My compressor went out in my AC and a big company wanted to charge an absurd amount and it would be a week out to get done. I decided to look up a small business with good reviews. I called Paul, he answered right away and showed up to my house 30 minutes later. He had my system replaced that day, saved me thousands of dollars, and did the paperwork for my new warranty. If you ever have an AC need, I highly recommend that you call Paul, you will feel good about your decision. Thank you Paul for doing a great job!

Paul and Antonio were very professional and were able to diagnose and repair our A/C within a few hours. We had another company take a look at our A/C before we found them and they were oblivious to the total blockage of our return air duct caused by the duct collaping in. A first! …I had never before been satisfied with any company’s air-conditioning work until I used Capstone.

For a bit of history ...I’m an electronics guy, and as such I had been nursing my air conditioner along for 16-years. But, the compressor finally succumbed to age and failed last summer; the motor windings opened.

On a friend’s advice, I contacted Capstone. I asked the company to install a complete new system including the outside unit and the inside exchanger, blower and furnace. There were many challenges presented because of the shoddy installation executed by the original homebuilder. (“Shoddy” is not an opinion unique to me, but shared by several A/C technicians who saw the system.) The setup also had to be updated to use the new style Freon.

Anyway, Capstone completed the job in a timely and professional manner. The system has been running flawlessly for a year, so I am now offering my review.

I would not hesitate to use them again. However, I don’t think there will be a need for very long time.
