DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they prematurely closed an open home warranty ticket on me after telling me they’d be back out to fix my AC unit in the middle of summer. I went back and forth with them over about 6 weeks, during which my house was around 85-90 degrees. After their last visit they said they’d be back out after they received approval for another part; so after about three weeks I called about 4-5 times and left voice mails, they did not return any calls. I had to call my home warranty company to find out this place submitted a ticket stating all the repairs were made on my unit. I was re-opened and another company which came out to diagnose my AC and found that this place did not address leaks in the refrigerant system, rips in the ducting, and faulty TXV valves. So, Little Hereos Cooling and Heating is not only unprofessional with how they handle customers they are clearly not knowledgeable enough to adequately and efficiently address your AC needs as my AC unit needed to ultimately be replaced which they failed to figure out.

I am so grateful to Little Heroes. After dealing with other companies that didn't respond, communicated poorly and didn't follow through, we were so relieved to be assigned Little Heroes for our AC repair. Having women come to diagnose and clearly communicate what we needed to repair and how the process would work was so much easier for us. They were professional, clear and fair. Even though our insurance company chose them for us, we will use them again for future needs. Hands down the best cooling and heating company we've used yet.

Came to the house and "fixed" the problem. About 2 hours after they left, the system started having the same issues. Tried calling them several times the next day during their normal business hours and they don't answer their phone. Their voicemail box is always full so you can't leave a message.
-
They worked quickly when our AC went out suddenly. The office was friendly and helpful to squeeze us in while they were in the area. The technician, Fernando, was knowledgeable, fast and got us back to cool quickly!

These guys are awesome.
They’re super knowledgeable and really fast! -
Very poor customer service. I've tried to contact the business but their voicemail is full and won't accept new voicemails. Had my air conditioning unit replaced and worked fine for a few days but the unit is not keeping my place cool. Also, contract states new thermostat should have been installed but the installer never changed it.

Excellent service re: a/c issue. Fernando provided great communication re: anticipated arrival time & clear explanation of problem. Quickly resolved problem and provided helpful and friendly guidance re: maintenance. Highly recommend this company!

We left a message for these folks 6.5 hours ago and they have not acknowledged the call. They contract for American Home Shield Warranty company and they are not very helpful either. This A/C company's office is 100 miles away and it is doubtful they will follow through. If we ever get any service, I plan to cancel AHS. We have several A/C companies in our immediate area and none of them do any contracting for home warranty companies.

After my recent HVAC Service (Little Heroes) experience through American Home Shield; I can’t recommend people stay away from either company enough.
After using the American Home Shield service request system for an Evaporative System call, the technician came out and spent all of 5 a 10 minutes looking at it and pulled a single panel (of 4 panels) off to make his snap judgement of my system.
He then comes back down and states everything looks fine and a single out with a chisel would knock the calcium off, the belt looked new and someone put a new motor on it.
Well, each panel took more than a day to clean up with a wire brush wheel and scraper, so that was a lie. The belt was so cracked that it was about to snap, it was also beginning to shred because I found pieces of it in the bottom. I took the last panel off and drain the tray to find someone had flex-sealed the entire bottom of the tray. As I start scrapping the built up areas, I found a large rust hole hidden by the flex seal that put the final nail in the coffin on my system.
After trying to get AHS to schedule to relook at it and dispute the initial service request, the service department then says that it won’t be covered due to rust or calcium build up.
This is clearly the business model, pay $100 for a service request, get the technician to tell the customer nothing is wrong and then AHS won’t have to cover it.
I had another local and highly rated HVAC company come out for a second opinion and they fully agreed the system was beyond redemption.
The AHS HVAC tech (Little Heroes) made it seem like he really didn’t want to be there or even perform the work, plus he didn’t even cycle the system on and off to make sure everything was working. If this is the service I can expect, I want no part of it. When I asked for a different company to evaluate my system, there apparently was no one else and it was only Little Heroes that AHS would work with.
Now to make things worse, I pay AHS a $100 service fee, then Little Heroes charges them $150 (all to look at my system for a whopping 5 minutes). So what does AHS do during cancellation and reimbursement of my contract? -they deduct his additional service fee, so what should have been an $815 reimbursement became $665, plus I already paid them $100 for. So now I’m out $250 for 5 minutes of Little Heroes time.
Stay away from these guys and more importantly, stay away from American Home Shield. Snakes in the grass, the lot of them. -
I have been dealing with Little heroes sense may through my home warranty AHS American Home Shield they send there tech out he spends 5 to 10 minutes tops at my property says its fixed and leaves the next day same issue my A/C unit is not cooling down the house I set my thermostat to 75 but with the record heat we had my A/C would run constantly and my temp in the house would be 85F to 90F. Every time I had to call AHS to get them back out they charge $100. The tech they have come out is worthless the company is worthless I don't know how they stay in business it must be by scamming people because they sure don't know how to fix A/C units don't ever use Little heroes or AHS i can't wait till my home warranty is up with them to find a different company because apparently Little heroes is the only A/C company they use ..... good for nothing scammers

Started a claim with American Home Shield on 9/5/2025 to get my A/C fixed. They assigned my claim to this company, Little Heros Cooling & Heating. I missed the initial call to schedule because I was working. I tried to call Francisco back and the phone only ever rings then says voicemail box is full. I have tried to call them back over 15 times. AHS has tried to contact them with no success through phone or email.
AHS says they can't change the provider as they had already tried to reach out. Today is 9/12/25. Avoid Little Heros if you want any kind of service. -
Great service! Same day service with an honest and professional technician. Will definitely continue with Little Heroes Cooling & Heating.
-
Little Hero’s has been amazing anytime my HVAC has been acting up! David is amazing and always gets us up and running in no time!
-
David was great went above and beyond to diagnose our issues , highly recommend asking for him if you go through this company! Will definitely be using him in the future for any heating and cooling needs

Got stuck with them thru American home shield.
What a waste of time. Been 6 weeks no heat. After a couple weeks of waiting for a part They wanted to come out on a day we weren't here but you cant ask them to reschedule you have to call AHS. Then hours of wait time with them. They can't change it with out contacting heros, well just try that! Open 10-2 but nobody answeres. Leave a message a text and email. No response. Contact AHS. They can't change it untill they speak to heros.
Earlier this week they text and say they have a person in the neighborhood, so I change my plans wait all day and no show no call. It's a vicious loop. Thes folks won't show up or call back and AHS won't do anything different untill these folks call someone back.
If anything at all choose someone else! Even home warranty I'd never choose AHS again.

After reading a few other reviews, I see that my experience with this company is not out of the ordinary. If I’d like to use my home warranty on AC repairs (AHS), I am forced to use this.. “contractor”.. they are incapable of answering the phone for customers, have terrible punctuality, and do not seem very knowledgeable on the products they are servicing - overall very unprofessional. This is my third time using Little Heroes since March ‘25 and I am yet to have a pleasant experience. I am currently waiting for them to schedule a dispatch to my house, at the time of writing this it has been 16 days since my service request with 25+ attempted phone calls to their office. They will not even respond to the warranty company that contracts them out. If possible, avoid this company.

As a retired HVAC contractor, I can unfortunately no longer service my own system, so I reached out to Little Hero’s for assistance. I was impressed with the professionalism of the service call. The technician, David, demonstrated honesty and integrity throughout the process, providing only the necessary services without any upselling. The efficiency of the work was commendable, and I appreciate their straightforward approach. I would recommend Little Hero’s for anyone in need of HVAC services.

Made a service request a lil over a month ago. Paid my hundred dollar ded. Guy comes out, looks a furnace, gave me a update and then look at ac and tried to sell me a new one. I told him no and haven't seen or heard from him since. They WILL not answer phone calls. Worst company!

I recently had HVAC work done at my home and wanted to share my experience. Project Specialist Marty was knowledgeable and guided me through the process. Service Tech David was prompt and professional, ensuring everything was functioning correctly. The installation was carried out by Daniel, who worked diligently to get the job done properly. Overall, this has been one of the better services I’ve received through my home warranty. I appreciate their efforts and would recommend them for HVAC needs.

Jacob was amazing!! Worked around my schedule, when he got there he had us up and running in a matter of minutes! If you looking or in need, definitely give these guys a shot!

ComfortX HVAC is fantastic. They are fast, amazing, and honest. We had a big name company come out and quote us almost 4 times more than what comfortX quoted us. They identified the problem and came back the next day to fix it. Matt was up front, honest, and friendly through the whole process. They did not try to upsell us on anything or attempt to push a new unit sale on us. We will definitely use them again for future HVAC needs.
