The absolute worst company in Tucson. If you want to be talked down to and made to feel as though you know nothing then by all means use them.

The gate keeping is entertaining. Only sells to HVAC license holders. If you’re a licensed general I suggest forming a business relationship elsewhere.

On hold for over 10 minutes and then they tell you that they don't do retail sales waste of time. I didn't need to order Freon or nothing like that illegal all I needed was a contactor

You have to be their member before you purchase any supply

Marc's team was professional and, most importantly, fast and cost effective. I had a Friday night sewer "emergency"--toilets draining slow or not at all, stagnant water in the shower, all around messy, but no smell of sewage at all. After speaking with Marc on the phone, we decided that it could wait to first thing Saturday morning. I needed that professional reassurance--which also saved me a lot of money. Saturday morning, the professional arrived timely and after a brief discussion, he went right to work. He performed the work very cleanly, protecting the floor in the bathroom, and making sure the disgusting sewer contents didn't go everywhere. It was pretty gross, yet when the work was complete, you'd never know anything had happened--they left the place entirely clean! The price was affordable--much lower than I was quoted by a larger chain plumber. They also gave me some helpful tips on how to prevent this issue in the future. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.
