I am kicking myself in the butt that I didn't find this company sooner. They really helped me out and are now my go to for my swamp units at one of my business locations.

Love the crew from The Cooler Guy. They installed a new Aerocool evaporative system on my house. It's wonderful. They answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns promptly.

All I can say is "where have you been all my life" We have cold air! Mike and his crew are amazing! Professional, punctual, and the main thing, reasonable! Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯 🙌 😊

The Cooler Guy has serviced my swamp cooler and got my heater going, even installing a new thermostat on the fly recently. They do a great job and are friendly and professional.

Orginally I thought this to be a great business even though I had never heard of it. Had them come out for my cooler recieved excellent serv. Good cust serv. Jessica (rep) super friendly. However, called for a prob. With my heater. First serv tech. Came diagnosed prob but the job was done by another tech. Who sd there wasn't a prob. Charged $90 or so. 1st tech was correct. They say there's a guarantee yet for them to return I needed to pay another $70 the part is only $31. I feel o should only be charged for te part n nothing else since it was 2nd tech mistake. Wheres the guarantee?? Very disappointed. Wouldn't call on this company again. I'm a honest person I only wish they were as honest.

Excellent workmen ship. The cooler now seems brand new and we had to unfortunately call them back to the house as we couldn't tell that the cooler was even on!!!! Our cooler last year was so loud that it rattled!!!! The cooler was on and whisper quiet. Now that is true happiness!!!! We can't thank your company enough for your excellent service and friendliness.

This company promised good hard working people a functioning cooler system and were paid in full. What they delivered was a new stem that will not turn on. Rather than help their paying customers they blew them off and said to call someone else. Horrible service, stay away.

Came home from vacation to a broken cooler. Called these guys and from Amanda who was my first contact, to the tech guy Aaron who came out to let me know what I needed, I could not have asked for a better experience. Life happens while you are not looking, and these guys including Mike the service manager and Quinn who came out to help get a new cooler installed were just awesome. Jumped through hoops to get me up and running all in one day. I would recommend these people 100%, If you own swamp or evap coolers. They don't try to upsale which is a blessing. Thanks a lot to you all!!!

Aaron and Josh were professional, kind and knowledgeable! They came on time and fixed everything within 30 minutes! The bill was also very affordable! I will definitely recommend this business!

Called in need of cooler repair and got answering service only to leave a message, as instructed, and still not hear back from anyone for 2 weeks. Coming HIGHLY recommended from other AC services, you'd think their operation would be a little more sophisticated. Just disappointed

A tech from Cooler Guy cut into my pipes and installed another valve in the water line on the roof to my cooler, without asking for permission to do so. I never had any problems with the original valve. Could turn the water on and off from inside my home. There was no reason for him to install a second valve, except for the fact that it would always require a service call to have someone go up on the roof to open and close the one he installed. Never used their services again. I guess he thought he was ensuring extra business. Instead he lost a long-time customer. The company did contact me today to rectify the problem by replacing the entire line, but that's just more new pipe connections that may start leaking. Extra stars because the company was willing to do something to rectify the problem and they said they would speak to the tech that did it.

Robert came within an hour and replaced my pump quickly! He was very courteous and affordable. He saved us from having to cancel our classes at our dog training facility. Thank you Robert!!!

I have a 30 year old cooler and only wanted to repair it to keep it running for another year. They did not try to up sale me and only did exactly what I had requested. The cooler is running great and they did it for a minimal cost. I would highly recommend “The Cooler Guys”.

These people are the best I've found, and many HVAC services no longer deal with swamp coolers at all. Knowledgeable professionals, friendly, quick and efficient, I don't imagine I'll ever use another company.

Charged approximately $2,000 to repair two coolers but didn't bother to put foil tape on the duct work. Actually left with much of the cool air just escaping to the outside I brought it to their attention because it's completely unacceptable. They weren't sure if it was within their scope of their work. There's probably about 2' of exposed duct on each cooler. How could the tech miss it when testing the unit once the repairs were completed. For two grand you'd think they'd go the extra mile.

My cooler cooled, but it was making a horribly loud, clanging noise. Was able to make an appointment for the following day (temp 101) and my cooler was fixed so quickly and affordably. I am telling my friends about this company. I am very happy with the results--it now sounds like a quiet washing machine. :)

Man they were on it! Response time was superlative...they stand up to their guarantee. My cooler worked so well we were cold in the morning after a record heat day. Thanks Clint!

This is the easiest company I’ve ever worked with. I never write reviews but they were so good. Jessica in reception is a rockstar, the service guys were friendly and talked me through everything, and every date they gave me they showed up on time or called to let me know when they would be getting there.

My swamp cooler was FUBAR and the whole cooling side had rusted through. Previous owners had also damaged the fuse box, installed wrong parts, etc. They charged me for only what I needed, did the work fast, and explained exactly why they were replacing what they did. Will be using them for all swamp cooler needs.

Old evaporative cooler stopped working. I told the guy it died, but I just wanted it replaced. Was quoted 2700$ for a functioning system. I paid 2700$ and did not get a functioning system. I got " we installed it, call a electrician its not turning on".

Edit: They reached back out to see if they could troubleshoot it. They came back out and were able to figure out a issue with the wiring and resolve it. Unit is working well now.

Just shy of a month to turn cooler on, quoted time of 1pm, then changed to 1-3pm, 330pm rolls around and I call them, they claim their tech has long since turned the air on. None of the 4 units in my duplex are on. It's been frequently hitting close to 100 degrees inside with no electronics but a fan on. Outside temps are 104. Would have happily paid for a better company myself if it wasn't against my lease.
