These guys are great! Second time in two or three years. Had great experience both times. This time they were called it was almost 5:00 PM. Anthony still checked out the air same evening. Had new part and repaired first thing in the morning. I have two small dogs and really appreciate the fast service, especially this time of year!

We had a really bad experience with our home warranty company, it seemed they were in no hurry to get a repairman out to fix our unit and we were going to have to wait over a week without ac. I have a disabled sister that lives with me and that was unacceptable. We called Ultra AC ON A HOLIDAY and they sent Anthony out right away! He found the problem, fixed it and was out the door in a half hour! 5 stars isn’t enough for the great service we received and I will definitely be using Ultra ac again. In fact I will also leave a review on Next door neighborhood as well. Thank you so very much!

Ultra Air was fast, courteous, efficient and honest! Anthony told me what was going on every step of the way and their prices are much more reasonable then the competition! He quickly diagnosed the problem, went and picked up the new part and got it installed correctly. It's great to have cold air running again in the middle of summer!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Everyone from the receptionist to the service tech (Emmanuel) was kind, professional and extremely helpful. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment. Service was done quickly and the company was transparent and reasonable with their prices. Highly recommended. This will be the only HVAC company I ever use!

I came across Ultra Air's service special while looking online for a business certified to perform an AC maintenance check as required by warranty. Lissette was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and scheduled my appointment in a flash. This was followed up with a text reminder of my appointment info. Nice! Anthony performed the service, arriving on time and calling ahead as promised. He wore a facemask and shoe coverings. He was friendly and polite. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough and not rushed. He explained what he was doing as he went along. Our unit is relatively new, so thankfully no repairs were necessary. He listed a few recommendations based on his inspection, but thankfully did not subject us to any high pressure sales tactics. He also provided flyers and briefly explained their service plan offers. I am always impressed when employees speak highly of the company they work for, and Anthony expressed pride in working for Ultra Air and the standards they set and training they provide. Their customer service is 'spot on'. And I definitely intend to purchase one of their maintenance plans!

Angel, Anthony and Rey did a great job on our new A/C installation and troubleshooting of our secondary unit. They were professional and did an excellent job communicating the status and process for the installation.

The team at Ultra Air are professional, responsive and very easy to work with. They worked hard to find out what was wrong with our unit, followed up with the manufacturer, fixed and ultimately replaced our unit under warranty. Perseverance, kindness and amazing customer service are what make them the best!!

The Technicians at Ultra Air were Fantastic. They just installed a New Air Conditioning and Heating Unit for us and their Technician Angel went Above and Beyond to make sure everything was 100% up to our expectations. I would Highly Recommend that you call Ultra Air Conditioning.

My AC broke down and within 30 min I had an appointment with Emmanuel. Less than 48 hours later he was at my house explaining exactly what went wrong. He fixed it immediately and explained what to look/listen for when things go wrong. He also offered great advice on future maintenance of the unit as a whole! Excellent company! And Emanuel is awesome. Very professional. He was a few minutes early and THEN he told me it was ok to help review the a/c unit with him. He took the time to show me step by step what I need to monitor. And I very much appreciated his patience and time going over our system. I will call them again. Great group of people.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and kind. He told us exactly what was wrong with our unit and the price to fix. He offered us a maintenance plan for future repairs and in doing so offerd us a discount off of our repairs for today. Me and my fiance don't know a lot about AC units so it Was nice that he was able to explain everything and it was a good price for the reapirs. I Recommend them. They are a growing company but more people should really know about their great work.

Ultra was awesome! They went above and beyond in the install. The Techs knew what they were doing and did it right. That is such a rarity these days when people care about the work they do. I would recommend Ultra to any one. We got estimates from a lot of companies and chose Ultra in the end and so glad we did. Everyone at the company has been a pleasure. These guys were great and I highly recommend them. If you have a few extra minutes, I have detailed my experience below.

My A/C stopped working and a friend recommended these guys. They came out pretty quickly, refilled my refrigerant and told me that my 30 year old unit will probably need to be replaced soon but did not pressure me. I had to call them out again a few weeks later because the fan motor stopped working (as they told me would probably happen).

I bought a new motor so I could have my A/C back right away and asked to be put in touch with someone that could talk to me about new units. They gave me a good price and deducted the cost of the motor they had just put in the old unit. I ended up needing a power upgrade (from 100 to 200 amps) to upgrade from a 3 ton to a 4 ton unit which took a few weeks but they still honored the original quote. Robert referred me to an electrician to help me through that process and he also ended up being a real pleasure to work with.

The install was quick and clean. Everyone I interacted with, Manny, Rey, and Robert were a pleasure to work with. The city inspector came out a few days later and commented that they did a very nice job.

Robert also handled all of the city permits, paperwork, and scheduling the inspection. He even mailed in all of my extended warranty paperwork for me.

Manny has been my AC technician for two years. I selected this company when my AC went down in 2015. His knowledge skills and ability make him an excellent choice to service my AC they came out the same day when other companies said I am too busy. Ultra air did not charge any extra for the emergency. I highly recommend them and Manny to anyone who needs service. They won over my business for life.
