I've only had outstanding and reliable service from Mechanical Forced Air over the last two years. Knowledgeable, friendly techs who are very honest with you regarding what needs to be fixed. Very responsive office staff too. I don't call anyone else. Living in Tucson with the hot temperatures we get, I need someone to get it right, quickly, the first time - and that's exactly what you will get with these guys. THANKS

Our home warranty contracted these people. We are satisfied so far. It was very cold on the days before Christmas, and since we are not too familiar but they fixed our heater and did a good job we are happy with this company.

Very professional and fast. Kept their promises and were here when they said they would be. We LOVE our double AC replacements. Excellent quality at an affordable rate. Fast financing option as well.

We had a great experience, it is july15 and 107 degrees outside our AC broke down in the evening and they had a great tech out before noon the next day. You can tell a good tech when they use good quality tools. With other AC companies I have waited 3 days for service at this time of the year. We are so thankful to Barbra and Keven for getting us back up and running so fast. Great customer service and fine attention to detail. We will absolutly use Mechanical Forced Air in the future when in need. Thanks again.

Do not use this company. They never answer the phone, they have terrible attitudes and they like to lie. Especially that garbage receptionist.

A few years later and apparently nothing changes with this company. The receptionist (another one) is still terrible. Emails are written like they’re written by children. The best part is now apparently they’re lying and probably stealing. How do you tell us you have never gotten the parts needed but tell the warranty company that they installed it twice and it didn’t work. This is definitely information that the licensing board would be interested in.

Excellent. Straight to the point. Great explanation and competitive costing. Courteous service techs who took care while working and cleaned up as if they were never there. Made sure everything was functioning and to my satisfaction.

Carl, one of the owners is very knowledgeable and professional. Justin was a good installer.
I had previously only met Tyler because he does the service on all of my units. (Airbnb's) He's great and knowledgeable also.
I also believe they are very fair.

Mechanical Forced Air did an outstanding job installing my minI-split ductless air conditioner system. The price was more than reasonable for a multi unit install in three bedrooms, especially when compared to their competitors. They were also very responsive to my questions and concerns. I was also impressed by their attention to detail and the quality of their work was excellent. They quickly performed the install in a day and a half, which was impressive. Needless to say, I highly recommend them as they more than exceeded my expectations.

I've used Mechanical Forced Air three times: to repair my main AC, install a mini-split and repair my furnace. Excellent service, prompt, cleaned up after the work and explained everything clearly. They are now my go-to company for HVAC. Just had them service my mini-split and Tyler did a great job explaining what he did and what to expect. Very satisfied.

AC tech was very knowledgeable and diagnosed noisy AC problem. He replaced faulty part. It was a lot less than expected because he did not try to replace non faulty parts that he said were good. He is very honest and fair. I will definitely recommend him to family & friends.

Every time I need help with my Mini Split system, they come to the rescue. They never try to do more work than necessary and charge a very fair rate. I’ve had plenty of issues with people not showing up or not willing to come to my location, but they never have any problems. If they say they are coming, you can count on it.

Edit: 3 years later, same story. So thankful we found a good company to work with here.

Was really a great experience! Carl came in here, found out what was going on in a matter of minutes, had the part in his truck and got my furnace working! He even went as far as showing me what to do if it stopped blowing again and how to change the blower on my own if need be. I thought that was awesome because it shows me they aren’t just out to get your money, but to actually help you. That just made me a loyal customer and if I ever need help again, I’m giving them a call. Thank you!

Best quote I got. New HVAC and furnace. Sent contract as I requested. Arrived on time. Did the job efficiently and cleaned up after so you won't have known they were here. July 2024 had these folks back out . My water vapor line was plugged. They blew it out and did the seasonal maintenance. Same great quality of work and integrity. Was a pleasure to have them at such a busy time of year for them .love their technicians so professional and explain every thing

Tyler came out for our annual warranty maintenance inspection and gave us a thumbs up report. He cleaned the filter and inspected to operation of the split. He's friendly and professional and it's nice to see a familiar face.

Knowledgeable, professional, and responsive folks. They installed a new electric heating/cooling unit for a good price. The first night after installation it wasn't working right, and they came back the next day within an hour of me calling. The wiring needed to be upgraded and they put new wiring in at no extra charge. The kind of service you hope for but don't often get!

Update #1: The unit they installed a couple years ago stopped cooling.

Alaskan AC wanted $1,500 to replace the fan motor. Tyler at Forced Mechanical Air fixed it for $165 in 35 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about him/this shop.

Update #2: The other unit they installed in our casita blew a capacitor in a storm. It was under warranty. Tyler fixed it in 10 mins.

This is a great company. Carl is the best. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. Helps me every year making sure my A/C is great thanks again!

Tyler, Gene, the entire Mechanical Forced Air team are top notch. They're responsive, timely, prices are fair, and they are super experienced. I've never been pressured to buy anything. They are great at educating me as a consumer and ensuring that I understand options and can make informed decisions.
