Trevor is an amazing HVAC tech. He is a clear communicator, showed up fast and on time even though it was after hours, was polite, was extremely proficient, was able to repair our AC unit quickly without any new parts by using a little elbow grease and sand paper, and he did it all at the low price quoted. He could have easily tripled his price if he were not so honest. The whole while he was positive, courteous, hard working and had a good sense of humor. If I had ten Trevors I could take over the world. Don't miss out- hire Trevor and keep his number. I did!

Another company tried to upsell me over $2,000 in unnecessary repairs, but Trevor quickly found the real issue, fixed it on the spot, and charged a fair price. He was honest, professional, and earned my trust immediately. I was also given an appointment time, and he showed up at that time, not a 4 hour window. Replaced a compressor same day it broke, service was swift and much more affordable than the leading companies I’ve had the misfortune to deal with in the past. If you want people who actually care about their work and customers give them a call, you won’t be let down.

Called at 7 o’clock. They were at my house by 8:30 and had my AC unit working again by 10. Very knowledgeable young gentleman charged a great price. They were very respectful of my house and my animals!

The whole team at Watson is extremely professional and kind while providing fantastic service and prices without working for commission; so you know they won't try to sell you something you don't need which is quite rare these days. Besides that it's also family owned and operated too making the overall experience sort of feel like you're part of the family too. You won't be disappointed. They replaced and serviced my unit for 15 years and counting.

One thing I really appreciate is their attention to detail and respect for my home. I have a sign asking people not to wear shoes inside, and they consistently put on booties without me ever having to mention it. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way.

I can not say enough good things about Watson Refrigeration. I needed an experienced company to replace my roof mounted HVAC. Three things were going on, I was having a new roof put on, and I needed a new gas line, and I needed new ductwork up on the roof. Watson did an incredible job fabricating new ducts to perfection. They installed a new gas line replacing the 45 year old existing one and improved on it's location. They fabricated a new stand for the HVAC to sit on, and they connected the power and thermostat with new parts. I am so happy with all the work these folks did, and if your searching for a very competent company I highly suggest you call Watson Refrigeration.

We are all shocked by the cost of things these days, but Watson's prices are very competitive with the other big names in our city (I know because I got 5 bids). I believe using a smaller company resulted in better communication and better expertise at doing the work, which I am grateful for.
