What an amazing company! Jacob had such a positive attitude and was so polite and respectful when he serviced our AC. He took the time to teach us what he was looking at and answer all our questions. It was also a very good price. I feel very good about our AC and using ComfortX for all our needs in the future!

Jacob was incredible. Thorough, professional, and prompt. He inspected our entire system and gave an honest evaluation. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave common sense recommendations rather than trying to sell everything under the sun like some others that we have had before did.

I got a referral from a co worker to call Jacob at Comfort X. This was a few weeks ago when we had multiple days of 110 degrees. My upstairs unit went out. I called Jacob around 10am, he said he could come by that day! Was there by 130pm, part changed out, installed and a/c fixed. Jacob was very professional, kind and checked on us the following day to make sure the unit was running proficently. Would HIGHLY recommend Comfort X and Jacob

Matt and Jacob are salt of the earth! The most professional, polite, knowledgable, honest, and detail oriented young men I encountered in the long process of deciding on a new AC unit. During the late June 114° heatwave, Matt came out to provide us a quote to replace our ancient system. He was very thorough in his questioning and measurements to provide us with the best system for our needs. While deliberating on which business/AC unit we would upgrade to, our compressor seized and we were forced to make an accelerated decision. Already massively impressed with Matt and ComfortX we gave him a call and explained that our situation was dire and we needed a replacement ASAP. He came over as soon he could (within an hour) to see if he could repair our current set up and get our home temperature below 92°. By 0900 Matt had confirmed that he would be able to replace our entire failed system the following morning. His team were all upstanding young men - hard working and professional. By that afternoon we were sitting comfortably in the AC, all for a VERY fair price, VERY worth every cent.

When it comes to your A/C unit there is always the question of… is my system working correctly? Did I ask the right question? Do I have any concern about my unit and things like that… then you have a conversation with Jacob about your unit and get blown away by the communication and knowledge Jacob has about not just your unit but HVAC system in general. Having Jacob go over our unit and do a thorough check up and step by step explain everything he is doing or experiencing during his process has been a great experience and most of all the knowledge he has about his work is definitely a treat and a piece of mind knowing you are in good hands with Jacob and his company Comfort X HVAC.. 5 star company hands down! I called them when my AC went out in the early morning. They squeezed me in their schedule for a stop and were at my house in 10 minutes. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in another 30 minutes. Less than an hour and my AC was fixed and I was able to get my house cooled down again. Very friendly and super reasonable pricing!

Comfort HVAC is the best! Jacob has saved us twice during the hottest months, fixing ACs on two different properties. He’s prompt, reliable, and explains everything clearly. Always shows up with a smile and genuinely cares—highly recommend!

Our AC went on the fritz this summer and Jacob came out and did an evaluation of our older unit and what it would cost to fix and we eventually came to the decision to get a new unit. Jacob and Comfort X did a great job in providing us a fair price for a new system (I did call another recommended HVAC for a quote for comparison and they never even returned my call). They discovered a leak in the underground pipe when testing the new system and came up with a great solution to avoid tearing up floors. Once the system was installed Jacob checked in with us the day after and came back and rebalanced our system. The AC has never worked so well and we no longer have rooms that are too cold or too warm. He checked back in with us again several days later to ensure we were happy with everything. Comfort X is a very knowledgeable and fair and trustworthy HVAC company and I would highly recommend them.

Awesome customer service! Prompt! Had technician sent to me within just a couple hrs of request!! Jacob(Tech) anilized my furnice with detail and actually took the time to explain what he was doing and what was going on with appliance delivering different options tayloring primary for our needs but also our budget!! Amazing HVAC company! Highly recommended! Was recommended by a coworker as ComfortX did not come up during my Google searches for local HVAC companies (because all the big guys have pay for more advertising). Matt was extremely responsive when initially booking the appointment and arrived on time to diagnose an AC repair (as opposed to one of the big companies, that I will not name, showing up three hours late). During the appointment, Matt was professional and upfront with what was needed for the repair and also explained a few extra services that he could provide for minimal cost while he was already repairing something. The team that performed the repair was professional and courteous. They also showed up on time and worked in an expedient manner. At one point, they had to get supplies from a hardware store, and they were back in 30 minutes as promised. The AC now works great and my family can be comfortable in the Tucson heat. Last but certainly not least, this small business was able to offer the repair for about a third of the price of the bigger companies - with better service as a bonus.

I was able to book a next day appointment when my AC stopped blowing cold air. The technician Jacob showed up promptly and assessed the AC. He was able to repair it for a low cost and didn't try to talk me into additional upgrades. Highly recommend!

I called ComfortX HVAC to do an inspection on our home units. Not only was the scheduling extremely simple - they were fast. I had the first appointment the following day. Jacob showed up on time, let me know he was on the way, and did a TON of work troubleshooting one of our units. He called all the manufacturers etc before giving me the update and we are so excited to have our AC unit repaired and brought back to working correctly.

Had my drain line clogged that created a leak. They cam out within 90 minutes and fixed the issue immediately. They offer a product that will turn off the unit if a future clog is detected. They also changed my filters and left the entire area cleaned. I highly recommend Comfort X. Better than 5 stars.

Great service from Comfort X. Mainly worked with Jacob but had a good experience with the entire outfit. I spent a couple of months shopping for an HVAC replacement and most companies ,even the highly rated ones, were slow to respond and follow up. Not the case with Comfort X. They were quick to respond and show up. Note: this was late fall of 2024 not the busy season.

In addition, the other companies wanted to sell me a 5 ton unit when my house max needed a 4ton. Having a 5 ton until already was an issue as it was short cycling and never comfortable in the home. Our home does not have a enough space for 5 ton intake and we didn't want a roof unit.

Comfort X was one of the few companies willing to do a load calculation to verify unit sizing and was confident they could increase the intake to make sure our system was balanced. They spent time with me getting the right size system ( 4 ton) and talking through units within my price range, efficiency goals and noise levels.

Ended up going with a Rheem, 4ton Gas Electric split, two stage system. Their install quality was top notch both in a small utility closet and on the exterior from the pad to wall/roof line and cover. Also, great electric tie in work with a surge protector. Their pricing for the complete install was super competitive and they turned it around quickly with good communication.

They just came back to check on the unit now as it's starting to heat up to make sure the AC is functioning properly and we are happy with the install. We are! My two bits of advice from a lot of quotes and research is go with the company that will do a load calc on your home and can demonstrate high quality installation. Comfort X has both and they have excellent service to round it out.

With the cost of new HVAC systems rising so high, we wanted to do all we could to get the best possible solution when our decades-old 5-ton Carrier system was struggling to keep up during a recent Tucson heat wave. Three AC companies rose to the top after a deep dive into online reviews - prioritizing quality equipment, excellent service, and fair pricing. I know this sounds incredible, but it’s all true. We were blown away that these guys could be THAT MUCH above and beyond their competitors, but this is supported by the fact that they boast nothing but solid 5-star Google reviews.

My point of contact was Matt, who happens to be one of the owners. Matt and his associate, Elias, were back out quickly to efficiently perform an outstanding installation in just one day. We could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience!
