Joseph M was super friendly and extremely helpful! He came in to do an inspection of our unit and showed just how knowledgeable he was by explaining what our unit needed and why it was important.

Tech, Merlin, arrived in a very timely manner and his knowledge as well as professionalism were truly appreciated. I would recommend this company and hope you get a chance to have him as your service tech. He explained thoroughly the annual service plan and it was a no brainer add to the fairly routine call to reset my system and upgrade the thermostat.

They just installed one of our cooling units this summer and we went to turn the heat on and it wasn’t working at first, but Tim Caho came over right away after we called our service provider Louise and same day. They came out and helped out. Super fast and super friendly really appreciate all of his help and knowledge she provided explaining what was going on. I highly recommend this company to anybody who needs heating and cooling. Their expert at what they do and they know what they’re doing Giving fast and prompt service. They treat you like family and they’re always able to figure out what’s going on.

Anthony G was my technician today. He serviced my A/C and Heating systems. His customer service and product knowledge were superb. He took the time to explain my options and was patient in answering all of my questions. Thorough to the enth degree.

I called D&H’s answering service extremely early on a Saturday morning. The service promised a tech to my house to repair a non functioning AC unit by later that morning.
I received a text a couple of hours later, informing me someone would be contacting me to give an ETA. An hour later, I received another text, informing me the tech had a flat tire and was delayed.
Brian called less than an hour later, telling me he’d be there shortly.
Brian was extremely professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He treated me and my house with respect. He completed repairs on my 13 year old unit, saying that it had some life left and did not try to sell me a new unit.
I’m very pleased with the service. The charge for service and parts was not a “great price” but fair and I feel I did get value for the dollar.

I called about a problem and the front desk scheduled me right away. The technician Jonathan was amazing, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He listened to understand what was happening and he went right to work and quickly found the problem. He found a replacement part and then picked it up, installed and tested and things were working again. The part and installation were under warranty and it was all taken care of. So in few a couple of hours after I called to report the problem I had the heater working again. 5 stars to D&H and Jonathan for a great 'get it done' effort. Yes I would recommend them to friends and family .

We've always used them to maintain our heating and cooling, and during the seasonal inspection, I mentioned a slow drain.

Miguel came out, cleaned out my sewer line and went ahead and did some extra inspections with their camera that was already out here.

Steve and Carter were an amazing duo! Very kind, professional, and respectful. They are a huge asset to the team. They went above and beyond for our household, would 100% recommend.

We just spent 20,000 for an inverter unit to be installed and it is running backwards making a foul odor. The unit is also not level outside. They pretty much destroyed the ceiling in my bathroom as well. They hired a crane to remove my old unit, and the crane operator ask that I sign a no fault contract in case he cracked my driveway because the unit was too far for him to pick it from the road. After moving the unit closer to the gate it was found out that there was plenty of room for the unit to fit through the gate, so the $700 charge for the crane was a waste of my money. We called the 24 hour emergency line, and all we got was a computerized message system that says they will reach out to us the next business day or pay a $135 service fee. No stars so far. They remedied all of our concerns about the unit next day and the bathroom ceiling a couple days later. We have cold air now. Thanks for the quick response.

Absolutely impressed! Joseph went above and beyond my expectations. He explained what he saw and made recommendations without pressuring me. Greatly appreciated! The cost of the service was more than i budgeted for, but I didn't get sticker shock. Will definitely stay with D&H as long as Joseph is my tech. Really nice guy. I personally recommend him.

We had our heat pump serviced by Joseph Miller and it was a great experience. He arrived on time, gave us clear and concise descriptions of what our unit needed and then got the work done promptly. And at a reasonable cost.

I have been a family plan member for maybe 4 years. I feel the maintenance service visits are becoming more sales pitch. I lately have been so annoyed by the AI answering system. I called three times and kept getting the virtual message.I think most will find that annoying.

I gave 5 stars bc I was out of town in July. My property manager notified me the AC was not working. At first DH didn’t want to come out with out me being there. Maybe bc I’m a family plan member but they agreed and went out to fix the ac unit. I really appreciate that

Merlin did an fantastic job with my family plan spring AC checkup today! He took the time to explain everything and provided some reasonable options to prolong the life of my equipment. His knowledge and personality are well suited to this customer-facing role.

D & H has excellent service technicians . Mr Joseph Miller came out on a Saturday afternoon with a comforting greeting and hand handshake to repair my A/C unit which had gone out on an unusually hot day for February. He was both knowledgeable, courteous and professional. A neighbor passing by recognized him and stopped to say they had also been serviced by him and were glad to pass on a thumbs up. I gladly recommend D & H Air Conditioning, especially Mr Joseph Miller.

Oh my gosh....I am in complete awe of the two technicians that installed the air conditioner. My house is 46 years old and it was a most difficult job. Just taking the old swamp cooler off the roof was ,to say the least, extremely difficult.They were here on time and wasted no time getting started. Nathan and Brock worked straight through a solid 12 hours without stopping even for lunch.
12 HOURS! I'm so glad I went with D&H.

I contacted D and H for an emergency repair of a furnace that was mot providing heat. The service technician was able to get the furnace working but suggested getting an estimate to replace the a/c - furnace due to age.
Luis Lopez evaluated the system and demonstrated the system was older and had a number of issues. D and H provided a reasonable estimate and we agreed to have the system replaced. Nathan and Brock removed the old system installed the new equipment in an efficient manner and took precautions to protect the floor tile and walls. From beginning to end this process was professional,efficient and completed in a timely manner. Ms. Womack in the office was extremely helpful with answering questions and scheduling work. A bonus is the local nexus and support for Tucson and southern Arizona. Thank you D and H.

We had some follow up work done on the unit. Very pleased with the technician. He did a great job! Sorry if I have his name wrong...Ceril,?? Anyway, he is a fine gentleman with a truly great working knowledge!!

1 month later update.... if you are vacillating with the decision to purchase a mini split or not- DO IT! We couldn't be happier with the difference in comfort level this summer compared the previous years. We love it!

Dillon and Jorge did an exceptional job installing a mini split in our home. They are true professionals with job knowledge and outstanding skill level. They kept us informed and asked pertinent questions along the way, taking great pride in their work. Left the work site in outstanding condition and made sure everything was perfect. I just had HVAC Heating & Cooling LLC remove and Install a new 5 ton unit. What a Great Job he did. It was in a hard location and he worked slowly and got the new unit in very nicely. He was reasonably priced and came right away. I would recommend him.

Walked me through the problem and didn’t give up till he got my compressor was up and running not to mention showed me where my air filter is! So to Jerry my family thanks you!

Jerry is a first rate tech and a first rate guy. I called him out of desperation and he came over immediately to check out an issue with my mini split system. He got the system running again but just as important he gave me a honest appraisal about what I need to do to prevent further trouble, and with no hassle and no attempt to upsell me.
