Josh did an absolutely killer job installing a new heat pump at my house as well as installing and ducting new bathroom fans and an ERV. Most of the HVAC companies I talked to previously didn’t even know what an ERV is! He knows his stuff and is great to work with and I recommend him to everyone I know!

Josh and his team/family are amazing! You can tell that Josh loves what he does. He explains anything you want to know about your system. He can also explain what things are required by code. So happy to have found a reliable HVAC resource! Every interaction has exceeded expectations.

Great staff and wonderful prices

Had some issues with our A/C this year, the first being that our new thermostat wasn’t communicating with our outdoor unit and here most recently when our capacitor stopped working

In both cases AirHeadz Heating and Cooling came to the rescue. With their knowledgeable and friendly staff, they were able to remedy the problems and get our A/C back up and running for a fraction of the cost

113 degrees and 97 degrees in my home..Josh, Kris and Anthony worked for 3 days, 12 hr days to install a 4 zone cooling system. I was so impressed with the work, professionalism, knowledge and clean up..
The pricing was more than fair, Tucson has many choices for cooling installs and repairs, there's a lot of over pricing and unskilled companies in our panic of unbearable conditions...1st bid suggested a specific install which was not even possible given the yr of home and space for equipment. We rely on honest reviews, I highly recommend this small business.

Excellent, Honest, High quality work. I had an extremely good experience with Joshua and his HVAC business. I didn’t know what to expect but came across a positive review of Josh and want to add my review too. I recently had a motor seize up on my 16 year old AC and that was the original issue. Josh came out on a weekend to assess where things are going wrong. Not only did he confirm the issue, he recommended additional maintenance to clean and inspect the second unit I had. The quote was fair and honest. It was late in the day and Josh had parts on hand. We had a discussion about the option. Josh presented me with three option to replace the motor and maintenance package to maintain both my systems. And another option to replace the unit entirely. I wasn’t ready for the full replacement so opted with motor replacement and maintenance package. Glad I did, it gets better. Upon maintenance inspection after replacing the motor on the first unit, Josh was troubleshooting the second unit and uncovered an overcurrent situation and a blower unit that was leaking oil. (This unit was making noises too. It gets better, When Josh was accessing this unit to retrieve the blower it was uncovered that the main gas pipe that services this unit was not installed correctly (I mean, this pipe was pivotable and moveable and placed right in front of the access panel. From the previous install (hmmm, not sure how it passed inspection, but it is Tucson). This was my safety concern, so I asked Josh to update this configuration to the furnace and and give me another quote. Josh also found that the condensing pumps were not completely wired in and that both systems did not have safety overflows installed. So I got another quote. Josh is meticulous in his work. On one motor there was a dusting of paint, he cleans the blower wheels to clean and they looked new, installed new motors and Honest. I say this because, there were some parts not in the quotes and he still changed 4 caps with new ones to match his work and it wasn’t quoted so he worked it in and didn’t ask for me more money to cover. Hi quality work, he reworked the gas pipe configuration and even worked in ceiling anchors to stabilize the configuration due to the new route to get it correct. He took his time to get all the gas fittings correct and double checked everything. It was tight and not like the first gas configuration at all. Thank you Josh for making this aspect safe and getting the other safety features installed on both units. Thanks for the high quality work. Josh cleaned up so well that it was if he wasn’t in the house for the repair and even cleaned the outside. I am so happy to see all these considerations given where society is today. The owner is also the person doing the work which means you get the best pricing (you're not paying marketers/investors/office staff). He is extremely knowledgable and happy to speak in detail about what's going on with your system.

I've hired Air Headz twice, the first time was a quick troubleshoot of a failed thermostat that he was able to diagnose and repair the same day. The other time was for a failed heat pump. They were able to schedule for a new system the same week and did an exceptional job, on time, on budget.

Bottom line is that you cannot find a better contractor to help with your HVAC needs. Schedule, workmanship, price cannot be beat.

I highly recommend Josh and his company Air Head. I met Josh through my neighbor a couple years ago and helped get through the last 2 summers with my dieing Ac unit, somtimes coming over in the middle of the night to help us get cool air for the dogs. This summer Josh helped me sized the perfect AC unit for my house and saved me over $4000.00. His installation job was flawless and he went above and beyond, he even stayed late and help me trouble shoot my broken hot tub. Finally...a business with Integrity & work ethics you seldom see anymore! We needed a new air conditioner before this old as dirt one failed us when we needed it most. Josh (the owner) has been doing air conditioning work all his life & he's Great at what he does! He sells two very well known & highly rated brands, he never tried to upsell anything and his pricing is very fair and reasonable. He was on time and actually finished the job a day early. You couldn't ask for a more respectful, courteous group of guys to do work for you!

Air Headz waz amazing! I called due to my a/c condenser sounding a little different. They called 1/2 hr before showing up. This was not an obvious noise, but Josh took me seriously and started investigating. In the end I had 4 different issues that Josh was able to visibly show me and explain exactly what they do and how they impact my unit’s efficiency AND longevity. He took the time to make it right. His knowledge and ability to explain it to me was top notch and worth every penny. I felt the cost was more than fair for the time, the parts and knowledge.
I wouldn’t hesitate for a second, to recommend Air Headz to anyone for service and or installs.
