I had my kitchen and laundry room drain plug due to corrosion. So to fix that problem was to coat my drain with epoxy. Julian and Alonzo came in and explained all they were doing step by step. They have good communication also the tech and supervisor with me. It was a good experience all around.

Alek was wonderful, very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. We’re very thankful he came out. He diagnosed a major issue with a 24’ tree root interfering with our sewer line and clearly explained what we’ll need for a separate water softener project.

Nate came to inspect our HVAC systems. He did a very thorough job, then went through his findings and recommendations with us, including numerous photos he had taken. His explanations of issues were very clear, and he explained our options. His knowledgeable, professional, and friendly manner were greatly appreciated. He returned in a couple of days to help implement the repairs we decided to make, and we had a wonderful experience again. Would highly recommend Goettl and Nate!

Have had great service from Goettl on a few appts. First time reviewing. Mostly just slows drains, previously, always easy to get an appt. So that is appreciated. Had a toilet put in yesterday so my first install. and the installer was awesome. Nick Mayhew. He was professional and personable. Got the job done timely and the toilet looks great. Also he took care of cleaning up and took out the old toilet and boxes. really appreciate all the guys that have helped me from Goettl. You rock!

It’s never good when you need a plumber, right? Except when you call Goettl. You always know who is coming and when! Every Goettl employee wears a uniform with their name on it and you can match them to the picture that is sent when they’re on the way. Employees are polite and knowledgeable and explain everything before work begins. What more could you ask for? I am a Goettl customer for life, you should be too.

Amazing young man! A credit to Goettl, he was very professional and polite. He fixed the problem quickly and took the extra step to do a diagnostic check of our pipes and they were bad! Thank goodness he went the extra mile to prevent future expenses!

Stacy, Joel, Francisco came out on a Sunday and Monday (a holiday) and put our needs first. They cleaned up after themselves and got me going. Exceptional service. Cody went out of his way looking for parts that I needed and did his magic with the work I needed. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’m so glad I have a membership with them. Jordan was on time, courteous and went above and beyond his job duties to secure my thermostat coming out of the wall.

Mark was simply fantastic installing our new water softener — thorough, professional yet personable. We appreciate his clearly addressing all our questions patiently. My one suggestion is that Mark gets a new company photo — he’s a young handsome guy not a grumpy looking old man!

I can't complain about the quality of their work, it's good. It's their prices and customer service that are questionable. They are EXTREMELY expensive. I called them because there was water leaking out from under our house. They came very quickly, but quoted us a very very hefty price for the repair. They also stated they could not do the repairs the same day. As I was at work, they had to deal with my mom. They were going to leave us without hot water for FOUR DAYS until they could get to the repairs. As soon as I found out, I called them back and told them they needed to have someone out there to at least get us temporary hot water back until the final repair could be done. They did come out and restore hot water the same day, but the fact that they were going to leave us without hot water for four days and still charge us over ten grand is ridiculous. Then, they proceed to tell us that they need to cut open our drywall and will NOT pay to have it repaired. I also said that this is unacceptable, but let my mom handle it. They gave us a paltry $200 credit to have the drywall repaired. As my mother was paying for the repair I left it up to her and she agreed to it. If it were me, I would not have. This company is overpriced and has mediocre to poor customer service. If it were up to me I would not use them again. The plumbers who came out to our house were very professional, friendly, and skilled, however and I have no complaints with them. It's the company that is the problem.

Stacy came out to do a previous maintenance inspection and found some other items that needed to be addressed. He was very professional and personable. Would highly recommend and definitely will use him again for any HVAC services in the future.

Goettl technician showed up the same day I called for an emergency sewer line blockage. I needed 30 feet of sewer line replaced plus additional sewer pipe lining, and a backwater valve replaced
Nick, Julian, and Josh were at my home for four days. They did a meticulous job, cleaning up every day with no debris left. They were responsive to my questions and took pride in their work. They explained the work to be done in great detail.
The work team was terrific, and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.

Troy Fox is a solid, competent, and highly effective technician who fully explained all the nuances of the heater maintenance he diligently worked on. Troy is personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took his time to first thoroughly service my system and then patiently explained in layman's terms what was done. Not being versed in this type of tech, I now feel I have a clearer understanding of how my system works. Troy is an asset to Goettl and carries himself professionally, honestly, and with integrity.

Mark Espinosa was prompt, friendly, and an excellent plumber. He explained everything I needed to know. I highly recommend Mark and the Goettl team. Edit 2/27; Mark E once again did great work for me. He installed a new toilet for me and kept everything clean and tidy, too!

John was great. Service was timely, priced fairly and John was thoughtful and through. Thank you so much !! Updated. The team lead by Nick throughly inspect my primary and secondary plumbing lines and determined I was a good candidate for a poxyliner. I am thrilled with the service and follow up. As my lines were not damaged but were showing signs of debris this was a good move saving me thousands in the future. I am very grateful for Geottls service and team members. I am extremely happy. John and Joe were awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable,. Made us feel extremely comfortable with everything. We had a new water heater, a new water filtration system and a new faucet installed all in about 4-5 hours. Fast work, and very professional. Both have fantastic personalities, so they chatted with us as they worked. Fantastic job guys!!

Ashton was amazing! He checked the AC thoroughly, explained everything that was going right, and made sure all my questions were answered. On top of that, he was very respectful and even helped bring in packages from my front door. Truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

CalelinTaylor came to perform annual plumbing inspection. We have our home systems inspected annually. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, and treated us a valuable customer. He found an issue with our hot water heater and made a recommendation that could possibly prolong the life of the appliance and take care of a function regarding efficiency as well as flushing the sediment that was building up. We agreed with the recommendation and he performed the work. We were happy with his work and he explained exactly what he was doing as well as writing it up in the repair/work notes that will be recorded with the company.

Josh came told me every thing he did. But he didn't have the salt and correct filter for kitchen sink. Jeff came with all parts and pieces the next day. Both gentlemen were doing a great job very quickly. They explained everything did at my level.
