The only thing I was not happy about, I’ve never seen metal dropping and holes in the concrete from the brazing of the pipes.

Really bad experience, 3 days and couldn’t fix it, they charged 200 for the service and 200 one piece they changed but didn’t work , other company figured out and fix it 2 hrs , they logo said “one call fixes all”, I call them like 10 times and they didn’t fix it

These guys suck! And don’t rent from them cause there very inconvenient use non licensed contractors for work. And if these practices continue I may be forced to legally do something.

Purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment. When they didn't show up, I called the company and was told they can't make it and can't reschedule. Then told me to contact Groupon and request a refund...

Awesome company with great customer service! They were on time, and provided a courtesy call before arriving. We will be calling them again the next time we need AC work done right.

I am a tricky customer! I will be on the roof if I want to see what you are doing. I will google info to double check what someone is telling me. I will know if you BS me. I will expect explanations and a “free class” when I pay for work. I am not the stereotypical female. It actually frustrates me if I can’t fix things myself. (Youngest of 4 daughter’s and one son who all are do it yourselfers. Whether by osmosis or role modeling, our father taught us well!) Desert Star was super patient with me. They answered all my questions. They went over and beyond (way beyond) my expectations. They even got up on the roof of my house next door at no additional charge to help troubleshoot a squeaky damper. I am not sure I have seen a company work so hard do make a customer happy. Every worker and person I spoke with over the phone was respectful, patient and genuinely wanted to help. Fernan, Jim, Sean, Caesar, Manny and Allyse all were wonderful! It is hard to find businesses that actually try to earn your trust. They have earned mine! I highly, highly recommend Desert Star!

Great service with attention to detail. If you’re calling for service in the Summer people, be realistic, everyone is demanding immediate service so be patient. If they respond immediately, great, if they’re running behind it’s because there are other emergencies in front of you. When they get to you, they will do the job right.

These guys just finished replacing my entire unit after coming to service it a couple times.
