Arturo was very polite and professional. He performed a system checkup and explained everything that he did in detail. Our system is in great working order so we did not need any additional services at this time.

Arturo coordinated the most convenient time for his arrival and showed up on time. He quickly found and repaired the problem. The furnace was quite dirty and he recommended then accomplished a thorough cleaning. Very satisfied with the service.

Roque accurately diagnosed the problem with our gas heating unit and provided various recommendations for us to choose from with a good explanation of the pros and cons of each. It did take a couple of days longer to repair than was originally quoted but it was due to the manufacturer providing Roque the wrong part initially to complete the repairs. Once the correct part was procured, the service visit and repair went quickly.

Jesse gave us one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. He took care of our every need. We will be asking for Jesse specifically from now on. Thank you so much!

RJ is an excellent technician. He was through with the HVAC service and was able to recommend items that needed to be addressed to keep our system in good shape. We chose a maintenance plan due to the we of our system and peace of mind. I have no hesitation recommending Alaskan AC to anyone.

We recently had maintenance done on our HVAC heating system by Anthony Walker, whom did an awesome job! He is extremely knowledgeable about our unit, which is almost 3 years old now- but was considered brand new technology when we first purchased it 3 years ago when there were very few techs able to work on this particular model. He was very polite, quick, and efficient while working as well as being more than willing to answer all questions I had about filter upgrades available to cut down on the overwhelming dust In continually having to clean up in our house. Our unit is currently working at peak performance, but we live in an area that constantly has bad dust storms. Without the electro-static filter that is available, it is unable to remove the majority of dirt sucked into the unit on a daily basis. Since our system is new, it is still under warranty and there was no charge for the bi-annual maintenance.

The technician, Roque Lopez, was very kind and respectful. On top of that, he was able to diagnose the problem and replace my thermostat very quickly. I've always had good experiences with Alaskan AC, and this latest visit just proves why I will continue to use them in the future.

Had my HVAC serviced to have the heating unit serviced for winter use. Dominic Diaz introduced himself and asked a few questions before he began his job. He did a thorough job. He went over the check points with me and when he was complete delivered good news. He made me feel like he was a family member and I look forward to his return in Spring and since my contract with Alaskan Air Tucson was expiring in December I renewed it for 2 years and l know I’ll be well provided for. He was able to answer all my questions promptly and then programmed my system to best accommodate my current needs. He also explained to me how to make changes as needed. I have been an Alaskan AC customer for a few years and recently had a technician out to give me a quote on an air duct cleanig and the last alaskafication service. I was extremely disappointed when my quote for repairs came in at almost $3000. After doing some research and speaking with some friends, I determined that I wanted to get additional quotes from other companies in the Tucson area. I contacted Right Way and Goettl, both of which came in at about $1700 less than the price I was quoted with Alaskan. On top of that quote , there were several concerns brought to my attention by both other companies that the Alaskan tech completely missed, like dirty coils. I strongly advise anyone looking for services with Alaskan to get quotes from other companies. Although Alaskan says their services are different and better, it's hard to believe that when an AC service is simply an AC service. In addition, I would advise Alaskan AC to have their techs quote closer to what is a normal range for services. I understand that the technicians work primarily on commissions, but I feel that they are pricing themselves out of business and taking advantage of thier customers.

I ultimately accepted a bid and decided to go with Right Way and I've signed up for their annual service plan as well. This was an unfortunate circumstance because I've had good experiences with Alaskan in the past, but this has been been such a negative experience that I won't be using their services going forward.

Alaskan AC just serviced my air conditioning system and they knocked it out of the park! Roque was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I never once felt like I was dealing with a pushy salesperson whose only goal was to make a sale—he simply focused on doing the job right and making sure I was completely satisfied.
