We hired this company after moving into a home that hadn’t had its air ducts cleaned in years maybe ever. From the initial inspection to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally. The technician found debris from construction, pet hair, and even a couple of small toys lodged in the vents! The air quality is noticeably better, and our family is breathing easier.

Our school had been dealing with poor indoor air quality, which was affecting both students and staff. We hired this company to clean the air ducts throughout the building, and they did a fantastic job. They coordinated with us to schedule the work during school breaks, and the crew was respectful, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. They showed us the buildup of dust and allergens that had been affecting our HVAC system and explained how it was impacting both airflow and energy efficiency.

While I was waiting at a stop light an employee got out of his company car and yelled at a lady turning left because she was too slow. Experiencing this, I will not ever recieve service from this company.

    Call Excel Mechanical first!

I had a pipe that broken on my back patio, I came home with water everywhere! Needless to say, I had to shut the water off to my unit.

My first call was to Parker and Sons. The guy had an attitude and gave me a quote for almost three times the price, of Excel Mechanical. Parker and Sons said they couldn’t get it done, for at least a week. Saying they couldn’t “locate my meter number to my home”. I would have to call my water company!

I contacted Excel Mechanical, let me tell you what. I should of called them FIRST! Excel Mechanical had a plumber at my door THAT DAY! Jared was professional, on time, clean, showed ID before entering my home; and was in a marked company vehicle.

The work that was done on my patio, was way beyond my expectations! He replaced all needed materials, and the work looks a million times better then before!

Don’t waste your time call Excel Mechanical first!

January 25 at 8:50 am , heading north on Houghton a silver Kia Excel Mechanical advertised vehicle was tail gating us, he was also speeding g on a 45 mile road, you could've caused an accident! We have a child in the car. What a way to go by advertising your business, Owner, please take care of this.

The owner of this place is so unprofessional and doesn't show his employees any respect. It's no wonder he is always looking for help. Your employees are the backbone of a company and if you don't treat them with respect then your company will most definitely fail in time. And I hope he does fail because anyone who belittles his employees the way he does deserves to fail.

One star because person driving company car nearly caused an accident. Tail gated us and several others on their way to the mall. Hopefully it wasn't an emergency that caused them to drive like that.

Bad way to advertise for your company.
But if that's any reflection of their company, I'd stay away.

EDIT: It wasn't wanting to let me answer your response so hopefully you do see this,
    Unfortunately not much identifying info.
If I remember correctly it was a silver Kia, heading west on 22nd toward Parkplace mall.
Just west of Kolb is where the driver caused a vehicle to swerve to avoid an accident.
It occurred the same day I posted this, and I think it was late afternoon. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
