I am happy with the process from initial inquiry to the installation on my heat pump. All of the staff that I worked with have been very professional, informative and honest. In particular Jeff, Robert and Jorge. Jorge was always available when I had questions and concerns. Robert and Jorge did a professional and smooth installation.

I am on the annual service plan with Temperature Control and called them for help with a plugged sink. The line had a small obstruction which did not require snaking so they addressed it while allowing me to keep my annual service credit for another call - thank you for being honest. In addition, they flushed my water heater as a part of the service agreement that I didn't know about. Mario and Elliot provided professional guidance should I ever decide to flush it on my own as I've done in the past. Overall, Mario and Elliot provided friendly, professional and prompt service. HVAC Technician did not know how to work on Bosch IDS Heat pump and overcharged the system with refrigerant. He attempted to charge the system using superheat method which does not work on Bosch Heat pump. You have to use the subcooling method. Attached photo shows 23 degrees of subcooling when the target is 10 degrees.

Upon installing a new refrigerator, I found a small leak from an old valve for the water line to the ice maker. After twenty+ years, the valve was seized and I could not remove it so I contacted Temperature Control for help. Eddie Cervantes was great - after about 10 minutes, he loosened and upon my request, allowed me the option to complete the repair on my own which saved me a ton of money. Thank you for being flexible on this front and for your overall professionalism.

I’ve been with Temperature Control for about five or six years, and they’ve maintained my AC and heater throughout that time. They’ve always been helpful, respectful, and never pushy. They don’t try to upsell you on every visit—if there’s an issue, they let you know, and it’s completely your choice whether to move forward or not.

I’m currently getting my 11-year-old AC replaced with a new, energy-efficient heat pump that will work better with my solar system and save me money in the long run. Temperature Control has absolutely been my go-to company for reliability, honesty, and great service. Highly recommend!

This group of young worker's were so refreshing. In the times we're living it's only getting worse, and l was so relieved when this group of young men were going to take care of us. The work force today just don't care any more. I am so happy I called this company. Just a word of advise you choose who you hire. But note this, you only survive on how you take care of your employees and recognize when they do a job well done. And because these 3 men did such a great & clean job, you have a customer for life.

Discovered the water heater leaking Friday afternoon. Cesar arrived that day, checked it out and told me it needed to be replaced. It was 5 years old with a 6 year warranty. He had the new water heater installed and running before noon on Saturday. The new tank was free but I had to pay labor. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

After frustrating experiences with other contractors who installed an oversized system, Temperature Control was a breath of fresh air. They took the time to analyze our home's actual duct capacity and didn't just guess at the right size. They showed us the data and helped us select a correctly sized 3-ton variable heat pump that works perfectly, unlike the 5-ton system we had before.

The installation crew, Robert and Jorge, were fantastic. They worked hard, did a great job on both the condenser and air handler, and fixed issues left by others, like ensuring our air handler did not leak, re-taping deteriorating ductwork in the attic. We also had Julian perform a thorough duct cleaning, where he vacuumed, resealed the collars, and caulked gaps around the registers.

We are incredibly happy with the results and are looking forward to the final Aeroseal treatment. Highly recommend Temperature Control for their knowledgeable, data-driven approach and professional installation!

My heating unit assessment appt today was with Jeremy Oliver and nothing could have been more pleasant and smoother. Jeremy was early for the appt, sent a text and call prior to showing up so promptly, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and pro-active!! I very, very much appreciated his honesty and frank evaluation as a senior on limited income and will definitley be using the service(s) in the future. I had a plumbing issue that Julian did troubleshoot, then sat down with me to discuss a solution. He then set up an appointment for the work order for the following day. The 2 technicians were Mario and Carlos. They did a great job.

I basically was screwed by Curtis Plumbing, so I reached out to Rite Way Septic Division. Best idea I ever had!!! From the first appt with Frankie, then pumping with Jiame, to the above and beyond new pumps, floats, control box and more, Jacquin was absolutely phenomenal!!!! Take my recommendation and only use Rite Way for your septic needs. I also use them for my HVAC system as well.

We’ve used Rite Way for many years so when we decided to install a mini-split, there was no doubt that we would call them! As usual, their work and customer service was 5- star! Ramon and Brandon were very professional and knowledgeable. The project got started less than a week after we purchased it and was completed in less than a day. The installation looks amazing and they left everything clean. Even after the project is completed, their aftercare is above and beyond! We will always go to Rite Way for our heating and cooling needs!

Thomas was awesome! From the very start, Thomas was patient with my many questions answering all questions with expert knowledge. Plus... with humor! Both knowledge and humor helped during my first time getting a septic tank pumped. Thomas also helped diagnose a clogged line toward the leach field. I explained that I have experience replacing damaged sewer lines and Thomas scoped the outlet pipe toward the leach field, measured distance, slope, depth, and marked where the clog is so I'll be able to excavate the soil. He gave me great tips about using copper sulfate or salt around buried pipe to avoid root growth. Thomas hosed lots of gunk off of concrete risers. He explained everything he was doing... pumping, stiring up tank contents, misalignment of inlet and outlet pipes, details about cleaning filter, septic tank construction and proper "operation" and so much more! He also showed me a larger 6in filter that I was glad I was able to buy during this service call. Overall... 5star performance in every aspect of this visit.

We had an urgent plumbing issue with very bad timing for us as we occupants had obligations that ran long and we had to call off their service visit twice when they called to say they could be there in about 15 minutes. When we were finally home their tech came in, was very engaged and knowledgeable, presented a couple options and explained the differences and benefits and drawbacks well. Didn’t push for the more expensive service, got the work done efficiently but didn’t just rush away. I called them because of a previous experience where they were one of several bids, we didn’t go with them, but their tech rep impressed me so for this I called them first. I want to thank Selena for the great service!
