Unethical behavior by Angela “CEO”. No regard for your time and ill advised my tenants. If you want to hire a vendor that oversteps their boundaries and potentially makes you spend more money than you should then this is the company to contract.

I bought first home ac and furnace both went out within first week of moving in I was without ac for a while in the summer time called these amazing people Dennis is the only man I trust when it comes to my ac or furnance!!!! He knows his stuff he's amazing!!!

I got a new ac unit from them this summer. I had to reach out several times due to technicians "forgetting" to hook up something.
The real joy is dealing with Angela who is incredibly rude. I'm talking next level Popcopy rude. At one point I asked her what my options where and she said and this is a direct quote "your option is to wait for me to call you back." Forgive me for not wanting to be talked to like I'm trash after I spent several thosuand dollars with your company.
Technicians are kind and friendly.

They really helped a girl and her father in need. Thank you so much for getting it done quickly.

If you're looking for an AC specialist this is the right company. Our AC went out and they were there the very next day. Great communications kept us updated on ETA's and made sure that all of our questions were answered. I hope that my AC does not go out again but if it does I will definitely be calling them. I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best. I hope I never need anyone else. I have an older unit that was expensive and I want a few more years out of it, it has needed some serious attention. I started off with a company that just wanted to sell me expensive parts that did not make it run. That made me so upset spending many hundreds of dollars just to hear ” nope that wasn’t it” lets try another part! So , I made a few calls and
Manny and Dennis came out. They looked and diagnosed the A/C, they showed me some little lights that were colored with one out. They said thats it. The built in diagnostic system.They then fixed it in a few minutes . I had asked those before Manny and Dennis about how the A/C is diagnosed and was told it had no such way of diagnosing a failure. Workers are efficient, they do their job and are friendly. The dispatcher/ “CEO” Angela, on the other hand is the worst person for the job. No consideration for customers time and is very rude.
She never called to tell us our appointment was rescheduled and argued with my husband when he called her about it. She had such a hard time confirming a separate appointment she didn't confirm until the night before the appointment. I HAD to deal with the company as a tenant but when I own a home I will not be using this company due to the dispatch lady.

Very nice an knowledgeable! We had to relocate replace and relocate and AC from the ground to the roof (i did not know that we could do this). Dennis and Manny were awesome and very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure the system was set up correctlywith our Nest. Angela was friendly and very helpful, professional and had some great stories about her chickens 🐔🤣🤣

I called Advanced early on a Saturday morning after a very hot night. I was fortunate they had a technician in my area.When Dennis and Chris arrived they were able to determine very quickly what the issue was.
Fortunately they had the replacement part. My family and I couldn't be more grateful. Whatever your heating and air issues are I highly recommend Advanced Heating and air, they're professional, fast and fair.

A few years ago, after 3 competing bids, I hired Advanced Heating and Air to installed a new HVAC unit. Dennis had some great ideas about rerouting some existing duct work, and this made a world of difference in the heating and cooling or my master bedroom. They were quick to get me on the schedule, showed up on the day we agreed upon, and completed the major portion job in one day with some final work done the following day.

18 months ago, I had an unrelated mini split repair needed, and they came out the same day and fixed the issue.

Fast-forward to a few days ago, a repair was needed on the main unit, and they procured the warranty-covered part and made the repair the same day with very little down time.

With competitive pricing, great responsiveness, and consistent results, I would recommend this local, family-owned company to anyone in the greater Tucson area.

Advanced installed a Eubanks Wall Mount A/c unit at my transmitter site 4 years ago and it has been running 24/7 since. Last week it lost it's Freon charge. They were able to make it out after hours to do a temporary repair on a Friday. Then returned Monday to do a permanent repair. Great fast work especially considering the season, early summer.

Had a couple off estimate, got the best offer from City Cooling the others twice the price. They did an amazing job the following day the work was done as they promise, the work detail was amazing with no short cuts or dirty job and left the area spotless and clean. The new AC works as promise. My nephew an AC expert came to check the unit a week later and said the work was done very professional and he was amazed that the owner was here to help with the setup to make sure the work was done the right way. We are more than happy with everything. The home is more cooler than it was before. Thanks for doing a great job.

Called in and spoke with Brionna about having them come and do maintenance on my AC and change filters. She was absolutely a delight to speak with. Very knowledgeable about what I would expect from the service and the cost. It’s always nice to speak with someone that you can hear the smile in their voice and you can tell they absolutely love their job. Good choice hiring this one City.

I am extremely impressed with City Heating and Cooling. I just replaced my AC, furnace, and hot water heater and Chris and Tanya went OUT OF THEIR WAY to do an amazing job. The whole team came out to help with the work. I needed a new platform for the furnace and HWH and I needed my old swamp cooler taken down. The new AC is on a beautiful platform; the new system is SO QUIET. I am in heaven. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Crew arrived on time. They were clean, neat and respectable. They went to work right away. They took out the old and put in the new without damaging our attic. The outside work was handled in the same manner. The new unit outside looks great. It runs so much more quieter than our old unit. They cleaned up after themselves and left our residence as they had found it. They were here about 7 hours and did an excellent job. We felt the price was reasonable. We would recommend City Heating and Cooling to our family, friends and neighbors.

I chose City Heating and Cooling LLC because it is woman-owned. City graciously postponed my appointment so they could test the cooling performance of my heat pump. The technician was on-time and respectful. I also took advantage of a fantastic tune-up special. Fantastic!

Tonya and Chris (+ their crew) are amazing! They worked with my upcoming vacation to squeeze in an appointment to get things solidified for a new HVAC system. Chris was honest and did not try at any point to upsell me even though I had already signed for a much higher quote. He gave me his expert advice, taking into consideration not only the current HVAC system but the house structure as well. Tonya is an absolute sweetheart and answered all my emails and calls with a chipper attitude. The install itself was quick and everything was left cleaner than before they arrived. Bonus points for a company that loves animals as much as these guys do! :)

Our AC went out May 21, my husband called City heating and cooling after hours. They gave us the option to either come that evening or first thing in the morning. We chose first thing in the morning and they arrived on time. We needed a new system as ours was 23 years old. They were able to come out and replace it same day.
