Great Service today by Manny to fix our thermostat. Manny is very knowledgeable and thorough and everything is working. great. The Russet staff is always friendly and scheduling was very fast.

The cleaning team were friendly and very respectful. When my cats were frightened, they worked with me to keep them calm. I was very happy with the cleaning service. They did exactly what they said they were promised to do.

Repairman was excellent. However the charge was ridiculous. Over $400 for a diagnostic and repairing a wire. I'll probably look elsewhere in the future for HVAC repairs. I'm a many times return customer but this is how I was treated.

Adam did a fine job. The scheduling was not great though. I had requested an afternoon appointment and was told they would call me the day before with a 2 hour window. They did not call and Adam came before 9 am which was not convenient.

Ricardo quickly discovered the previous tech replaced the 24V contactor on the outside unit but had failed to reconnect the compressor. Ricardo connected everything and verified the coolant pressure was normal. Temperature now coming out of the vents is properly cooled.

Our installer, Mr. Garza, did an exceptional job installing our top of the line Lennox system. He kept us apprised of every step through the process. His crew was efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend them!

Sal was great! In addition to completing our AC tune-up, he replaced our furnace filters & performed a minor adjustment. He was very efficient & friendly.

It’s always nice when you have a professional, competent and friendly person providing a service. Sal from Russet Southwest was just that. He methodically inspected our dual-zoned heating and AC equipment, documented all measurements and findings, and provided feedback with estimates on items that needed attention. He emailed his inspection results, complete with photos of all. I did not sense any pressure to pay for repairs or upgrades, though we did discuss some options. I felt very confident and comfortable with Sal’s work and interaction, and was glad that we are on a service contract with Russet. No additional cost for the visit, as it was included on our service plan. Keep up the good work Russet and Sal!

Alex was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and walked us through all the alternatives to keep our systems running at their best. We trust Russett to keep our HVAC units in tip top shape.

Installed new heat pump. Anthony and Danny did a great job. Anthony explained the new features and helped set up the WiFi connection to unit. It’s working great.

Gerald, the technician from Russett Southwest, was outstanding. He took the time to perform a very thorough evaluation of my heat pump and went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything. He helped coordinate with dispatch, documented the visit with detailed photos, clearly explained his findings, and provided thoughtful recommendations. Excellent service all around.

Kevin was absolutely phenomenal with diagnosing the issues with my A/C and offering me the best solutions to get it running at 100% efficiency. I highly recommend Kevin to inspect anyone’s HVAC that is experiencing issues.

Adam did a great job finding the cause of my heat pump malfunction. He offered options for ongoing HVAC maintenance and was respectful of my house. He was thorough in answering all my questions so I feel I have a better understanding of my system.

Jacques did a wonderful job. Very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Plus my dog really liked him! Russett Southwest has the best professionals working for them! I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.

The repairman was friendly and thorough. He was here quickly and was well manored. Apparently, we may need a new unit as this AC /heater is over 25 years old. Kevin Estrella, Jr. is a superb diagnostician employed by Russett Southwest. He has an eye for details; suggests logic based solutions and treats his customers with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Ricardo Beltran is a superb worker! He was very polite and respectful of my home. He explained a small problem I had and fixed it. It's these kind of workers that give a company a good name. Ricardo was neatly dressed and clean which I respect. I would happily have him come every year do do my Furnace check up.

Anthony Ramirez was our tech and was really great! Very professional and extremely thorough. I appreciated he documented his entire process with images so it will be easy to go back and reference in the future. Thanks again Anthony!

Wyatt has been servicing my HVAC system for a while, so I was hesitant to have another technician do my home’s heating service since Wyatt is now in the field less. Adam H. was very thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. It was a relief I have someone I feel I can trust evaluate my heating system. As always, Russett came through for me!
