I have used Temco for 47 years and love them. Most recently I had an issue with my hot water in the bathroom. Thomas Hubbard came out to fix it, diagnosed the problem immediately, and referred me to a plumber since it wasn’t within his expertise. How refreshing! This is my experience with all the work Temco Air Environmental does for me- both heat pumps and hot water heater. They come when they say they will; they do good work; technicians are all professionals and act like professionals and prices are reasonable. Front office staff, Ashley in particular, is so pleasant, too.

David Softley is polite, friendly, professional and meticulous. He did a fabulous job installing my disconnect box. He also performed my Spring maintenance a month ago. I am 100% satisfied with his work and he is an asset to Temco Air. I highly recommend Temco Air for all of your HVAC needs.

I have dealt with Temco and they have been servicing the HVAC system at my commercial building for several years. They have always been top notch and provide great customer service. Today I encountered an emergency situation with an air conditioning unit for one of the tenants and they were quick to respond. I talked to Brandy this morning and she immediately communicated with the tenant what was going on and she was able to get a technician to the property in just a few hours. Duncan arrived at the property, spoke to tenant and came up with a diagnosis and solution. Not only did Brandy and Duncan give my situation their immediate attention but they were able to provide a solution requiring major implementation coordination and working with Rex at Temco it came together seamlessly. I can't say enough about Temco and my thanks again to Brandy and Duncan.

Recently my family had Temco relocate our air conditioner from off the roof to the ground level. We were very dubious as to how this could be done but left it in their hands! The team that came did such an amazing job, were extremely professional, thorough and worked very hard. They attended to minute details and left us with a beautifully relocated air conditioner that gives us an immense feeling of satisfaction each and every time we look over at it! Also we were stunned at what a reasonable price this was. We are very grateful for the exceptional job they did and would highly recommend Temco for this type of job.

Thomas is great. He is knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend him. I’ve had him work on several units of mine with great results.

Thomas and Duncan were here to repair my HVAC system. They did a wonderful job and took the time to show me how to maintain the house temperature. They also advised me to get in touch with Brandy to set up a maintenance plan. I took several business cards and plan to distribute them around our large community. Kudos for kind and caring employees!!

Thomas was professional, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He explained what he was going to do clearly. After the work was complete he briefed us on the service and the state of our HVAC system

just met with Thomas … he diagnosed issue ( fuse ) he looked at thermostat , My filter and gave me good advice there… He was extremely knowledgeable and personable… I was thinking of changing my air conditioning company… But definitely not now.

I also like your new paint job on your trucks… Very spiffy… You can’t sell them unless you tell him

Nothing unusual - just the same responsive and customer-attentive service as always. I go back a long ways with Temco, nearly 50 years. One of my daughter's best friends was a daughter of the original owners, the Wiersma family.

Duncan did a fine job but there was a total mistake on Temco's part. I paid for a 2 year renewal and they had no record of it. I finally had to email the paid reciept over. I wasn't home, I was with my son while he was getting surgery and a family member was at my house for me, for my appointment. I intentionally paid 3 weeks prior so there wouldn't be a problem. Duncan was about to charge us because it wasn't showing we had renewed. It was a mess and I was on the phone for 5 minutes emailing Anthony. He finally received it and forwarded it to billing so they could update my account to show paid. It was overlooked and I had paid $400, so for them to say I had a balance, it was not ok.

Thomas was awesome! Very kind and professional! Took time to explain all details of service call. I would highly recommend Thomas and Temco for all your HVAC needs!

Your technician David arrived promptly, identified the issue, and repaired it. He is knowledgeable and focused and got it done quickly. He also told me what to expect in the not too distant future, furnace-wise, which was something i needed to know.
This was my first Temco experience, and I am very pleased. You'll hear from me again in the future.

Hector with TEMCo is outstanding and we are always thrilled when he is assigned to our project. The entire company and everyone of the staff and technicians we have dealt with are extraordinary and a pleasure to deal with.

There aren't too many technicians who will take the time to explain and make sure you understand. Even with the seasonal service program we have. David was attentive and thorough. We appreciated THIS tech and strongly recommend.

If David leaves, we'll have to find another company. Even after 12 years with Temco. Kidding.

I strongly recommend Temco Air Environmental for their friendly, punctual, and honest staff. I purchased a house earlier this year and called Temco Air Environmental when I saw their logo on my AC unit. It turns out that the previous owners had been their client since 2007 and I can see why. I have now scheduled Thomas Hubbard (Technician) twice for his proffessionalism. Thomas is very knowledgeable and friendly; he is passionate about his job and makes sure I understand the entire process. I've had a great experience with the company so far and I hope you will too!
