Amazing technician, literally the best one ever! He was very thorough and professional, he even vacuumed his work area after prepping the area to make sure it was clean. He was very considerate to my older dog who was afraid. Also provided me with recommendations on items that we actually would benefit from. I would recommend him specifically and look forward to requesting him on future visits. Very satisfied customer.

Adam was a fabulous technician. He took the time to explain what the issues for a complex problem my Dad’s heating it was having. He was incredibly thorough and Russett southwest is lucky to have such an experienced technician. The process for securing an appointment on short notice was also made easy by Russett team.

Fantastic fast service!!!! Called just before lunch to schedule service and had Sal show up in less the 2 hours. Checked problem thermostat and ordered a new one. He tripled checked everything. Price is very good. Follow up service fantastic. Quick repair, Great communication. Sal took extra time to explain and show how new thermostat works. Checked to make sure everything worked and met safety standards.

What a great experience! Mr Garza and his crew put in 2 entire new units for us, and they were very efficient, professional, and explained things well. Russett is great snd clearly employs the best people.

We recently had Russet out for a full duct cleaning, and once again they exceeded our expectations. The technicians, Aaron and Zion, were right on time, courteous, and extremely conscientious throughout the entire process.

Before starting, they took the time to clearly explain the scope of the work in appropriate detail so we knew exactly what would be done. They also provided before-and-after pictures, which really showed the thoroughness of their work and gave us complete confidence in the results. When they finished, they made sure everything was cleaned up carefully—leaving our home just as neat as they found it.

Adam H was knowledgeable , An actual professional in his line of work - came to our house for a diagnostic visit - we had no signs of life in our ac system no power at all when he arrived coming off another company’s visit that solved nothing and gave us no clarity just a 14 thousands dollar price tag and no real answers so we were skeptical - he got to work and got us real answers and problems we could identify and look at with pictures and a full report - guided us to a logical decision based off evidence he could present - completely better way of doing things then the last company and we appreciated it - Replaced a single current controller outside and our ac was running - replaced a blown fuse and notified us of other issues that may come along and presented clear paths to solving them - Adam deserves this review and recognition from Russet the company that he stands for and Behind ! There are so many HVAC companies that I find it hard to choose one. I had heard of Russet SW for years, but never tried them until now. I'm glad I did! They installed my new AC and heater system and did it right on time, quickly, and professionally. Danny and Rene were both really good to work with. They obviously had a lot of experience because they knew exactly which wire and which pipe and which sensor went where. It was a bit of a complicated installation because of the cramped space available in my house. But they measured everything ahead of time and made it work. They also coordinated with the crane operator to deliver the new compressor to my roof and remove the old unit.

Once it was up and running the system was blowing very cold air, stronger than my previous one did. And when we tested the heater it was good hot airflow as well. The guys worked hard but also had a fun sense of humor and were careful about cleaning up and respecting my property. I would definitely recommend them for other people who need A/C or heating service -- or a full new system installation!

Giovanni is knowledgeable, polite and very helpful with maintanance and repair issues. He's gone out of his way to provide positive and professional service.

My air went out on saturday and by Sunday it was close to 90 degrees. Being a Sunday i called D & H at 1030am thinking it would be awhile, but they had someone here to help me before 2pm. It took about 15 minutes and after an inspection and replacing some fuses in the unit on my roof I had air again.
