Company was okay when I started working with them now they are doing so bad . Yesterday I wake up with a $288 charge on my bank account from them when I call to see what was about they told me that it was my membership renewal that they are doing auto renewal now when that never happen before they never mention that to me when I started working with them I did not agree to that . The only thinking they did was apologize and said I would be receiving that money back 3-5 business days when they did not have a problem on taking the money in seconds. I would never work with this company again plus for being a family owned business now they have a AI system that doesn’t work and for what I see the owner is the one that wants that I’m so shame of this company. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM !!! they would charge your account with out saying anything…

Three cheers for Moises and five stars for D&H! Now if they could have fixed my procrastination tendencies, this review would have been posted six weeks ago. 😆

So my MIL had a pipe burst, we have used D&H before for AC, but they do plumbing as well. Marc Flaherty came out and saved the day, very professional, courteous and knew what he was doing... straight forward and got it done. We are very pleased with the service from D&H and will always use them

We called about a water pooling situation with our air handler leaking water. They sent Zach up within the hour. He gave us multiple solutions depending on our current budget and we were happy with one of the options. He did a great job, he was very friendly and informative. We will definitely be using D&H again.

The repairman did an excellent job. They tried to uncharge us saying we were after hours. We set our appointment for 8:00AM. He got there after 10.

I had a plumbing issue. Daniel found the problem, checked multiple places where the problem could have been, and explained everything. He was so nice and friendly but also professional and polite. I can’t say enough nice things about him. When I need help with plumbing again, I will call D&H and request Daniel specifically.

We had our AC unit die on us on a Friday, and D&H got it turned around quickly! Our unit was 24, almost 25 years old, and by Monday, they were already performing the installation of a new system. It was delayed due to some house issues, but this was not the fault of D&H.

I'd like to shoutout Luis, who was the initial tech who assessed the unit and explained everything to me in detail, while answering my multitude of questions. I'd also like to mention Parker, who was the sales rep I worked with -- he also answered my incessant questions, and explained everything very thoroughly.

During installation, the techs who came out were great -- Steve and Jaime. They kept me updated on where they were at, issues they were addressing, and just like before, answered any and all questions I had for them.

Having to get a new AC system absolutely sucks, but D&H made that process as easy as possible.

D and H were about half the price of competitors for a system install so I was skeptical it was reputable. 4 years after install of my Daiken split system it is still chuging a long. I just had a check up by Joe Miller and nothing was found to be wrong so I can now say I highly reccomend D and H. D and H sends you pictures and reports and recommendation like my car mechanic for my records which I really like. Everyone I have encoutered at D and H has been professional and friendly.

Joe not only found the issue two other techs missed, he listened and explained things. He fixed the problem at hand and then took the time to make it easier on my elderly mother to control the temp. That my friends, is great customer service.

The guys showed up on-time and finished well within the estimated time. They cleaned up their work area and provided great customer service!

Was very happy with D&H. Easy to setup appointment, reminder calls and text were helpful. Tech was on time and very courteous and knowledgeable.

Macias was very polite and performed his assessment thoroughly, with no wasted time. He was dressed professionally and maintained a competent, pleasant work attitude throughout his visit. He explained his findings briefly and told me he would email his complete assessment, along with pictures, today. I was impressed with his work ethic, and with his whole visit. Thank you, D & H, for hiring intelligent, competent employees.

Service has been good, but when I called to schedule my heater maintenance I got an AI bot. The bot asked me to repeat myself multiple times and the speech was very stilted. After scheduling with the bot, I got a text confirmation for the appointment (normal and very appreciated), but about 5 mins after that I got a call from an employee because the bot can't ask ask the questions they need answered before going to an appointment. We went with D&H because they're a local family owned business, but won't be continuing with them if they still have that bot come our next service. We'll find another locally owned business that values human interaction and good customer service.

UPDATE: it seems the bot is over-scheduling technicians. We received a call Friday afternoon to reschedule because they had too many appointments. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

2nd UPDATE: heater maintenance still hasn't happened. They had to reschedule again, even though I was told I wouldn't be rescheduled after the first time. And they overcharged for the annual maintenance and had to call to authorize the refund.

Tim Caho did an excellent job servicing our HVAC and was extremely kind and courteous. He even took a look at our koi and turtle pond and gave us some great advice on that! I highly recommend him and his team--excellent work and attention to detail all around. Thank you, Tim and D&H!

We just had a new Heat Pump/AC unit installed by D&H, and are very impressed by the professionalism, knowledgeable, hardworking, obviously skilled installers, Nate and Brock. They were friendly and pleasant to talk to. We are very pleased with our new AC unit which works very efficiently! Thanks to Heather also for getting us set up to get our new unit installed in a timely professional manner. We highly recommend D&H Air-conditioning, along with commending Nate and Brock for making the process go smoothly, and efficiently!
