The technician texted me when he was on his way, giving me a 25-30 minute notification, which I really appreciated. He (Levi) was polite and efficient in servicing my A.C unit. Also, when he recommended cleaning the filter more often, I asked him to “show me how” and then let me try it to be certain that I did (know).
I found the whole while Levi was here, he was busy checking & re-checking to be certain the A.C. Was functioning properly. He did not “rush” through, and I also appreciated the time he took to be certain everything was in order.
I have been with D and S Air for many years now, and I give them 5 stars every time!

We were told by another company that our split A/C unit had a refrigerant leak and needed to be replaced for a total cost of $4,200. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and called D&S. Will came out, used a refrigerant leak detector, and quickly found the actual problem: a leaking flare fitting.

He repaired the fitting, recharged the system, and now it’s working perfectly, all for just $82! I’m beyond thrilled with the honesty, professionalism, and efficiency. I will absolutely use D&S again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service without the upsell.

When it's 110 out and Friday you appreciate same day service. Jesus was actually early and worked hard for 1 1/2 hr checking my system and repairing it. My family has used D & S for many years and have always found the entire staff to be professional and reasonable.

I had a compressor go out on my A/C (only about a year old). It was under warranty for 10 years, and I also had a 2 year labor warranty. The company that installed the A/C unit went out of business. I called around only to find out that while replacing the compressor itself was under warranty the labor was not covered due to the installer going out of business. The person the owner of the company that went out of business recommended came out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a burned out compressor, but wanted to charge me $2600.00 for labor and freon. Upon checking the Bryant website, I came across D&S Air. When I called and explained my problem, Will Tanner (the owner) understood my plight and agreed to do the job for only $1700.00 Job was done professionally and on time. Who knew freon wouldn't be covered when you had to replace a compressor under warranty? Anyway, I was pleased with D&S and would highly recommend them!

A friend recommended D and S Air when we needed a new AC and furnace. They effectively handled a fairly tricky retrofitting. The work was accomplished on time and within budget. A special shoutout to Jessica who worked with me on their loyalty program, and to Will who came out on a very hot Saturday to quickly fix a problem. I'm so glad we took our friend's reco!

We always receive great service from D and S Air Conditioning. The techs always have great communication are on time and explain everything they are doing. The prices are fair and our tech Levi was excellent.

All was good- except I had to ask at the end if the technician was going to look at the a/c unit. He then did some checks on the unit outside the house and then said all was good.

Terrible company. Originally when my unit was installed they wired it incorrectly and had the water leaking into my floors. Had to call and the owner himself apologized and came out to fix it. Red flag #1.

That was 2 years ago.
Today I called and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I highly recommend using any other company for ac issues. Even if these are the people who installed it initially.

Levi performed a very thorough check out of my HVAC system and explained everything he checked. He even opened the A coil chamber, which is not easy on my Trane system. Highly recommend the company.

The staff and Will were wonderful. Will took his time to explain the use of the mini splits and even helped me with downloading the app and learning how to use. All were very professional. Definitely will let my friends know if they need AC services. Thank you!!

I am very pleased with the service I had today from Levi. He was extremely professional, and diagnosed the problem with my furnace quickly (the fan motor). He pointed out a noise that the motor was making, and helped me feel comfortable with the diagnosis of the problem. He was very polite and courteous. I won’t hesitate to reach out to D and S next time I have trouble with my HVAC, and for recommendations for maintenance servicing.

Levi was our tech, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Setting the appointment with Stephanie was quick and easy. Called on a Thursday and had service by Monday.

We hired D and S Air to perform an HVAC inspection on a home we were under contract to purchase after our general inspector said that the entire HVAC system (both heating and cooling on both floors) was non-functional or could not be tested.

After being charged $190 for their "inspection", D and S provided a report claiming the upstairs system was entirely functional/working and that the downstairs only needed a blower motor replaced. This did not align with the general inspectors findings or the observed errors we saw multiple times when touring the home. When I called to question this they continued to assert that the system was fully functional aside from 1 blower motor needing replacement for the downstairs unit.

Luckily for us the seller hired another company to fix the issue. This other company uncovered multiple issues and confirmed that neither system worked at all in the condition they were in. Both blower motors needed replacement along with a control board. Had the seller not acted in good-faith and had we been foolish enough to trust the D&S report we would've been closing on a house with a non-working HVAC system and a hefty bill waiting for us. Total waste of money.
