If you've ever been in a house in Tucson with the cooler failing or dead you know how bad it is- the cooler guy will just handle it. Fast/effective service. Just about as good as you could ask for from a company. Very pleased with past service.

We manage over a dozen units with swamps, From our first work order Cooler guys have taken care of all our swamp cooler needs, they are fast, economical and honest. There communication is top notch and they have never let us down. Had The Cooler Guy close down my water cooler today. I have had this company come several times previously and I highly recommend them. They are wonderful! My AC failed and no one can repair if for several days, so I wanted to get the evaporative cooler going. They came out same day, were efficient, polite, and got the cooler going at a reasonable price!

I was pleased with the speed at which the quote was emailed, old unit was removed and a new unit was installed. Disappointed with the inability and unwillingness to change a bad controller inside. Asking for payment and leaving without proper cleanup and, the unit not working doesn't get the highest rating for professional service from me.

The Cooler Guy staff are prompt, friendly, they have fair pricing, available when you need them, and knowledgeable. Fantastic crew and office staff. I have used them several times, and have not had a problem with them. I highly recommend them, and I will use them again.

These guys come out bc that's who we have to use in our lease and let's just say they ain't very good. 1st incident was last summer. Had a leaking swamp cooler called them up they came out fixed the problem less than 2 weeks later the same problem persists. Now here we are time to switch the cooler off and now the furnace has a valve problem. Their tech says oh it's a sticking valve but I cleaned it it is now good. Ok hold on a minute! A sticking valve meaning that monitor debris is getting inside of it so please bring your car to me with a sticking valve so I can do the same shoddy repair. Luckily my wife was on the phone with me when the tech was at our house and I told her that it won't last 5 mins. B4 the tech even left the valve failed again. So basically these morons were trying to get a second service call for a part that should've been changed when they troubleshooted it was sticking. There's better and more honest companies out there go seek them!

In the 6 years we have lived in this house, we have called the cooler guy 3 times. They always come when they say, are super knowledgeable and efficient. Each time, my faith in the swamp cooler is restored! No reason to call anyone else! Thank you so much!

Fast, responsive service. No upselling or pretending things are wrong when they’re not. We needed a couple parts, they charged true cost for the parts and the hourly service fee was perfectly reasonable. The job was a little more complicated than expected but they stuck with their estimate. An amazing local company I would be happy to do business with again.

Absolute worst company i've ever dealt with in the sense of workmanship My cooler is literally now falling apart After you guys did to repair. Now, I'm able to repair or fix my cooler so that it functioned properly again. Very poor craftsmanship and workmanship. I am a professional tradesman and I would never do what you guys did to my cooler

They were fantastic from the very beginning: they had a real person answer the initial call; they came out the same day to assess the situation; they did the replacement cooler as scheduled and, since it was a somewhat special situation, the owner and service manager who had done the assessment were the ones who came back and did the installation. Judging from a little research I had done, the price was fair. I was able to pay them the day of the installation thanks to digital invoicing, although that would not have been necessary if someone wanted more time.

My husband and I were very pleased with this company. From the receptionist to the workers, they were very professional. They did an excellent job and had cold air running within 3 hours. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends and anyone who is looking into replacing or just general maintenance for their cooling unit. Great job!

I have tried too many professional people that didn’t do a good job on my swamp coolers, yes, I know, but I love the fresh air that comes through an evaporative cooler. I was almost ready to pull them and put in the dreaded a/c until someone recommended The Cooler Guy. They got all the glitches out, wrong sized pads for one, and I’m sitting here with it being 103° outside, comfortable in my home again. Thank you guys! Call these guys with confidence. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great experience with Robert and his crew. We had an old wall-mount cooler for our workshop. Robert replaced it, built new legs, and painted everything. Looks and works great! Highly recommend.

My father's cooler had been out for 6 days. After being disappointed by a couple of handymen, I called Hamstra, and they recommended the Cooler Guy. My dad called, and they offered to come out the same day, but my dad (89 years old) was feeling too beat up to have anyone come out. The technician, Dave, came out the next morning and estimated the problem. My dad agreed to the estimate, and Dave went to work! He had that cooler humming as good as new in no time! He can't say enough good things about Dave and the Cooler guy! Thanks!

Had our elderly swamp cooler replaced with a new one. The team was very knowledgeable and came in under competitors for the quote. When the unit was replaced they were on time and did the job quickly and professionally. Upgraded the electrical and changed the layout of the unit on the roof to make it easier to service in the future. Would definitely recommend them.
