Awesome experience! Caleb was fantastic; he got the work done quickly and thoroughly, plus he was just great with my kids and dogs and all of our chaos.

Our A/C went out on a Saturday night in the hottest part of the summer. I called the emergency number and they were out the next morning and it was temporarily fixed in an hour. The service was so awesome, we are now working on having them do the permanent fix.
I am so grateful for the rapid response and the great service.
Update: the permanent fix was scheduled and done faster than expected. They were on time and completed work very quickly and it looks and works great. I am more than happy with the workmanship and professionalism.
I will definitely use this company again when I need them. Thank you!

Water heater went out. Got it replaced with a Tankless unit. Work was timely, quick, and the techs left the space better than they found it.

My home warranty company sent out City Heating and Cooling to diagnose and repair an issue with our air conditioning. The company responded quickly to the service request and scheduled service for the next day. Sean, the technician, was great! He was knowledgeable and friendly, and did a very thorough job at explaining things and figuring out the issue and making the necessary repairs to ensure that everything was working again as it should. You can tell that customer service and satisfaction is valued by this company. Overall, an excellent experience dealing with the company. I understand why their ratings are so high and I would definitely recommend them.

I had the pleasure to meet Tonya and Chris when my HVAC system needed repaired on a Saturday. Not only were they professional, but they were also there within an hour and a half. Chris did an excellent job of finding the problem and they had the part on the truck so I didn't have to wait or an ordered one. The system was up and running within two hours and I couldn't be happier! The price was very reasonable, and they didn't try to sell me something I did not need. I HIGHLY recommend City Heating and Cooling to anyone with problems with their units.

Great experience! Tanya was amazing, she really seemed to care about my dire situation and had Sean come out first thing this morning to fix our cooler. Sean was great, very professional and really knew what he was doing. He fixed everything in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself, shook my hand and left. The work was affordable and warrantied. It had to be on one of the TEP energy event days that our AC gave out leaving our home at a hot 89 degrees. I’m really grateful for the quickness of the City Heating & Cooling crew who managed to respond to my call so quickly (at 1030pm!). We have a toddler and while we could’ve toughed it out until Monday, having someone come by to help our home be more comfortable for our little at this hour was really nothing by remarkable. Tonya was super kind in the phone with scheduling and Chris was super fast with the repair. Definitely recommend them!!!

Ditch secretly supporting private equity and go with a family owned and operated business run by real "salt of the earth" type people.

Chris spent a long time with us explaining everything about purchasing a new HVAC system prior to making the decision to buy. His knowledge base is far superior to the random techs we would get using the "big name" companies who advertise on the radio, most of which are now owned by private equity. We have used several of them before finding out about City H&C and we won't be giving our business to anyone else now.

PS, our dog really liked Chris too, and she is the ultimate judge of character. :)

City Heating and Cooling was amazing. I set up an appointment online cause my a/c went out and Bri was able to get their Technician Jacob out there earlier than expected. He got it fixed and blowing cold air again within 20 minutes of being here. Thank you so much 🙏

Starting with office staff very professional and friendly will do all research to get you the best price as for the service technician's very honest will let you know what needs to be done what doesn't need to be done to save you the most money. From my experience service and reputation seems to be just as important as running a successful business.

Tonya, Chris and the crew are amazing! Tonya has answered the phone every time I’ve called (with Bob the bird in the background). All communications are immediately followed up with an email, including receipts and quotes. They gave me a very readable and clear quote. Chris knows his stuff when it comes to construction in general which helps in building that quote accurately and correctly. Correctly? You might ask, well, he is the one and only contractor that wanted to extend the pad the HVAC was resting on and it was short by 3-4 feet. There were other telling comments that made me feel at ease immediately. They gave me a great discount for purchasing two units. (Yes, it is such a blessing most of the time to have two units, until you must purchase them.)
Chris and his crew came out on the day scheduled. Note: do not set your clock by these guys. AM is AMish. Once they arrived, they were all business. They had both units installed with corresponding Google nests set up as well. At the end, they had everything cleaned up, nice and tidy. All done with friendly professionalism. Just a note, there are two ladies that live here. At no time did either of us feel uneasy. The crew are also animal people and work great around cats and dogs. Although, I did keep mine away, while they were working. I could not ask to work with a better company and people. Thank you so much!!!

Tonya and Chris are the absolute best! We have a Trane system, and it took them almost a month to get us a new coil. Tonya kept us updated almost every day on the status of where the coil was. Chris went to Trane multiple times looking for our parts and even stayed there longer so I could speak with the Trane rep directly on where our coil was. Once the coil finally came in, they moved their schedule around to get to us same day and had the AC unit fixed in a matter of hours! I would HIGHLY recommend using City Heating and Cooling in Tucson over any other AC company out there!

I called City Heating and Cooling to evaluate required repair on my home HVAC. Their response was quick, and their inspection was thorough. I highly recommend them for your home HVAC service.

I called six businesses for estimates, regarding installation of two independent mini-split systems. City Heating and Cooling LLC was one of four businesses that returned my call; one of three that provided an estimate in writing; one of the two lowest estimates; of the four businesses that sent techs out to look at the job, they discussed mounting options the most, and gave me time to have some minor carpentry work done to facilitate mounting where I wanted it. They also answered every question
I had, even the ones asked two or three times (never lost their patience or professionalism). Most importantly, I was given direct answers. Financing was available through a third party, not the best APR (nothing to do with City Heating And Cooling), but approval was quick and allowed work to continue (no prepayment penalty, refi later). Work was scheduled and proceeded as planned, very smooth as I wasn't present and they communicated with my tenant. Their warranty is comparible to most of the industry, and better in some areas. Definitely give them a call if you need some heating or cooling needs, I know I will in the future.

Tonya was absolutely amazing to work with she was friendly, professional, and available whenever we had a question and made the whole process as easy as possible. The techs did an incredible job and got everything done fast without cutting corners. They were respectful, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They will for sure be the only company I call to have any future maintenance done to my A/C system. Thursday morning we realized our A/C was not working. We called City and they sent Ray out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, no pressure to sell, just good info. The compressor died ( we were not surprised. It’s been making noise for months). So, we needed a new A/C unit. We also opted to replace an old furnace (we had received previous quotes from other companies). City gave us a quote that morning. I was pleased with the reasonable price and gave the OK. The crew came out the next day exactly on time. They were professional and polite. I’ve used City before and I’m impressed with their customer service. They definitely will go the extra mile for you. City is the company I trust and will use for future service.

This company was AMAZING! I highly recommend them. I called to get my AC fix on a commercial building and they were able to fit me in same day. They were very friendly even after they had already worked a long day and were tired. After doing some inspection they found that the unit was wired improperly and adjusted the fan speed to the proper speed for the unit. They stayed late to make sure the system was working right and explained everything they were doing. I will be using them for all future AC work. 5 stars for service, speed, price, and friendly appointment setting.

I was in a time crunch and needed a quick fix for my AC Unit before closing on the sell of my house. Every other business was booking 2 weeks out and I was going to have to push back my closing date. City Heating and Cooling understood the situation and was able to get a technician to my house same day. The price was reasonable and within what you would expect to pay. However, it was slightly higher than the others, but you can't complain with same day service when no other company would budge on their scheduling. Also, its a small price to pay to support a locally owned business. I'd rather keep the money in the community and not a nationwide repair chain.

While I was writing this review, I realized that the business is based out of Tucson...I live almost 1 1/2 hours away from them, so the cost was probably drive time and gas. Which I can't complain at all!

The quality of work was great and I have no complaints.

I contacted City Heating and Cooling when I realized my HVAC fan wasn’t turning off. First off, being an elder millennial, I loved being able to set up my appt online!
I received a confirmation that Chris would be out the next day and they called me a few times to update his arrival time when he was running late.
Long story short, I am thrilled with the level of service and fair pricing. The control board for the blower motor was bad but it was serviceable, so he ran and got a new one and installed it the same day, and he replaced the capacitor after he realized it was reading under what it should be.
Then he did an overall servicing of the unit, changed my filter, and wiped his fingerprints off the vent cover. WHO DOES THAT?? Amazing. The service also includes a complimentary follow-up, which is just exceptional customer service.
I’m so excited to say I have a heating and cooling company when someone asks!
So, look no further, folks. Just call them and know you’re dealing with a wonderful business that really takes the time to take care of you and explain what is needed and why.

City Heating and Cooling has been a fantastic company to work with. Upon calling them when my AC wasn't functioning they had a technician out to my house within an hour. My unit was old and likely beyond repair, but the tech broke down for me the cost and labor involved in attempting repair versus getting a new unit, empowering me to make my own choice.

When moving forward with this company they were very upfront about pricing and time frame. The new unit was installed quickly and expertly. Each member on staff being a pleasure to work with.

Some months later, I had an issue with my unit, apparently some part was faulty and shorting out. When I notified the owners of City Heating and Cooling, they were again at my house and on my roof inside of an hour. It took maybe two days for a new part to get delivered, but they supplied me with portable cooling units since it was during some hot days to keep my family and pets comfortable.

I was continue to do all of my HVAC business with this company and recommend them highly!!

Desert Husky Services was great! Had a heating issue and they went above and beyond to get it fixed. George the technician was highly communicative, knowledgable and did a great job. Highly recommend!
