We just started using Twin Lake Air last fall and they arrive on time, are courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable. We felt they excel in service and cost.

Clayton is great. Prompt service, did what he said, when he said. Even offered room air conditioner (hot and of course on the weekend) while he would be back on the Monday.

I've had to have these guys out on three separate occasions. As always, Murphy's law presided, a house full of guests, broken A/C. Start of a weekend, I smell nat gas coming out of our unit, and the most recent, 5:00 on Thursday, we are headed out of town that night expecting gram to dog sit all weekend and the a/c is blowing warm. In all three circumstances they've arrived ASAP. Always, kind, educational and professional. I'd highly recommend them.

Satisfied with service and repair persons that completed the work. After reviewing the bill, the following questions arose. What brand(s) of product do you use when replacing A/C start and run capacitors? Also what is your mark up percentage for each of these capacitors? In reviewing parts sources ranging from Home Depot to Grainger, it seems the mark up on the parts was high. There is no specific part information given on the bill, i.e., mfg. part number, etc. (why not?) Transparency is needed to build trust with customers. When the cost of two capacitors is $175.00 red flags do come up. Not making any accusations here. Just need to know what I'm paying for and how much. To continue using TLA, it is important to know that their prices are fair and reasonable. Suggesting you might want to ask a few questions up front. Thanks

My A/C broke down on a Friday late afternoon and Mark came out on a Saturday morning and had it fixed by Saturday afternoon. He even had to drive around to find a hard to find bracket on my blower motor. Reasonable and honest! Very professional.

Twin Lakes installed an entire heating/cooling system in my house last week. They had maintained the old system for a couple of years. The cost of the new Goodman was very reasonable and their customer service was outstanding.

We have used Twin Lake for our annual service on our furnace, a/c and heat pump. They are on time, very thorough, honest, courteous and fair pricing. Sue did our service today and she is great!

Clayton came and diagnosed, ordered the part and then came back and installed for a reasonable price. Then I thought I still had an issue, so Sue came back and found that I had caused a problem myself! No extra charge. Great people and I respect Mark's business morals.
