If you need air conditioning, ventilation, or hot water heater service, repair, or replacement they should be your go to company. Honest, professional, and friendly. They pride themselves on serving their customers first.

I recently moved to the area and called Twin Lakes Air to install a new Ecobee thermostat in my home. They referred to me by the previous owner of my home. My appointment time with them was 3 hours before I had to leave for the airport, so I was extremely pleased when they actually arrived slightly early. They installed my thermostat and helped me set the unit up on my phone. Then spent additional time walking me through the app and the settings to make sure I understood everything. Minutes after they left, my app did some strange set up snafu, so I called them and Clayton immediately came back and patiently walked me through my phone set up with the thermostat. I was very happy with the service as it was critical that I got the thermostat up and running before I left town. Clayton was very detailed, efficient and patient. Will definitely use their company for any service of my HVAC.

Mark was extremely professional, accommodating and responsive to our needs. I called a different company first who advertised on the radio and they tried to seek us a new board, four dampers and new duct work. Mark repaired one bad damper which is all we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Twin Lake Air to anyone.

I've lived in Catalina for 9 years and have used Twin Lake several times for repairs and HELP. Mark and his team are always wonderful. This last time I called because of a pilot light issue and help was at my door in less than an hour. Thank you, Twin Lake!

We are so appreciative of Mark and everyone at Twin Lake Air. Our AC went out middle of July and they showed up within two hours and diagnosed the problem. Mark fixed it so we had temporary AC until they got the new part installed the next day. Great service and very helpful!

We were scheduled to have our new HVAC system installed 1/3/24 at 8:00am. Clayton and James showed up at the exact time. They worked nonstop for 4 hours to install it. They had to take down drywall (we wanted a built in look), but they very carefully put it back up to make it easy for us to mud over and fix. I’m still learning the new system they installed, as it’s WiFi controllable. They showed me how to use it, installed the application, and instructed me how to care for the filters. Yes, I even saw them vacuuming the outdoor sidewalk where some drywall dust occurred when they were cleaning up. This was all done at a fair price. Don't hesitate to use them. I’m very positively impressed and I don’t normally write reviews.

I had read the good reviews of Twin Lakes and decided to have them check the system as there were some quirks. Sue was great! Took her time and checked everything and explained it all to me. Will call them again next time for sure.

I've only lived in the area for 3 years but started using Twin Lake Air from the day we arrived and have been an EXTREMELY happy customer.  We've used them not only for routine maintenance but also for repair and installation and they excel at all of these things across the board.  Today's visit was just routine maintenance but it was a great experience.  My technician, Jose, was MORE than on time (which I liked), and he was professional, friendly, very helpful, and even took his shoes off, told me the analysis of each component, made sure to verify the air temperature coming out of the registers matches the temperature set at the thermostat (it did), he was just very thorough, pleasant and friendly.  I have not previously seen this particular technician before but I'm glad he's on staff now. Everyone else has been a pleasure to deal with as well.   They pick up the phone, they call you back if for some reason they're not able to handle the call at the time it comes in, they're just a great company to work with.

Twin Lakes serviced our AC and we had to move some venting. It worked quite well after some major work. Our heating wasn't working correctly however in January.The first two employees were not able to address the issue, but Michael came out fhe following week and seems to have addressed the lack of heating properly in our master bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Twin Lakes since they stand behind their service and Michael does a great job. Thank you!

Fan stopped working this morning on AC
Called and left a message . Got a call back and they were here under 30 minutes.
Needed a new motor . He was done under a hour . We have been using them now for 2 year’s tuning up AC and furnace .

Our A/C went out and we used our home warranty company to fix it. They were awful! Tried to tell us we needed a thorough cleaning that would cost $1200. We asked a friend for a referral and that is how we found Twin Lake Air. Shawnee was amazing! Checked out units, made modification and all was cured for less than the service charge for the home warranty. Twin Lake will have our business from here on out. Thanks, Shawnee!

Twin Lake Air just complete a two system install and I could't be happier with the results. Clayton and his team were prompt, professional and very courteous throughout the install. I had many many estimates and ended up choosing Clayton due to his price point as well as his responsiveness to the questions that I had. We had a 24 yo York system that failed and the new system is much more efficient and quieter.

Twin Lakes put in dual Mini split ductless units and addressed some minor plumbing issues we had. Everyone in the crew was professional and did such good work. Thank you Joshua, Linny, James, Clayton and Mark. A job well done. I highly recommend this company for your needs.

The best value for money. If you are using someone else you are probably paying double what you should be for a system that isn't any better.

Mr. Anderson installed our a/c and new furnace two years ago and we have been very happy with both the units and the service he provides. He's very dependable and trustworthy. We highly recommend!!!

Allen Anderson is wonderful. My AC died in summer and he had it replaced quickly and affordably. When the motor died this year, he was on it immediately. Honest, reliable, great service.
