I prefer Temco over Hamstra & D&H. My colleagues and I are all technical professionals, and we appreciate the way Temco operates and interacts with clients. Greg Ford was my technician today, and I could tell he was an upfront, knowledgeable, trustworthy expert and just an all around respectful and humble person. I'm glad Temco values people like him.

The Temco Team performed an excellent job during the installation of my air conditioner and heat pump! They were very professional and went over and beyond the standard of service by showing me and correcting some errors that were made by the previous installation. We bought two aircon/furnace units many moons ago but since then we've been steadily using Temco for scheduled maintenance. The techs are always very professional, knowledgable and what is best, on time (typically at the very beginning of the window).

David from Temco came out to diagnose and fix an issue with our HVAC unit. He was honest, friendly, and did fixed the problem expertly.

Technician Angelo arrived on time. He was pleasant, courteous, respectful to property and knowledgeable. Angelo diagnostic skills were superb. He completed his job fast and gave advice and recommendations for future services.

2024 Update: Temco Air Environmental is a business worth trusting. I have been a maintenance customer for many years, and have always been provided thorough and professional service by the technicians but recently I had to have a repair performed during a cold snap. The person who arrived to help, who had been to my house before so knows my house and my unit, was amazing. Anthony Luis was thorough, intelligent, took a methodical approach, and was very persistent with a problem that was not easy to figure out. I was really glad he was the person helping me, and that my service contract was such a good one that this was not an expensive solution. Temco Air Environmental continues to provide genuinely excellent service and products. Thanks, Temco!

My HVAC system was installed by Temco Air, I also contract with them for semi annual checkups. I have always found their staff to by professional. Most recently Tom was here. He was on time, efficient, and in addition to my normal service call, he worked in two extra tasks I requested and very much appreciated!

I have used Temco for years and have always been pleased. This week, Pete H., a technician with Temco, came to do annual maintenance on my furnace. He was efficient, friendly and professional. He communicated clearly what he had done and how the furnace was operating. I appreciated his great customer service skills.

I just had Temco perform annual maintenance on my furnace, December 2025. David S did a thorough and professional job inspecting my furnace, including scoping into the equipment to detect if the gas flames were creating hot spots that weaken vent walls. He communicated what he was doing and showed me photos, advising me that he reduced the flame a little to reduce the chance of hot spots. I was very pleased with his work and was confident that he had a deep knowledge about my system. I asked and was told that Temco has changed ownership in the last several months and that it is looking perhaps at adding plumbing and electrical work to its scope of work. I am concerned that this wonderful company - known for its integrity, non-salesmanship approach and its seasoned, experienced service folks - may change in the future. What makes Temco my first choice is that it does not pressure me to upgrade and that its technicians aren't just out of HVAC school. I hope that that level of service and low-pressure approach will continue, and that it will continue to sent out highly experienced service folks.

Our service tech, Thomas, arrived on time and with a smile on his face when our dog greeted him. Ryka is an energetic 11 year old Terrier who never met anyone she didn't immediately like. Thomas was great with her, and with us, and went about servicing our HVAC system. He also repaired a thermostat that had been giving us trouble. All in all, a great service and one most appreciated by us.

Thomas was very friendly and helpful. He quickly found a solution to keep my filter in place and gave me information about a maintenance program! He also introduced me to air filter technology.

Parts needed to be ordered and it took 3 weeks to get with the holidays in between. Otherwise great service.

Our experience w/Temco has always been a very pleasant one. Their Technicians have been very efficient and knowledgeable -and David (our current tech) is no exception. He’s been here twice and is not only very professional, but a truly nice guy as well!
Look forward to seeing him in the fall for our winter service call. .

Sent an inexperienced tech out to inspect my a/c that was experiencing a cooling problem. Charged me $88 for a 30min mis-diagnosis and he wanted more time to call their “tech support” at $100+ /hr just to try and find out what the problem was.

I called a second company who sent a tech out and discovered a refrigerant leak in less than 5 min.

Don’t was your time & money on them.

I've used Temco for years now for my bi-annual servicing of my main house system and guest house mini-split. We had to replace our main house AC/Furnace & condenser and water heater and Hector & Jaime did an outstanding installation of a new Carrier HVAC system and the price was great too. I highly recommend Temco and all the technicians I have had the pleasure of working with.

We bought an older home with two Trane HVAC units....they were beginning fail being 20 years old. The sales and service we received was exemplary. They even arranged through a third party for interest free financing for one year helping us replace our two Trane units with Carrier units.

I am so impressed with Temco as a company and also every technician I have had contact with. Everyone has been friendly, knowledge, and efficient. And the prices are fair.
We recently had a service by Thomas that was very impressive. We had an unusual loud noise that seemed to come from the laundry room every time the HVAC came on. I wasn’t sure if I should call a plumber first but I chose Temco. They sent Thomas out quickly and he was able to determine the cause and fix it. It was a weird problem, but Thomas solved it. I am a loyal customer now!

We had ongoing problems with our wine room chiller that had been installed only two years ago. It was clearly a manufacturer issue, and not related to the actual installation. Rather than charge for the service and parts at full retail (for this out of warranty problem) they got the parts and installed them at a significantly discounted rate. They certainly didn’t need to do that, but they recognized the need to treat the customer right! Thank you.

Temco has serviced my AC since 2018 and I just wanted to thank them for doing a good job for me. They even adjusted my price without me asking when they had to return unexpectedly the next day on a weekend. Thomas was my technician that got me back up and running and was very considerate of my concerns. Thank you guys for the hard work!
