Ehren was extremely helpful in solving our AC issue. If we had had him come the first time, our AC would’ve worked a whole year ago. He was very thorough and did not leave until he was sure it would work the way it was supposed to. He was also very honest about the whole situation which I deeply appreciate.

Update : today 3/21 one day after Ehren informed us our HVAC unit was done and we needed it replaced, they came out this afternoon and completed installation. I called Rite Way to fix my AC problem. They were here for four days, charged me $3000 for a part I didn’t need, and the AC still didn’t work. Then they wanted to try again. I said no and called Dessert Husky. They found the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. They were informative, courteous, and professional. I’m very happy with the service I received.

We called at least three companies and decided to hire Temperature Control because they gave us the best options to either repair our air conditioner or by our request, to replace it.

We decided to replace the air conditioner since the line-set refrigerant had a leak and it drained the refrigerant. The other couple of companies confirm the same issue with our air conditioner.

We would like to thank Jeff and Pat, who initially came to our home to evaluate the air conditioner. Jeff’s patience to explain in detail the issues and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns gave us the confidence to make the right decision to replace the air conditioner. Pat came the next day to sign the contract for the work and answer further questions we had. Also, their customer service is outstanding. We received several emails, texts and calls when needed to schedule appointments and answer our questions. Finally, Laura even helped us to navigate Google to leave this review.

We thank Eddie and Sonny, who worked diligently for long hours to replace the line-set, install the air conditioner and furnace, which is located in the attic of our house. They worked hard under heat wave conditions our city was experiencing at that time. They were careful to bring in the new equipment to install the furnace in the attic. A crane was needed to deliver the air conditioner in the backyard. They carefully guided the crane operator to place it in the required place. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of our home.

A date is scheduled to repair drywall in the closet area since the line-set went from the attic to inside the closet wall.

From the beginning of the process until the end, temperature Control was professional, courteous, and efficient. All employees that I dealt with from initial estimate to scheduling to the conclusion of the job was great.

We chose Temperature Control for our A/C installation. They were competitively priced but the main reason we chose them is that they explained, in detail and language we could understand, every step of the installation process. They were great at communicating when they would be on site and even texted when they were on the way. The installation went smoothly and they left the area spotless. Our only complaint is that they forgot to turn the water heater back on (they had to extinguish the pilot light to do the furnace gas hookup). I woke up the next day with no hot water. An inconvenience so four stars instead of five. I will continue to rely on them for service. They are a good, reliable company.

Jonathan did a great job of taking care of my unit and of educating me on my new system. His boos should consider making him a trainer on how to take care of customers!

Reggie and Rick did an awesome job. Everything was done on time. They cleaned everything up really well after. Any questions asked were answered/shown. Highly recommend for plumbing!

Caesar texted me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and actually was a bit early!! I showed him what I needed, and he told me how much it was going to be to repair and replace. It did not take him very long to replace the fill valve. I paid him and he emailed me a receipt and the warranty. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. I would highly recommend them.

Had a big leak under the sink -called temp con and they were able to send Eddie and his apprentice out the same day - they fixed the problem - very professional, polite,- made a bad day end on a positive note!!!!

Carlos and elliot came to my home to put on a new hose bib which was on special. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They checked out other plumbing in my homewhich they found to be OK. We hired Temperature Control to repipe our entire house. This included a new line connection to the city water supply, repiping our entire home, installing a new tankless water heater (moved from inside the house out to the garage) and installing a new water conditioning system.

Ed Cervantes was the lead plumber with his apprentice Elliot. We couldn't be happier. Ed is a perfectionist and it shows. He is always professional and friendly. I asked a lot of questions and Ed was always willing to explain everything to me. When I got stressed about the holes being cut into our walls and the mess Ed took time to talk with me and that made me feel a lot calmer. I enjoyed having them here for around a week. We talked and laughed and had an overall good time. Ed is not only a good plumber, but he is a good person.

Before the plumbing was finished Josh Meraz and his cousin Edgar came in to repair the drywall. (I got these guys upon recommendation from Temperature Control.) On the second day the job was finished. We have textured walls and Josh expertly matched the texture. They cleaned up after themselves and brought our home back ready for me to paint.

Temperature Control recently installed a new Bosch HVAC system on our roof. We are very happy using Temperature Control. We trust them. They have taken good care of our home.
