This company is incredible. I had three other companies out to service my Lennox HVAC system that had stopped working and both quoted me over $3000 for the repair. Derek came in, recognized the fault and fixed what was broken for less than $1000. No unnecessary work! Goes to show you they know what they are doing and fix to satisfy a customer rather than take them for as much money as they can. Thank you Derek!

Frank is professional, straightforward, and responsive. He arrived a short 2-hours after my initial call and had my AC working in less than 30-min for a rate that was substantially lower than another company had quoted me the day prior (literally thousands of dollars less expensive). It was obvious that Frank is knowledgeable and cares about what he does. Definitely recommended!

Frank and his technician Derek are the best around! They arrived within an hour of my call and were able to source a coil locally, that was originally on back order and had it installed a day ahead of schedule. My AC works better than when it was new. I highly recommend Frank and his team for any HVAC needs.

We called Tuesday afternoon and they were able to make it out Thursday morning. Quick response time, especially for peak summer time demand. Thomas was very kind and professional. He was able to fix multiple issues our previous AC tech said he was unable to do. Very quick and efficient. Second time we’ve used this company, and they’ve been nothing but amazing and very helpful. 10/10.

Air Maintenance Heating & Cooling are the best! They came out within a couple hours when I called with an emergency and Tommy took the time to figure out the problem (not a straightforward fix) and stayed long enough to ensure the unit was back up and running. They are great at regular maintenance and also installed a unit for us at a different location. They can do it all! They're professional, efficient, and kind. Definitely glad we are their clients!
