JC was very kind and explained the issues needed attention on the A/C system.
He showed pictures pertinent to the parts needed to be repaired. He will also send a detailed report with prices and options.

We had a new AC unit put int and our ductwork redone and the install created a leak which then caused roof repairs. They do not stand by their equipment or service. They upcharge and nickel and dime for everything and customer service when there is any issue is horrendous!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will be happy to take your money though! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

AK AIR was contracted to install our AC system. Since then we have continued to pay for point inspections program. Our last inspection, RJ, informed us of some concerns that may jeopardize the longevity of our system. He provided options available to meet our needs. He was polite, friendly, competent, and knowledgeable.

Arturo has always been great to work with. Ultra professional and courteous. I think he is the best HVAC technician we have worked with.

Dominic is a joy - professional, helpful, caring. Even though there was some "bad" news for repairs to be done, he xid everything in his power to soften the blow. I highly recommend him

Jacob came out to do the six month inspection which is included in the Alaskan Servive Plan. He was on time, did a great job checking out the furnace, and was very helpful in answering my questions regarding same. I have been a customer for the past six years and Alaskan has never disappointed me in quality of service.

I Had my New HVac system installed in the Summer and let me just say my Electric bill was cut in half! The Alaskafacation was included in my purchase which includes preventative Maintenance. Mr R. Lopez just conducted this service for me and was Highly professional very clean and neat with the services and also let me know if I needed a new air filter or not. I couldn’t have asked for a better tech to come and represent Alaskan AC. Thank you.

Anthony was outstanding for my annual heating system check. On time and very efficient. Service completed in 30 minutes with a brief but detailed explanation of the service. Also fully explained to me duct cleaning service which I plan to schedule at a later date.

Very easy to work with, great communication. On time. Anthony Walker was my service person this day such an Awsome person, very thoughtful let me know everything he was doing. He seemed just like one of my friends visiting, very polite & professional. The office person was very helpful too.

Came out same day. Identified the problem and fixed it. Friendly and informative service. Only charged the service fee as there were no parts involved. I’ve used Alaskan before, they impressed me then, and they impressed me again today. I would highly recommend Alaskan for any AC issues and Roque was a great specialist.
