After a nearby lightening strike I needed my AC unit replaced asap! A call to Riteway got the ball rolling very quickly. Impressed either their team of technicians and rapid response in helping me.

Dameon, Emanuel and their teams were very courteous and careful during the full-day installation project. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They showed us videos of the completed work in the attic. The lead installers took the time to explain the thermostats and set them up in our mobile apps. They took pride in and were accountable for their work.

The project manager I worked with sized my system nicely and provided me with system options that would best meet my needs and stay within budget, along with some finance options.

My installation went very well and actually exceeded any perceived expectations I had. The team was knowledgeable and top-notch and didn’t shortcut anything.

You can expect your team to be there for a full day, and then some, to complete the install, so bear this in mind when the temps rise. I have a solar system, so installing with an inverter also takes a bit longer.

I definitely recommend Rite Way for your heating and cooling needs.

Alan Webber with Rite Way was fantastic! Genuinely helpful and honest. He put a lot of my anxieties at ease after a sewer scoping service and gave very thoughtful advice on dealing with some necessary cleanings and other home sewage needs. I would definitely call Rite Way for additional home services in the future simply because of how knowledgeable, friendly, and honest Alan was during my appointment, which was my first experience with Rite Way. Had a problem with the shower in my girlfriend‘s mom‘s shower. Set an appointment with Riteway, was notified when the driver would leave and when they would arrive. I liked it even more so that I was able to follow the drivers traveling to the house. Ray showed up on time and was very professional in every aspect. He solved the problem almost immediately. Even installed the new showerhead that I had purchased earlier in the day. Very happy.

Top-notch service! Riteway (Mr. Padilla and his team) did a great job installing our new heat pump. The team was professional, efficient, and very respectful of our home. They answered all our questions and left everything spotless after they were done. Our home is now perfectly comfortable, would recommend!

Marco B was excellent with keeping us updated on his expected arrival time, then was super polite & pleasant. The 3 faucet install work was done quickly, cleanly & professionally. We'll be requesting him for a future job!

5 stars for William Myers and 5 stars for Rite Way. I had a very old heater & a/c system that needed to be completely replaced. William is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely hard working. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my questions. He is a true asset to this company.
His team was made up of William & William & Daniel; they were all very hard working, respectful, and did a solid clean install.
I highly recommend Rite Way!

I also would like to acknowledge Nathan Villegas who was very knowledgeable and helpful diagnosing my 31 year old broken system and helped me determine what options I had going forward. I appreciate the efficiency as I didn’t have to make a separate appointment for Eric Pennekamp to come out the same day to help analyze my heating/cooling needs and discuss project details. A following quick appointment Daniel Arthur measured the space for the new system to arrive.
All of the employees along the way were professional, helpful, and respectful in my home which I truly appreciated.

They arrived on schedule to provide an estimate to replace two toilets. The representative, Marco, was exceptionally personable and got right to work. He went above and beyond what I had initially asked for by checking our water heater, water pressure, etc. and also gave me an estimate to replace our kitchen sink. A truly pleasant man who was very easy to be around. If we proceed with the project, Marco will definitely be the service person who we'll want to do the job. Highly recommend.

New note: 2x in one week our new gas pack hvac system went out...no heat. But both times Alex came out to get it going. Second time it wasn't the same issue as the first. But Alex is prossional, considerate and got it going! 👍

Ayden and Ricardo did a great job getting our new AC gaspack installed. These guys were diligent in getting the air working asap due to it being 105° today here in Tucson. They made sure to clean everything up and put mesh around the bottom to keep pack rats out. They also put the wires that go from the unit under the house and up to the thermostat in special sheilding to keep rodents from chewing the wires. Couldn't ask for better service!
Followup: I had to call for a minor thing and Ricardo came out the same day and took care of it. Great job!

Jerald Zambrano was outstanding, and provided exactly the type of service we hoped for. Even though costs were more than anticipated, he took special care to explain the values, and differences in options. He also got us up and running on the spot, allowing us the time we needed to make the best decisions on replacements/upgrades. Really appreciate this level of professionalism in a service like this.

Exceptional ease of scheduling appointment. The rep was prompt, well dressed, easy to understand, responsive to questions. Gave us multiple options with explanations. Jaime did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing the issues with my septic tank. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and completed the repairs efficiently.

It’s not easy finding someone reliable for septic work, but Jaime absolutely exceeded my expectations.

One of the worst companies I've ever had work on my house. They did a big install for me and 7 of there 10 roof vents leaked into my house causing damage. They sent a crew of 10 and all were kids that didn't know how to install and were learning. They didn't want to take responsibility for any of there bad work and as soon as I paid I never heard from them again. Not even for my free 2 year service that came in the contract.

Rite Way did an outstanding job installing a new septic tank and leach field at my home. From start to finish, their team was respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly hard-working. They took the time to explain the process, treated my property with care, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. It’s not easy to find contractors who are both highly skilled and genuinely considerate, but Rige Way delivered on both. I’m extremely thankful for their work and would confidently recommend them to anyone needing septic services. Thank you all so much!

1) Customer Service: I let them know that they should consider, including all possible sewer, and drain costs after descaling and Hydro jetting.
2)Execution: I came from a company that expected daily updates on progress. Maybe it was just me, but I expected something similar from Rite Way. That said they did call me to inform me of the project planned moving forward. The reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because as of this writing they left my front walkway opened up and a few other items incomplete.
3)Financials: This part, I still have to figure out: they "said" they were giving me a 10% discount, one had it out in a second had it back in?

To sum up: workers like Cory Eiler are great. He showed up and got right to work, and when he was done, he made sure to let me know. Pete Heliotes and his crew had the open trench filled and caps on the clean outs on no time.

But Plumbing can be very expensive. I think Rite Way could use some updates to its project management to ensure the customer knows all the possibilities upfront.

Both Rite Way technicians, Jerry and Leamsi, were at my house on time and are amazingly courteous, skillful, organized, meticulous and their workmanship is very neat and clean! They went above and beyond and didn't leave until everything was perfect! I highly recommend them, great quality work and extremely professional!

Both Rite Way technicians, Marcos and Omar, who did the duct cleaning yesterday were very professional, courteous, quick clean and organized. They even cleaned all the vent covers, and they look new now! They also went above and beyond when I asked if they could to the dryer duct cleaning and they got and the roof to do it the same day! Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend!

Jose, Nicholas and Ramon, worked diligently without a break, only for the pizza we ordered for them. They worked approximately 11 hours or until the unit was ready for full operation. I was very pleased and impressed with their diligence and work ethics. The crew also informed me of all the process as they progress.

From the moment Jeremy introduced himself and shook my hand, I knew things were going to be okay. His work, along with Luis’s, was far beyond my expectations. With the level of expertise he demonstrated of constructing quality and original designs, Jeremy proved that work ethic and customer service were his top priority. He was more than thorough, and honorable. This team made sure to accommodate all the needs I had to ensure I could care for my children. I will be forever thankful for the support they provided me.
