I write this review for the benefit of those needing HVAC services.

I submitted and online request for HVAC help from Desert Husky while their business was closed. They called me the next day and scheduled a time to meet me. At the time of the call, a service fee wasn't mentioned so I assumed there was no charge for that. Ultimately I felt swindled, when I was told about a $95 service fee. Apparently the online system didn't mention it. It was an honest mistake.

I was contacted by Kevin, Desert Husky Manager, who explained what happened and waived the service fee. Like I said, it was an honest mistake which Kevin rectified. Just know that their service is impeccable. They show up on time, explain your HVAC needs clearly & honestly, and have excellent techs. I just want to let the general public know that Desert Husky is an excellent choice for your AC needs. Thank again Kevin!

Desert Husky was called out to my home very last minute when the regular maintenance individual could not gain access to the AC unit. The service tech, Art, was professional, polite and expeditious. I whole heartedly recommend this company.
Yay for cold air on a very hot day!

Service is quick and to the point. Erin found the issues immediately and we had heating back before my lunch break finished! Glad we called.

Eduardo and Alonso are absolutely amazing! They showed up and replaced my AC and Furnace in an extremely short amount of time and had my home feeling like home again. They’re also extremely kind and careful workers that clean up after themselves! Thank you guys again!!!

Ehren was fantastic. We have been without AC for 11 days and he was very thorough. He checked the AC on the roof and the crawlspace in my attic. He checked everything with the inside unit to determine it was the board that is out and needs to be replaced and even showed me the video of him testing it. He was submitting paperwork to expedite the process.

Ehren came by to help look at our AC unit. He was very kind and professional. Also patient with both our dogs and our kids. He answered my questions and kept me informed on what he was doing during the time he was here.

Ehren came to inspect my AC due to one room not getting cold air. We have had other companies come out before but Ehren figured out the issue in under an hour and did his best to fix it! In the end a report was made to rerun the ducts and I hope he’s the one that comes to fixes it because of his knowledge, competency, and ability to explain an issue in an easily digestible way! Thanks again for the help !

Eduardo and Jose came out and helped us when our AC went out. Once they arrived they quickly got to work in taking out the old system and getting the new one installed and ready to go. Worked super quick and made sure the unit was working perfect. Made sure we were happy with the install. Great company that answers quickly and make sure the customer is left happy.

Kris , was very professional. He fixed minor issues with the AC unit, was very honest with how my AC is working and what repairs I may need in the future. He even fixed my sliding glass door.

I had a fantastic experience with Ehren at Desert Husky HVAC. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my AC, and his attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend Ehren and Desert Husky HVAC for anyone in need of reliable and top-notch service!

I had my landlord take one look at my AC and end up sending it to a vendor to deal with. Well the moment I got the email they found a company I smiled at the name and though I hope they could live up to my expectations. Well, they called an hour sooner than I was expecting, set a time for this afternoon whenever they could make it since they had a lot of other work, and when I called my phone messed up so it dropped and I said oh well I’ll try tomorrow as it was after. 7pm, but they called me back and told me they were 40 minutes away and didn’t want to have me wait if I didn’t want to, so they came. He arrived at 8pm when we talked around 7:30pm, he worked moving fast testing and being completely thorough and telling me what was going on the whole time and when I told him what I expected he didn’t even act shocked I could tell him some of the problems. George was the amazing man they sent to help me and my kid and dogs be able to sleep for the first time in days in a cool house that isn’t above 90 degrees. George worked so hard even though it was late and even smiled through it all. I’m pretty good at seeing past the customer service face and he honestly came across as kind and tired understandably. I’m thoroughly impressed, the AC is working like a dream and I can not express enough how glad I am to have had this company take on the work order for my landlord company and do an amazing job. I am definitely going to be recommending Desert Husky to friends and family around here for their HVAC needs. This was a great experience and probably was the highlight of my week so far.

I spoke on the phone with dispatcher Fernanda. She was able to get me scheduled quickly. The service tech Ehran was super. He explained everything, was respectful of the house and door closing. I give Desert Husky HVAC 5 stars!

Loved working with this company! They did a new HVAC unit installation professionally and timely considering our needs. George was not only professional but also very responsive and helpful along the way. Kevin was able to get us the right price. Highly recommend!

Kris was excellent and has great customer service. He listened to everything I told him that was going on and knew what I was talking about. We have been having issues for weeks. He figured it right away and had it all the proper way and even sprayed out and check the outside unit.

George was out today and did a phenomenal job. Been without ac for a couple of days due to being renters in our home. He was courtesy and friendly and did an amazing job fixing our unit!

By far the best experience I have had with any hvac company. Kris, their employee, was super communicative with the whole process and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He had a large job on his hands where he needed to basically break down my entire HVAC unit and rebuild it within a day. On top of that, it was a high roof unit that caused him to work in direct sunlight the whole day for 8 hours. He smiled the whole day and stayed in high spirits while keeping me informed where he was with the process of breaking down the unit, going to the place to get replacements parts still under warranty, and coming back to finish the job all in the same day.

I wish there was a review higher than 5 stars because Kris is a super star and very technical, professional, and knowledgeable at his job. Thank you for showing me that hard-working young men are still the foundation of our society.

Had an awesome experience with this company . Our community maintenance team couldn't get our Ac unit going at all. Arturo from Desert Husky got the AC blowing cold in no time. Very professional and friendly, will recommend them everytime and will use them in the future for any issues or concerns I might experience thank you!

Art was amazing!!!!!!!!! Best service possible, he came exactly on time as I was told. He got the job done quickly amd efficiently he even went above and beyond and crawled in a 160 degree crawl space to see exactly where my system did not connect to the rest of the house!!! Great company great service thank you for quickly fixing the hvac for the kids in my house and also not having a problem. With having to work around kids!
