed and today a supervisor followed up to make sure all had been properly installed. I've been very pleased with the products and service over the past 20 years.

Our Tech Rafael Tapia was absolutely unbelievable ! Put one compressor in it was BAD ! Most techs would have said we'll try to find another one and hopefully get back tomorrow or the following week ! He left called me back in 20 minutes and said I found one it's being dropped off in a bit but while hes waiting he's already working to get the BAD unit out so he'll be ready when the new compressor gets here that's what you call a professional tech that is prepared.And rate in store the new compressor when it gets here ! I know there's a lot of companies out there would not go out of their way and then have that type of integrity.To please their customer and he went way beyond that.And some ! Replaced HVAC Sysyem. Great job by Perry. Micah answered all our questions. Robert and Ozzie demoed and installed our new system. They all have the experience and training to do a first class job. We are happy with the new system. It works better than the old could.

Martin Chavez came to the house to put in a new hot water heater. Later return to replace some valves. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. We were completely satisfied with all his work. He had a friendly demeanor and we have nothing but positive things to say about his work ethic. We’ll definitely call if we need any more work.

There were signs that our water heater was failing. One morning our hot water taps were running cold. Not knowing of a plumber I did an Angi’s search for plumbing services. Five businesses were recommended. I called a few and left messages regarding my need. I called Perry Heating & cooling and spoke with an actual human. A technician was sent out the next day. Within two hours, thanks to the plumber, Martin’s, skill & knowledge, we again had hot water. Quick, expert service.
