Great experience all-around. We had 2 units that were 18 years old and and 1 failed. Instead of automatically trying to sell me new units, will the owner took the time to diagnose the problem and offer a repair solution. No other company did this. We ended up going with 2 new units anyways and the entire crew was great. Actually got both units installed in 1 day. The work was top notch and the price was much less than the bigger HVAC companies around town. I did an apples to apples comparison and D&S offers exactly the same warranties and parts as the competition. The install was perfect. Do yourself a favor and don’t pay more money to large companies that have huge overhead (hvac salesmen, etc….).

Arrived on time ( they were even available earlier), diagnosed the problem and didn't try to upsell me on a new unit. They Arrived on time the next morning to remove the old unit and install the new one. Had it all buttoned up by the end of the day with minimal disruptions to my day. Knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and all around wonderful folks to work with.

Will and his crew were great. They listened to me regarding the issues I was having with my old system and came up a plan to correct them and install the new equipment. They were courteous, respectful, and professional as well as honest. I will recommend D and S Air to others.

The gentleman performing the service was very polite and careful with his review of my system. He was very thorough and also mounted my thermostat so it was more secure.

We are new to Tucson. I asked a neighbor who they used for their HVAC service. He told me about D&S and all the neighbors and family that use them. I called and they were able to schedule my service in a very short period of time.
I also needed to install a new thermostat that I had. Levi installed it in short order. It didn't work. He easily diagnosed the problem, the new thermostat had a defect. He re-installed the old one that still worked just fine. I'll return the defective one and Levi said he would be glad to install the new one when it arrived.
Great experience at a reasonable price, I won't be using anyone else for my HVAC needs.

Levi came out to service our unit and tighten things up. He explained everything to me. Didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary things. He also helped me come up with a plan for future service that fits our needs. Will continue to use this company.

We came back to Tucson early not expecting the heat and non-working AC. Called on a Friday and got a Monday afternoon appointment. D&S was recommended as several friends use them.
Levi got us going. Was very professional and thorough.
Capacitor, added refrigerant and checked for leaks.

The young technician, Levi, spent several hours going over my AC, getting it ready for winter.

I was impressed at how thoroughly he cleaned up the system - blower and condenser coils -, fixed a broken wire in the motor control unit, and tested out the heating and cooling. He made sure to communicate clearly, every step of the way.

He even did me the favor of straightening up the mounting of my GPS Antenna on the side of the roof.

D and S was very responsive to inquiries and prompt with providing cost for unit and installation. Both the office staff and field staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We arranged a date for installation and they arrived on time and provided great service. I am happy with the unit they recommended and their expertise. I also feel very comfortable with their continued maintenance of the equipment.

We had two air conditioing units and a water heater installed by D&S Air. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were prompt in submitting a bid and scheduled installation in a very timely.manner which was important as we were leaving for the summer. They completed all the work in one day with three very courtious men. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would be willing to to be used as a reference.

We have used D and S Air for over 12 years. They are a highly reliable and professional company. They hire excellent and personable technicians and they stay with the company! For today’s service, Jesus arrived early and did a thorough check of our units. And he is a delight to work with!

Levi was very efficient and polite. Another company said we needed a brand new air conditioner for $17,000. Levi diagnosed the problem and charged us $170. We now have cool air upstairs again. I will always be grateful for Levi and D&s!!!!!!
