For the past three days, the temperature in my apartment has been 80 degrees. Thankfully, Myles came to our rescue and provided great customer service, we will definitely use the company again when we buy our house.

If you are having a/c issues, do yourself a favor and call Code Plus FIRST ... you will NOT be disappointed! FIXED our problem instead of replacing A/C unit. Super friendly technicians and staff!

I would've given them 5 stars if not for Steve who was not very customer service oriented on the phone scheduling the appointment. However, Miles was amazing - very professional, hard working, respectful, customer-oriented and a true 5-star employee. I didn't get the names of the guys outside, but they did a great job too. Code Plus replaced the entire ac system, they arrived around 10 am and had the new system installed and running around 3 pm. Kudos to Miles for being in the extremely hot attic most of the time and not complaining about it. He had a very good attitude, was very well-mannered and had a strong work ethic. It's unfortunate that Steve initially lost 1 star for them, but because the owner responded with an apology I reinstated the star .... an apology and addressing the concern does restore confidence in Code Plus.

Excellent and quick service. Brad set up the service, and although it was a quick fill job, treated me right by not charging extra fees - He did not gouge me! Fair prices.

Integrity and honesty is a key indicator of a business, that I look for and they definitely fit the bill. Sean came out and did the service and was pleasant, honest, knowledgeable, and obviously an expert technician.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - You will not be disappointed.

Best a/c guys in town! I had a need for a/c in my gym and Brad was exceptional at assisting me in the process with top notch communication, deciding the appropriate and most efficient a/c unit for the space with cost in mind, and quick turn around for the project. I couldn't have asked for better service. He even spoke with my electrician to make sure make sure he knew what electrical components were needed for the a/c prior to install. I am so happy with the unit we chose and the work was highest of quality. Thank you guys for making my gym trainable conditions for me and my clients! I would recommend these guys to anyone I know!

I live at Copper House Apartments and My AC went out Yesterday. It was so hot in my upstairs apartment I was literally physically sick. This Morning, My Mother was there with my Two Daughters while I was at work and my Mother had so many wonderful things to say about David. Her exact words were..." He was Fast, Knowledgeable, he was so kind to me, and he was Confident.. he went above and beyond to defrost our AC unit right there on the spot! Had a technician named David come by and work on my swamp cooler. Was personable, funny, and very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond and fully serviced my swamp cooler for me and fixed everything. This is the kind of worker you want sent to your home when you need something done 💯💯

The reviews below are all fake and from employees, e.g. Frank below, etc. Stay far far away from this terrible company. We had the grave misfortune are being forced to utilize this company for an HVAC repair and new HVAC unit install as they are contracted with our HOA company. They are total scammers, perform absolutely poor and substandard work/cut corners, will try to rip you off, lie to you, mislead you, try to harass and intimidate you, purposefully sabotage your HVAC unit (which they did on two separate occasions), refuse contractual obligations, etc. Do your research and look for other negative reviews online and save yourself a HUGE headache, obtain multiple quotes for your work and pick an honest, transparent and fair company.

I needed to replace our hydronic floor heating boiler after 24 years of service. We live about an hour south of Tucson, and I could initially not find a boiler installer that would service us. I had a local plumber order and install a new boiler, but it needed some adjustments that he was not able to take care of.
Then I finally found Oricle Energy, scheduled a service call, and am getting the work done. The deficiencies were discovered and will soon be corrected. I was also educated, as to the regular maintenance that I could do, as well as to what Oricle should do, i.e., yearly maintenance.
They are knowledgable, friendly, and available, unlike most of the others in Tucson.

This contracted company has been “repairing” an ac issue at my apartment complex I went out and took pictures. Defiantly looks like more than they can handle, I for sure know it is too much for them to handle because this same exact issue happens literally every single day. There is a busted line, then we get a b.s. email saying it’s getting repaired, it gets “repaired” then the ac fails again the next day and it’s on repeat for I’m not sure how much longer. But someone needs to come help them or fire them because it is not working out.

From scheduling the install, to the installation of the new unit on the roof, to any concerns we had after the fact. They have been very responsive and professional. Even when my questions might seem silly or my concerns turn out to be nothing, they take the time to respond and make sure i understand. Great work!!!

Do not use this incompetent company. Cannot fix anything. Will not stand behind their work. When confronted with the issues. Employees response was. This is a direct quote. "oh so we have to be reputable". My response was Yes, I expect a business to be reputable. Response from employee was "grow up"So they are admitting that they are disreputable con artist. they get zero stars but the only way to add this review is to click a star.
