Called them Thursday morning at 9:45. Two hours later they were at my house fixing my air conditioner. First time I had used this company. Very satisfied with their response and excellent work.

While I did end up going with a different company, I was very impressed with the level of communication provided by Frank and Derek. Derek answered my questions and laid out my options for repair or replacement without any pushiness.

I called Air Maintenance when my heat went out at home. They were quick in getting out and repairing my furnace. It was a big relief because we have children in the household. I highly recommend them because they were very professional and most of all very honest.

Frank is an awesome guy and fixed our AC within two hours of my call during the summer and 110 degree weather which is usually a busy season. Great company and customer service!

Over the weekend the blower motor of my air conditioning failed. I called on Monday morning expecting a day or so wait until they could come but Frank was able to find me a tech to come over early afternoon on Monday Bobby was friendly and knowledgeable and after checking out the system, he showed me exactly what was wrong and I authorized the repairs that he did it very quickly and efficiently. I'm really getting spoiled by them....

I just had them put in a new HVac system. It was a great experience. I had no air for a couple days and they worked it out to put in my new system asap. They were friendly and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend them.

This firm installed the entire HVAC system in our new home in the Tucson area. Near the end of the project, we had several "finalization" steps necessary to get ready for our final inspection and occupancy. These guys were extremely responsive and went out of their way to get to the house and complete these steps in a timely manner. One item in particular became a "hold" from the county (a house design issue unrelated to their efforts). When we called, they responded immediately, sent out a tech to help us resolve the issue, and cleared the path for our successful final inspection. In summary: friendly techs, responsive service, and a job well done. I'd hire these guys any time!

Today 02/23/2019 Mr. Frank Yslas responded to my call within a hour, even though I did not have a set appointment. He is very knowledgeable and explained how my HVAC works. He also made recommendations on how to maintain and improve it's performance. I appreciate his immediate response. If you want excellent service, I recommend him and his company.

I want to give a huge thank you to Air maintenance heating & cooling. They did and outstanding job with my air conditioning maintenance and new thermostat installation! They where polite And professional they also went above and beyond to wear gloves, mask and foot protection in my home. I would recommend Air Maintenance heating and cooling to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

These guys are the best in town! Matt was the nicest and most informative technician I have ever met and Frank was pretty good too! They had my AC fixed and blowing so cold in no time and for a reasonable price.

Frank and Thomas are the best! The whole team is amazing!! After years of constant problems with my moms AC unit and duct work and everything else that goes into making a good AC work. Frank came in assessed the problem and not just installed a new unit but really looked into how the new unit could be working more efficiently. Communication was excellent and can’t say anything more than excellent.

Matt came yesterday and was unable to fix my heat only because they didn't have the right part but he was really nice. Cisco came today super friendly and had the part first thing in the morning. Told me what he was going to do and checked my in it outside and made sure my a.c. was working properly too. Explained why one side of the house heats and cools better than the other. By far the single best HVAC service experience I've ever had in Tucson! AC was blowing hot air, in July, in Tucson... Frank scheduled the service visit quickly and Cisco was on time and professional. He replaced the capacitor on the spot and had us up and running in no time at all. Pricing was fair and overall experience was excellent. I will recommend them to all my friends & family! Much appreciated!!

We have dealt with Frank and Air Maintenance for years. They've kept our unit going. Unfortunately, on Friday, our AC stopped late afternoon. My husband is on home hospice so we were so worried. Frank had someone (Derek) here Sat at 6:30 AM. In the meantime the AC started working again, limping along. We needed a new unit, and since we've dealt with them for so many years I believed them. Over the weekend the unit limped along. Yesterday Tommy came by, sent by Frank, to check some measurements. Today they were ontime at 6 AM. They brought portable units for my husband's hospice room and my family room hideaway. Derek and Tommy are extremely efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Frank is an excellent owner and communicator. The installation was more difficult than they thought, they were here almost 10 hours. Ductwork needing to be installed, water leaks....but they managed. Many thanks to Derek, Tommy, Frank, and the entire crew. I'm feeling cooler already. Let's hope my electric bill is too!!!

My AC took a nose dive midday today. I called and they had a tech at my door in under an hour and a half. Frank Yslas showed up properly, professional, and outwardly friendly. The problem was diagnosed in under 20 minutes, and even though I was his last house call of the day, he made the necessary calls to confirm that the parts were in the warehouse, then drive over and got them. My AC was blowing cold and strong within 30 minutes of his return. I would highly recommend them. They are prompt, courteous and no pressure. And the final cost was extremely reasonable. They have my business if I ever have HVAC needs in the future. And, he liked my dogs. 5 and a half stars.

Have not finalized using their services yet, but after meeting Frank I could not help but leave a review. He happened to by in my area and swung by so quickly. He was the first person to come to our house that felt genuine and honest. We thought that it was time to replace our unit, which is a huge investment, and he gave us options outside of replacement that were more cost effective and showed me that the unit was not nearly as old as we assumed it was and that other companies told us it was. He then said that he would send a quote for the new system should we want to go that route instead and that he was willing to talk to my partner later too since he was not home at the time of the visit. 10/10 so far and I feel so lucky to have had the company recommended to us. Should we move forward with them, I will update my review accordingly. Thanks, Frank!!
