Two years ago my AC went out in 100 degree plus weather. A friend recommended Brad at Code Plus. They were very professional and replaced my unit in a timely fashion. Two weeks ago, my AC went out again. Due to the fact Code Plus put in the unit, I called them. The unit went out on Sunday. Monday a gentleman from Code Plus came out and said there was a lever that was frozen and would need to be replaced. Tuesday, another gentleman came out and said there was a faulty condenser. He informed me the condenser was under warranty, but I would need to pay for the labor. Brad told me it would be $1,000 for labor. I didn’t think I had much choice with the inside temperature being 85 degrees. The gentlemen came on Wednesday, they were very polite, took 4 hours to replace the faulty part, and then said I owed $1,127.50. I asked what the additional money was for and was told it was for the 24 hour rental of the portable AC from them that I thought was a courtesy. I asked to see the bill and was told I wouldn’t get the itemized bill until my check cleared. I have yet to see what I paid $1000 for. .

The code plus team did a mini split install in my house they have the best customer service I've dealt with, very knowledgeable and very clean.This company goes above and beyond what you would expect. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you!!

Love that place! They really focus on building a relationship with there clients and customers. There very helpful, respectful and fair. There employee know what there doing and they get the job done right and in a timely fashion. Amazing company!! Our A/C went out over the weekend and we called D&H after hours and of course they came out. However, the tech they sent told us the coils needed to be replaced and started to sell us on a new unit. They did absolutely nothing for us, but charge us $200. Sunday night my husband called Code Plus and spoke with the owner and expressed our concerns about the prior company. The following morning they came out right away and repaired our unit within a hr putting our family at ease during a heat wave. Thanks Code Plus Mechanical!

As a Senior, confined to home and recently losing my job Code Plus was right there for me. There seemed to be some electrical problems with my cooler and they arrived within 24 hrs, remedied the problem and didn't charge me!! They installed my cooler 5 yrs ago and have always been right there for me over that time. I totally recommend them to the Tucson community. Knowledgeable nice people....they know what they're doing.

This is an excellent HVAC company. Dealt with the owner on multiple occasions and always great at explaining things. IMPORTANT!! They will only recommend services if needed. They do not try to up sell like I see so often. And their prices are very good!

Had a great experience with this company. Brad, the owner scheduled in my service on a busy day in June when I'm sure his calendar was jam-packed with other appointments already. Between the time I called for service, and the time he was finished was less than two hours. I can tell he takes pride in his business and making his customers happy.

I can't say enough good things about this company but I'll start off by saying they're extremely responsive! The owner Brad is extremely knowledgeable and helped me several times with situations no one else could figure out. We reside at Rock Ridge apartments and Denny came out bright and early after our late afternoon call to front office yesterday. And while we won’t know for a bit if it’s fully fixed (which he prepared us for), Denny put in WORK (like 5 hours!!!) to try every possible thing he could to get us running cool again. He communicated along the way, was friendly, and one of the first repairmen to not talk to me differently because I’m a woman. 10/10 service, even if we have to call ya back for a full replacement.
