It's been almost one year since Temperature Control rescued my family after discovering a latent defect in my first home. They fixed it for FREE as I had no money left.

Yes.. terrific experience with Temperature Control. From sale consultant to every tech and installer. I wanted to go with Premium Bosch Heat Pump and Temp. Control made that happen!! They can be affordable and competitive with standard 2 stage HVACs. Pic is a single package roof mount. A Split system would not work on cathedral ceiling-roof. Crane operators and T. C. techs. Did a precise install, retro fitting to existing large vents and unit stand. Quiet, easy Bosch system + simple indoor thermostat... it's still new, but seldom does everything run so smoothly.
If you're in Tucson--- TEP Temperature Control is the way to go; $'s rebate and energy credits just add to systems overall efficiently. Thanks Temperature Control, a local company.

Great service! When my water heater began to leak, my son immediately contacted Laura at Temperature Control to schedule an inspection. Later that same morning, John arrived and concluded that a new water heater was necessary. Carlos and a colleague installed a new water heater and provided me with a Safety and Efficiency Agreement (SEA). The SEA features a long list of benefits and services, including four free annual check-ups. That gives me peace of mind. Everyone was vey kind, courteous and professional. Thank you!

Sonny Islas was great. We had them seal our vents. Sonny came in and explained to us every step he was doing. Very friendly and respectful. Sonny cleaned up as soon as he was finished. When we were done, we asked him some questions about getting the air scrubber package. He explained that as well and we decided to have that done also. With two large dogs it can get a little stinky but the air scrubber should help out with that to. Sonny was on time and was very knowledgeable about their products.
All in all, it was a great experience.

If I could give Temperature Control negative stars I would. I can't believe how badly we've been scammed by you. Our A/C has been working perfectly all summer, not one problem. Your company called to see if we wanted to have our air conditioner checked because we pay over $600 per year for your emergency service. Since it's been an extremely hot summer, we decide to have you come out on Friday to just see how everything was working. Your technician Tyler said everything was working great! He gave us some maintenance suggestions to extend the life of our air conditioner, but other than that everything was perfect. Not but 24 hours later our A/C stops working in the middle of the night. You have got to be kidding me! What did he do to our Air Conditioner to have it stop working? Well, since we have the emergency service we called you at midnight, your technician on call never bothers to calls us. So, we get through the 1st night without any air conditioning and I call at 6AM - saying why hasn't anyone called us or come out. Long story short, WE ARE NOW GOING ON OUR 3RD NIGHT WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!! We have a Bulldog and a Senior over 80. How in the world can you live with yourself to do this to your customers? I've called now twice to have a supervisor call me and still nothing. We just spent $6,000 on a home water system with your business. You are the biggest scam of a company that I've ever delt with. Shame on you!!!!! How can you sleep at night knowing you've left your customers with no air conditioning when the temperatures are well over 100 degrees? WHEN IN THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS?????

Michael Curtis was on time, courteous, professional and did a great job replacing the outdoor outlets and a fan in my bathroom. The cost was reasonable considering how much time he spent on site. Thanks for coming out during the holidays as well - the staff at Temperature Control is A++.

Jesus was great. Professional, Cheerful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the furnace componets and what each one does and why we needed particular parts to resolve the issue.

Izzy and Jonathon were amazing 🤩 their helper Jesus made everything move right along. Our house is cooling as we speak. Izzy was honest and delivered exactly what he promised.

The technician Cesar was very prompt and professional as was his helper. Personally having 30+ years in the trades myself the install was definately one of the cleanest Ive ever seen and Im beyond impressed. Been using Temperature Control exclusively for years and will continue to do so!

I had an amazing experience with Temperature Control. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and truly cared about their customers. My technician, Elieser, was absolutely awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

They got back to me in a very reasonable time and made sure I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. While working on my AC unit, they even sent me pictures and gave me regular updates, which I really appreciated. The pricing was also very fair, especially for the high quality of service I received.

It’s also worth mentioning that they come out to Picture Rocks, Arizona, which not every company is willing to do. I highly recommend Temperature Control to anyone in need of HVAC service—they’ve definitely earned my trust and future business.

I have been very impressed by the entire Temperature Controls team. The technicians are professional, knowledgable, and trustworthy. Easy scheduling followed by reminders and updates contribute to their excellent service. I would recommend this locally owned company.

During annual servicing of water system we told Technician hot water circulation didn't seem to work effectively as hot water seemed to be to slow getting to the faucet. Circulation pump tested and deemed defective. Pump was replaced and we thought the cost was a little high. The service was 5 star but gave 4 star for price of pump. Circulation seems to have improved.

Rating 5 out of 5! Excellent Service- Julian, a plumber at Temp Con, went above and beyond to do an excellent job and made sure I understood what was done and why. He replaced 2 outside home hose attachments and rebuilt 2 commodes. Thanks, Julian!

From my initial meeting with John Mancini all the way through the installation process with Eddie and Cisco (sp?). They installed a whole home water treatment system and did exactly what they said they would do. On time and on budget. Would absolutely recommend Temperature Control for your service requirements.

They were both professional and thorough, keeping me informed every step of the way. They diagnosed the problem, explained the cost clearly, and had the AC back up and running in no time. Our winter maintenance tech was Eli. He was on time and a true professional. He did an excellent job communicating the system details to us and suggested we do some preventative maintenance, which he was able to complete in the same service visit.
