Jerry came put to my house to install a mini split unit in my garage. He was very professional and let me know everything that he was going to do. The unit came out great and keeps my garage cool. While he was there I had a question about my ac unit for my house and he checked it out. He found the part that was testing low and replaced it. Now our ac doesn't sound like a huge thud when you turn it on. Very honest person and he did great work. Would recommend to anybody needing hvac work

Woke up to a cold house and saw that my thermostat was blank. Called Jerry and he was at my house in an hour. He had our heater repaired quickly and even offered a few maintenance tips to keep our system running efficiently. Thank you Jerry, my family appreciates your quality work.

When our A/C stopped working, just as the weather was reaching 90 degrees, he diagnosed it quickly and gave us quotes on repairing it versus replacing it. We decided to replace and his service quote was substainally (thousands) less than a quote we got from Goettl. Once we chose him to replace, he put the unit in the same day! Very professional and provided us with information on how to register our new AC to ensure we got the extended warranty.

Jerry answered my phone call immediately and was at my residence within 20 minutes! He arrived already hustling trying to diagnose my ac unit. Within approximately 30 minutes he had my ac unit diagnosed and fixed. My family is now enjoying our ac again! Jerry was so friendly, professional and pricing was beyond fair. I Called Jerry on a Sunday and he was out toy house within the hour he refilled my freon which was low about 7 lbs and did some maintenance on my A/C unit. I had a weird vibrating sound coming from the attic and was getting louder and louder as the days went on Com to find out my blower bearings were going out so he ordered the part and came out the following Sunday to finish the repair. Great customer service and very professional will always use h and recommend him to anyone

I walked into my mother's house and it was a stifling 93* inside! I knew something was definitely wrong with the AC. After doing some research I decided to choose HVAC Heating & Cooling. When I called, Jerry answered and had me text the address to him. Within the hour, he was at my mother's house..Replaced two components that had went out and the AC was back up and running!!!! Jerry fixed a leak on my condenser and recharged my system with Freon - it was up and running in just a few hours. He was very professional, on time, and responsive to my inquiry when other companies could not do the work. He's very experienced has honest pricing and he will be the only person doing HVAC work in my home in the future.

My AC unit decided to call it quits at the worst possible time. The company I had used previously went out of business. I was a bit panicked because it was a Saturday afternoon, temperatures were over 100, and my house was 90 degrees. I found this company thru Google and took a chance. Jerry called me back immediately and was at my house in under an hour. He showed us the issue and gave us honest options. He had to get a new unit, so it was going to be Monday before it was fixed but he promised to be out early. Today (Sunday) Jerry reached out and asked if he could do it today! He was here about an hour later and got right to work. By noon my new AC unit was in and going. This guy is a lifesaver! He is the most professional HVAC technician I've ever dealt with. First I want to thank Jerry for taking his time to go to my parents house and check out air conditioner, not only did he get there super fast but he was very honest. He installed the next and he worked in the rain he knew how hot it was for my parents not to have air conditioning. The moment we turned on the air conditioner it felt so nice and cool. I can honestly say, I don't usually write reviews but Jerry was amazing! I had water leaking from under my tiles in the hallway due to a faulty ac pump and clogged drains. I have never had to call anyone previously so I was very lucky to have gotten such a great guy on my first call. He arrived within 30 minutes and shortly after that my pump was changed and we were back in business! I appreciated his willingness to explain things and he even checked the temp on the output air to ensure everything was working as it should be.
