Great Organization.
Mo came on time and did a thorough service and gave me some helpful advice on using the vents to balance airflow within the house.
I also point out that the new system, which has been in almost a year and extremely quiet is saving us a good deal of money on the TEP bill.

I wanted to put in a new thermostat, to possibly be able to "Super Cool" my house. They came promptly, explained all the options, and installed the new, Wi-Fi based thermostat. I love it! I can control it from my Smart Phone. I really appreciated their courtesy and helpfulness.

I was outside of our condo complex with a repairman, from another air conditioning company, who had not brought the right ladder to get on top of my condo to repair my air conditioning. As it happened, Mo Hernandez from A.M. Heating & Cooling was pulling up in his van on another call in our complex. I waved him over and explained my situation; he offered to come to my unit when he finished his other call. Honoring his word, he came, fixed the air conditoner and I am one incredibly happy person. The service was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I'm a customer for life! Thanks.

I had my AC unit serviced in the past by AM Heat Cool and they provided good service. However, in 2018 they sold me a Goodman brand new unit with 10 years warrant that has been failing last consecutive summers. AM replaces the supposed part under the warrant but it costs me over $300 for service per part. They claim to have sold a brand new unit and not refurbished one. Stay away from Goodman brand while 10 year warrant may sound good idea, he service provider is benefiting for selling you a lemon. MReview-Aug-2022
