I called on a Sunday and they were the only company that answered the phone. They came out the following morning and Reggie did a great job fixing the cooler at my daughters house.

Very friendly and courteous while working in your home. Glad to answer any questions you may have. Prompt service, arrived when expected. We would use them over and over again.

I am very pleased with the HVAC service provided by the Able Refrigeration technicians. The technicians provide notice on each visit and they also describe services rendered after each visit. I would recommend Able Refrigeration's HVAC Maintenance Plan.

The installers were very careful of the home and the surrounding environment, of our schedule and of our privacy. They did an excellent job on the installation and we are very happy with both the furnace and the kindness of the installers

Fast Friendly Professional service.They even brought a portable air unit to the house at no charge for my bedridden fathers comfort. IN Addition MOVED INSTALL UP FOR EARLIER INSTALLATION. I would recommend ABLE because the name says it all

This refrigerated company is owned by an old man that believes in stealing!!! I was in an apprenticeship program through DES one stop! He was paid 50% of my wages for me to learn Air Conditioning well instead he had me doing remodeling and painting in his rental properties! The end of June he let me go and decided to keep some of my painting tools! Yes I called the Sherriff and it looks like the owner of Able Refrigerations Ron Hull gets away with being a dishonest thief!!! So people Ron Hull is a liar and a thief!! Look into a different company if your already with his company!!!

Able Refrigeration has been a great help lately in pinning down a sudden usage increase.
We have contracted with them for many, many years and feel we are very fortunate to have found them. Able's response is quick and I have confidence that the job will be done correctly. I would recommend Able Refrigeration to anyone!!

Being a new homeowner in Rincon West 55 plus community, which We love being here as We retired out here from Maine.The previous owner of Our park model gave great praise of the loyalty and great service of Able co.So We have had a 2-year service contract and this week I had to call Mia at Able as My heat pump unit was defineately having a mechanical problem. She was very pleasant and professional on the phone, getting My information and scheduled an appointment that day for service .Hobie the tech came out checked out the problem and decided it was a bad fan motor. He had one on truck.but was wrong size. He went right to the warehouse and picked up another one and installed it. I must say I liked Hobie from first meeting.He is top shelf in My book.After motor installed that night. some thing didn't sound right, so I called Mia and She assured Me that whatever had to be done. Hobie was on the way.We talked a bit then He retested the motor and trouble shooted a few more checks ,inside with heat gun to registers. checked the thermostat and noticed on back panel control was set for gas.We have all electric unit.the problem was fixed that day and I learned a few pointers on Heat pump as We always had boiler furnaces in Maine.The unit is running fine and I am quite happy knowing i was well taken care of. Made a 24hr emergency service call. The temps where 115-118.
I was told a tech would be here within the hour. Tech never showed
up and repeated calls went unanswered. When a company accepts
the service and doesn't show up that is just bad business. Received
a call this morning for the service. 12 hours later. Too top it off this
company is located about 4 miles from my home.

They were great! Showed up very quickly on a short notice on my part and were done just as fast! The gentlemen Reggie and Ron where very polite and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Able Refrigeration.

I called for heater inspection and to look for dead animal in vents.
Inspector was extremely rude.
Worker did some needed work. He didnt know he was supposed to look for dead animal. He used the flashlight on his phone to look in the one spot he was working.
I was told the smell was a sewer leak.
I had a plumber come inspect. He found no leaks. He said the smell is gas from the heater. It was a very cold morning, he said it was warm under my home because most my heat is going there.
I called for $120 refund I paid for a dead animal search, which was not done properly. And to complain about the rude behavior of their inspector, and the fact that my heating problem was not fixed.

I have not received a call back!

I received a call and email today. They are refunding the $120 plus $100 for my bad experience. I appreciate the attempt to resolve my complaint.

the heat pump/ac we went with was expensive, but I think we got we paid for! Service was great and the guys who installed went out of their way, staying late to make sure everything was okay. Our only issue was figuring out the new system on the wall--programming didn't work for a couple days but we have it worked out now.

I have always been pleased with Able Refrigeration, 18 years! The electric company crossed my wires and shorted out my house. Able came out and inspected my house, every outlet! They submitted full findings to the electric company, purchased all the shorted electrical components from a power strip to an entire a/c unit installation! Thank you Able Refrigeration !!!

This company is top notch! I highly recommend to family and friends. The owner, Ron, is kind, compassionate and generous. Techs are trustworthy and knowledgeable. Office staff is friendly and very helpful. My go to for all my heating and cooling needs.

SO SURPRISED THIS HAPPENED TO ME, also very late to this apt, a few weeks ago ABLE REFRIGERATION charged my credit card 800.00 for a part that was needed, for it to be installed a few days later, I changed my mind on the part the very same day, and asked that my credit card could be refunded the 800, so I could go somewhere else, my air condition was down, it was a 107 outside, I was told to turn on some fans until they could get to me next week for the part install. I could see this company was not able to help me immediately, it was already 85 in my house, I was not even offered a portable air-conditioner, so I decided to go to another company.
To this day, this company has never refunded my money back on my credit card, I have called and spoke to office staff, my credit card company has also corresponded with this merchant, they refuse to refund my money back, no response at all from this merchant, This is very sad, its fraud, and its steeling. If your looking for honesty here, better think twice. I did find another place, and I was given two portable air conditioners until I could figure things out.

Tech was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. Purchased a service agreement, no heavy sales tactics. Only issue, tech was about 45 minutes-hour late, with no phone call. Office phone was out due to accident near there office.

We replaced our old A/C unit through Able Refrigeration. During the summer months we concluded there seemed to be a problem. We called Able Refrigeration who sent out a crew to investigate. We were impressed with their determination to find the problem and correct it and also impressed with their honesty and integrity. We will continue to use them in the future.

When we bought our home 9 years ago, the previous owner had used Able Refrigeration. We decided to give them a try as well. After 9 years, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They've always given fair and excellent service and never steered me wrong.

On a Wednesday night in late July, with temps over 110 degrees, lightning took out our AC unit. On Thursday, Ron was there by 1 PM. He had a quote for us by 8 AM Friday, and a new, more efficient, and quieter system installed by Saturday afternoon.

They don't finance, but provided links to banks that do.
