My husband and sister-in-law loved intelligent design so we bought the 5 year maintenance package (not cheap). Then our service went down hill. They would set up a maintenance appointment then not show up or call. They replaced a nice thermostat with one we have never seen before that never worked. After several maintenance calls and staff not knowing how to work the thing we gave up

We asked to cancel service and get some money back. We were told we would owe them because of discounts on items. The only things we got were a new water heater and the broken thermostat. Needless to say we moved on but 3 years later they still call us to set up maintenance. Don’t use this company

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Aaron. He came to my folks house where we had our water softner fail and flood the garage. He found the that the problem was the water pressure regulator on the main water feed to the house. My folks had hired a handyman off Angie's list previously. To sum it up the last guy installed the wrong regulator. The water pressure was to high. Aaron was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He returned the next day and fixed it. He was a good man. He sat and talked to my folks who are older and made them feel comfortable. He also fixed a minor issue with the water heater. Real solid dude. Intelligent design will also be back to take care of a few roof tiles and replace some fascia board. 5 stars for Aaron and the organization!!

He was very professional, and he explained exactly what his company would be doing to replace my water heater. He ws also pleasant and very respectful. I would highly recommend Intelligent Design.

If they could have done what I asked of them as I explained on the phone what I needed I would have went with them all the way. They didn’t charge me they came out on what they do offer a free estimate on the roof and in my circumstances because I needed a licensed contractor to look at the work I had done for insurance purposes I got advice because they couldn’t follow thru because the work was done by a non contractor they offered other options and prices and payment plans. They are a bit high but if I had the money and the right credit score I would honestly say they have it all together. They are very professional and very honest and very helpful and I just felt like they cared.

I contacted this company on short notice through a $28 dollar coupon found online to clear a drain. Andrew (the owner) personally handled the problem I was having and dispatched a highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable technician (Jack, prior Army 11B, solid dude) to resolve my issue. Jack arrived and immediately got to work clearing the line. He was extremely professional and efficient. The drain line was cleared in a matter of minutes and the system was returned back to a serviceable condition. After the job was complete Jack walked me through the causal factor and in detail, explained what further work would be required to prevent a blockage in the future. The owner and personnel of this company are stand up men & women and I highly recommend their service. I will use this company again when it comes time to accomplish the permanent repair. Andrew & Jack, thank you again for being men of your word and getting this problem squared away.

I was thoroughly impressed with the work Aaron performed. He's more than a plumber; he's an artist and a perfectionist! He's the only plumber I'll use in the future!

I've been working with Jacob Jameson and his team on various plumbing issues that developed since August. We migrated the gas water heater and installed an electric on on the side of the house. Along with the work outside, we installed an awesome water softener system that has produced incredible results. We now have new toilets and valves which give me a great peace of mind. This job initially was for a leak near the fridge but became a whole kitchen remodel. Invasive processes like this can be daunting and stressful but the guys at I-design made the process bareable. They tend to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable on the tasks at hand. I'm happy with all the work that's been conducted thus far and do intend on collaborating with intelligent design in the future.

Adam and Jonathan came to her home to do the semi-annual inspection. They did a great job, they were very thorough and knowledgeable. They exceeded our expectations and getting some parts replaced that were under warranty. We have had our AC unit since 2019 and whenever we have had a need they have come out quickly and addressed our concerns. We are very happy with the company!

having a water heater burst can be almost as traumatic as a fire. the damage and loss of hot water demand immediate help. Because he'd taken such great care of us in the past, we reached out to Jacob and the Intelligent Design folks again and it was a great call.

Jacob quickly diagnosed the problems, and gave us a game plan to get us back to normal. he connected us with with a terrific remediation provider, made recommendations for a replacement appliance and performed not only a rapid and flawless installation, he did so in a manner my wife finds aesthestically pleasing as you can see in the attached photo for yourself.

bottom line: after only one cold shower, we were back to inexhaustible hot water and domestic bliss. Thanks to Jacob and the Intelligent Design Team!

Daniel arrived and estimated the job within a reasonable amount, then the work was accomplished in the time frame mentioned. Professional and respectful.
Will definitely use again, but I would not like to need one, but if I do I know who to call.

Tyler from Intelligent Design went above and beyond to find a solution to my unusable gas fireplace. I told him I wanted an easy way to start it without having to use a lighter and he found a new starter switch that came with a remote control. He also installed an additional shut off and That allowed me to control the gas from outside the house. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and the cost was reasonable considering what it cost to get a new gas or electric fireplace. Tyler was very kind and thoughtful and respectful and left the house spotless.

Corbin Minor repaired my heating system. He was extremely personable and did an excellent job. He also replaced a battery in my smoke detector which was not a part of my original request. I was very satisfied with his services.

Brandon was very professional, courteous and respectful. I felt Brandon was being honest and forth coming with me and our situation. Thank you Brandon! *UPDATE* After Brandon was here Sammy, Cris, and Ivan arrived. they were very respectful and very professional and everything looks nice and tight. Sammy, Cris, and Ivan even came in on their day off so just to speed up progress(THANK YOU) we are very pleased with the quality and transparency and professionalism. i would recommend them for your next job 100%.
