My a/c went down Sunday evening, I called several other companies, but no one was able to come out till Monday, I called affordable heating & air-conditioning and spoke with a gentleman named David, when i explained what my a/c was doing, David seemed very knowledgeable an told me he could be out to my home within the hour, less than an hour later David showed up and was able to diagnose and repair my system ,the price was less than 300 dollars and my a/c system was already cooling down my home, i can't tell you how grateful I am for these folks ,I highly recommend these guys for there fast and affordable service, thanks again.

David was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to trouble shoot and repair my cousins A/C unit in the peak of the heat, ON A SUNDAY! Answered the call and arrived within the hour and got the unit running and working better than usual and at a fair price! These days it’s unfortunate to be thinking am I going to be fleeced and or over pay for repairs not needed, that was not the case with David and his company, he gave a reasonable quote and did a amazing job. Thank you may others find this company and spread the word that great work and honest pricing still exists.

Single mom of 4 and AC was out for the last month and half in over 100° summer. We were SOOO depressed and miserable trying to cool with fans. Indoor temp was at 96°. Was quoted $2300 by another company to maintenance/clean each of my 2 AC units including filters being $600 each set, which totalled over $4000. We were trying to save up but never could.

Finally fed up, hot, and tired, I called Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning and David not only answered after hours but talked with me troubleshooting if my AC was even able to function. Turned out the front A/C DID WORK, just needed Filters Changed. When I told him the last price quote he was incredulous and upset on my behalf. I had been scammed and scared by a so called Reputable Company into not turning it on so they could come charge me more.
David came the very next morning, squeezing us into his packed schedule, to change out all the filters, replace a critical part on my back AC, and clean out the units.
ALL FOR UNDER $300!!!!
MY ACs are running smoothly and the house cooled off fast. My family and I and the pets are all finally comfortable. The RELIEF IS REAL!
There is no better company in price or honesty. David is my go-to AC/heat guy from now on. Don't waste your time with any other company.

We've used Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning several times over the past few years. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. David is quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional, and a genuinely nice guy. And the "affordable" in the name is true; prices are very reasonable and usually better than the competition. What's not to like?

Dave was great. He did a fantastic job and was, in fact, both very affordable and honest. He showed me exactly what the issue was and fixed it quickly. We will only use Affordable for our heating & A/C needs from now on.
Pay for a huge fleet of trucks and tv commercials & get big bills, or use this company and get great servicing at a much lower cost? A no-brainer. THANK YOU DAVE.

David and his crew are simply amazing! I would highly recommend!!! He saved me over $7,000 on my air conditioning unit! He was fast friendly reliable and extremely affordable!!!! I cant use enough exclamation marks in this review, thats how happy with my service I am!!!!!!!

We needed a new HVAC system and wanted to arrange for it before the possibility of prices increasing next year. We were looking at spending approximately $15,600 for a 16 seer 2-speed system with another company. We would have liked the 18 seer variable speed, but that company would have charged us almost $20,000 for it. But after speaking with David of Affordable Heating & Air, we were able to upgrade our choice to an 18 seer variable speed, which should maximize our ability to save on our electric bill -- and we paid LESS for the 18 seer variable than we would have paid for the 16 seer two speed with the other company! We paid almost $8000 less than we would have, had we purchased the 18 seer from the other company.

David and his crew were absolutely great to work with, from the very first meeting, to the completion of the work. Everything was done thoughtfully, thoroughly, and precisely. The entire crew was friendly, professional and informative. A total pleasure!

In conclusion, I just want to add that we are on a fixed income and the savings matters a great deal to us. What also matters, is that we had checked into solar, but it wasn't going to be a good fit for our circumstances; however now, with the 28 seer variable speed, we can actually look forward to lowering our electric bill, even though we couldn't get solar, and we're excited about that!
