Jerry is a life saver. Last week our thermostat died, triggering some other problem with our A/C turning back on. It was a Sunday at 5pm, and over 100 degrees- not only did Jerry answer the phone on the first ring but was at our house 30 mins later. He's a great guy who was very professional, efficient, came prepared, and thankfully found and fixed the problems we were having with our system. We'd even say our system seems to be performing better overall since he was here. We have an elderly bulldog, and we're so grateful for the quick repair before the house got too hot, or worse we'd have to go overnight. We'd absolutely call Jerry again for any HVAC need, and recommend you do too!

Big shout out to Jerry. Came by today and fixed the AC for an unbelievable price. Best guy in Tucson you could work with when having problems with your AC! Also gave me knowledge how to keep the AC clean and maintain it.

I called this company because the company that I had doing the $79 tune up for season changes was selling me a $300 part everytime they came to my house! Jerry came out and checked out my hvac unit that the other guys said needed $7,000 dollars in maintenance! Jerry told me they were full of BS the unit was fine other than the screws the last company had lost! I will NEVER call anyone else! This company has my business from now on!

I highly recommend HVAC Heating and Cooling. Jerry, the owner, is very responsive, prompt and professional. We had a unique job of removing an old furnace from under our historic house. We had other companies either pass on the job or give very high quotes. Jerry came out right away after I called and provided us with a same day quote that was reasonable for the scope of work. On the day we scheduled the job, he arrived right on time and was very efficient in completing the work. Clean up was thorough and he hauled away all the debris. 5+ stars all the way! Jerry will be my first call next time - a move that I feel confident will save both time and money.

Jerry from the start was honest and upfront. He came out immediately and we discover d that we needed tor replace one of our AC units. Literally that evening Jerry and his assistant came out and delivered the unit and he installed it over the weekend. He did a professional job, registered our EQ for us. Very professional and camera out promptly to check my AC, serviced it and filled my system with R22, even found and fixed the leak that caused my freon to be lost. Highly recommend for your service needs to keep up with this AZ heat.

Our home's A/C unit broke down during the worst time possible. With temperatures rising and COVID-19 we were unsure if we would be able to get anyone to come out to our home anytime soon. During our search on google for the top 10 a/c unit professionals , two HVAC professionals came to our home on Saturday & both gave us the same response. Advised our unit was no longer operable and that we would have to replace the unit. We submitted another request for a quote via yelp and Jerry from HVAC Heating and Cooling reaches out to us within minutes of submitting our request and , 15 minutes later he showed up to our home - got up on the roof, and assessed the problem. He advised that our unit could be repaired or we could replace if we wanted to , but that could be at a later time since our unit was still in good condition. We are great full for his honesty, and happy he saved us thousands!! He installed new parts and our unit is working great. If you have any a/c unit issues Jerry is the person to call

D&H Air conditioning told me I needed a new AC system. Hvac, Heating, And, Cooling, Llc came found the blower motor didn’t work, took it out and fixed D&H Air Conditioning’s botched up job. D&H Air Conditioning purposely cut wires in the motor and put tape around so it would not work. Thank God for honest reliable people like HVAC, Heating, and Cooling,Llc!! Great service!!! Highly recommend.

Jerry came out to check my furnace and electrical issues, he was very prompt and I was both impressed and happy that he was able and willing to come help me so late in the evening. I lost my heat last night and I was fortunate enough to find Jerry at Hvac heating and Cooling. It was Saturday morning when I reached him and he came within an hour. Jerry was courteous, professional, and very effective.

He discovered what was wrong and recommended replacing the part in the future. He told me the part was expensive and that the replacement could wait a little while so I could budget for it. Just spoke with Jerry with Hvac Heating And Cooling. So honest and helpful. Instead of convincing me why I needed a new expensive unit, he shared with me a much better less expensive way to manage my situation. Felt he was completely trustworthy. He’s probably the fifth person I’ve talked to regarding my situation and he’s the first one I actually trusted and respected. Hire him!! I’ve already sent his business card to people!

Outstanding service with a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. He answered quickly, was polite on the phone and came within an hour. Finished the fix in less than ten minutes! Super respectful and works on park models, mobile homes.

Two years ago the company we’d been using for HVAC told us we had unhealthy levels of CO coming through the vents, and they turned off our system and said we needed a new one ($$$).

I called Jerry out for a second opinion after seeing his reviews, and he came same day. He looked things over, checked the CO levels, and said all was well and the other company was scamming us. He charged us nothing, and we were so grateful.

For the next two years our AC ran without issue, so when I started hearing a weird noise I texted Jerry. He came out within an hour and had the faulty motor replaced.

Fast forward to this week, during a week of 100° + days, we noticed our AC stopped cooling one night. I texted Jerry around 9:30pm, he was here by 9:50, and we were sleeping in a cool house again by 11.

It really is remarkable how quickly Jerry responds and saves so many of us from predatory HVAC people in town. He has never once tried to upsell us on anything (if anything he is quick to assure you that what you have is in working order if that’s the case). We feel lucky we have his number in our phones for any HVAC needs!
