Once our rental management company finally got everything straight on their end we were able to contact Commercial Repair Service and they came out within an hour or so.

Devante showed up, super courteous, and ready to get our sink back for us. He brought out his drain snake and got right to it. While he was working to clear the clog he talked to us about garbage disposals, and the pipes in our homes. Very informative. Gave us some good ideas about maintaining our pipes.

This company has been nothing but good to us in when our sink broke. I was in need of Repair for my Floral Display cooler that went down and had a large flower order arriving. I called and got emergency service which arrived in 45minutes. The problem was located and their Electrical technician came out and repaired the problem. The communication was excellent letting me know timelines and progress. The cooler is up and running beautifully.

Service was great. Devante Garcia was quick and informative. He worked at a pretty difficult looking repair and answered and explained anything I asked him about the it. Broken A/C is a serious matter in Arizona. We were told our parts under warranty would take 40 days, it’s almost August, it’s been 95 days and they haven’t got the part nor offered to upgrade. Nothing but “sorry, we don’t have control over when parts come”. Maybe not, but readers should know this company has zero plans to make things right , when things go wrong.
