Chas Roberts came out to the house and provided excellent service. The Tech took time to not only explain to me what the problem was, but was kind enough to wait a few extra minutes to explain to husband what the plan was (husband was inbound).
Then once the problem was fixed, the tech noticed another potential problem and took care of that. -
Do not use this Company, the workers are great, management is horrible. We have only had our house for a year and the A/c unit went out. After a year the warranty expires but they don’t tell you that. The manager swore at me, blamed me, then finally after a week fixed the problem, because I said I was going to file a complaint with the register of contractors. It was not an easy process but do t use Chase Roberts, if you can avoid it.

This team really saved me today! I have a VIP membership with another hvac servicing company but that company did not have the part needed for my a/c that stopped working (in the middle of the summer!) and wouldn't have it for another four days! So I called around and spoke to Jordan who located my warranty, told me he had the part stocked and sent his technician Francisco immediately. Francisco was professional, answered every question, took pictures of his work and paid attention to every detail. I felt like I was on THEIR VIP membership, wow! We had our issue resolved within a couple hours of calling. I would absolutely use them again, putting their card on my fridge! Thank you both again for your professionalism and your sense of urgency in handling our requests!!

We just closed on our new Home from KB and from Day one we had problems with the AC. It was placed next to the Master Bedroom and every time it turned on or off and was running it felt like it was right behind your Headboard. Even before we closed someone was out here to check on it, but said nothing could be done to fix the Loudness.
Then yesterday came the Technician CHRIS and he checked the whole system out and fixed what wasn't done correctly at tye initial Install. Our Son's Room didn't blew to much cold Air, Chris fixed that as well. This is a Mechanic who loves his Job and feels for the Customer and his way of Customer service is definitely unheard of these Days.We contacted KB Homes about his excellent service and work and leave this Review here for everyone to read. My AC will be serviced by Chris only because of his superior work. Thank you Chris for given us a good Night's sleep after 28 miserable Days. You are a valuable Asset to your Company and I hope they know it.
Be blessed Elke and Al -
Chas Roberts installed the AC in my new home and not even 4 years in the AC unit has had multiple issues that have costed thousands of dollars to repair. The other HVAC specialist I called out to look at the unit when I’ve had issues has stated that the issues resulted from poor installation of the unit. The work done by Chas Roberts is incredibly sketchy and one issue almost resulted in a fire in my attic after poor installation led to burning wires. I highly recommend you look for another HVAC specialist for work in your home.

I bought a Mattamy house 6 years ago and this company put in the A/C & heating. I had noise from blower so had a different company come and evaluate the problem. They notified me that the ducts put in my house was for a manufactured home. Smaller diameter than the correct ducts should have been. In result the whole system had to work harder to cool my house. Also the to tonage of the unit should have been 4-4.5 for my square footage of my house. There should have also been another air return put in which the lack of also made the whole system work harder. Beware buyers of new contruction.🥵🥵

Great service! Explain the process and provided recommendations. Installed a surge suppressor on both units to ensure no damage from power surges or ground outs.

not only is the license plate expired since 2022, he cut off everyone in a construction zone almost caused an accident. As a business owner I would never hire someone who drives a truck with equipment that could end life. This is extremely dangerous considering all of the stuff he has in the back that aren’t tied down. reported it to the number on the back as well.

I've been using Chas Roberts for 3 years now and any time my AC or water system needs a service they are there to do the job and do it right. They either come out same day or early the next day. I recently had one of my thermostats go bad and I made the call to Chas Roberts and they had one of their pro technicians by the name of Jake, out the next morning to replace it. Not only did he replace it but he looked over the entire AC system and made sure everything was running up to par. Im very satisfied with Chas Roberts.

Awful and DR Horton could not care less. Bought a house in Saguaro Bloom, Marana and not one neighbor happy with Chas Roberts a/c. The quality is terrible as they do low bid, low quality work. I am literally changing main two filters every two weeks and loud noise when turns on. Took photos of the inside off ducts as loose plaster like hanging from ducts and found in filters, very dirty. Had them come out and supposed to arrive 12-4. Guy finally shows up at 3:55. Refused to provide a business card or name as works for Chas Roberts and contract/warranty is with DR Horton he said. Nor any paperwork of any kind provided. He goes up in attic and after 15 minutes silence. Do not hear anything must be sleeping as I yelled up twice and no response. Finally at 5:20 comes down shows some photos he took that show nothing to me and do not address issues. Tell him that and he turns and goes out to truck. Then while I was in restroom he had returned and pulled my thermostat off and was changing. I asked why since they were there to clean ducts, loud noise when turns on and correct issues not having anything to do with thermostat. Never had one issue with thermostat! He muttered something then changed back to old thermostat picked up items said nothing else and left. He left shortly before 6. Went to see if they put attic access cover back and Chas Roberts had damaged it somehow. Time for another warranty request I suppose.
He never even looked at filters or ducts from hallway or bedroom nor helped in anyway. No response on why changing thermostat, damaged attic access cover, no card, paperwork nothing. Complete waste of my day and just going to have to get then out again or pay out of own pocket for someone else. Very upset with Chas Roberts and for DR Horton using them on homes they build. Avoid these people if possible! -
Francisco was the best, he took his time with my situation and corrected the problem. He also gave me some professional tips and advice to keep my a/c heating system in tip top shape. Francisco was kind and listened to our questions and concerns. Amazing job to him and Chas Roberts.

Keanu Gozum did a very professional job servicing our HVAC system. He was on time, very courteous & removed materials left from the work space. The employer is very fortunate to have Mr. Gozum on their team.

Our technician Ruben did an excellent job, our HVAC unit is running better than ever. Highly recommend him and ChasRoberts

Aiden was truly exceptional. Since moving to Arizona, I've experienced all kinds of technicians and contractors that don't show when scheduled and many of them cut corners that could become costly down the road. Aiden went above and beyond. He tidied up, tested the A/C unit and really went out of his way to make sure system was in tip top shape. Thank you Aiden!!!!

I had a no cool status due to something that could be prevented. Austin was the tech that came out. He was amazing. He explained what happened and how to prevent freezing my whole system again. He explained the importance of changing filters and doing basic maintenance. Being a new homeowner all this was new to me. I’m thankful Austin got our system up and running and for the education that was received.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Chas Roberts and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From the moment I contacted them, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before beginning the work.
What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. They completed the job efficiently and left the area clean, which I really appreciated. It's rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service, but Chas Roberts delivered on both fronts.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing services. Reliable, honest, and professional — they’ve earned my trust and future business! -
My heater in my new home was not running properly. Chas Roberts came out and fixed it, keeping me informed and in an exceptionally professional manner! Highly recommend!

Chas Roberts continues to impress me! All techs have friendly, courteous, and professional. We receive regular maintenance for our AC and have had to call them out a couple times over the years. They are very quick and responsive when it comes to scheduling a visit and/or repair. Living in the desert makes having a reliable AC company a must. Chas Roberts has earned my pick.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Chas Roberts since buying my new home in June 2022. The AC has had problems from the start. After multiple service calls to fix issues like blower motor failures, circuit board malfunctions, and compressor problems, the unit still isn't working correctly. As of August 2024, it continues to trip the breaker, even after three recent visits.
An inspection by another HVAC company, Strongbuilt, found that the condensate is improperly draining from the supply plenum, which could cause water damage. They also discovered the electrical connection to the air handler is overheating, with visible burn marks—a serious fire hazard. The furnace is incorrectly wired to a 20-amp breaker but should only draw 13.4 amps. Strongbuilt also pointed out that the damper system is not properly set up based on the total external static pressure and blower speed, causing frequent failures. Meanwhile, Chas Roberts’ latest technician blamed the problem on a “bad receptacle,” even though a previous technician had already said the receptacle was fine except for a loose wing nut.
Dealing with Chas Roberts has been frustrating and potentially dangerous. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
