If you’re looking for someone you can trust, I highly recommend these guys. After getting bids for a new system from four other HVAC companies it was an easy decision to go with ComfortX. Matt’s customer service was excellent. He was highly responsive and answered every question I had. I was impressed with the installation too - clean and professional. They obviously take pride in their work. I made the right choice.

Took Jacob up on a free inspection. He showed on time. Talked me through everything he was checking. He didn't see a need for service but offered to replace all my air filters for me. I appreciate his honesty. I took him up on the filters. Energetic, honest, and passionate is what I experienced. I definitely would recommend him and will use him in the future. Thank you, Jake!

I made an appointment with ComfortX in the morning and Jacob arrived at our house about 2:30 pm (very good response time). After some initial diagnosis, Jacob provided multiple options for repair. He did a standard leak check and after not finding a leak, he ran a high pressure nitrogen leak test. No leaks were detected so Jacob stated it could be a micro leak and suggested adding the appropriate amount of refrigerant and doing another standard leak test under pressure, which did not reveal any leaks. They will come back in a few days and check the pressure and then add stop leak. Jacob is absolutely the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and he was genuinely concerned about the cost of the repair. The bill was very reasonable and was less than 1/2 of the amount of another company’s estimate. I am amazed at what great service he provided and our air is working great now. I think ComfortX has 5 star ratings because they are the best.

Jacob was amazing and super knowledgeable. We had others come inspect our units and they didn’t even take the time to diagnose and explain in detail. Jacob was very detailed and informative and gave us options moving forward and even replaced our thermostat in the mean time. Thank you!

Matt saved me a few years back when he was just getting started. Helped my neighbor when he needed it. Called for a little check up on my Mr. Cool. Arrived on time, checked evening out including his original repair: Elias and Matt were kind, courteous and efficient. Reasonable prices; incredible customer service. Jacob and his team did an incredible job! My mom needed a new AC unit and I was impressed with the level of communication and service. I heard of them via a BNI meeting and was also heard several other give him praise.

Air Headz LLC is a Great HVAC service to use! The Owner, is very knowledgeable, and unlike some other local HVAC Services, the communication is great!! They are very good at telling you what the Issue is, and how it can be fixed, in ways the common person can understand. Prices are more than fair, and the work is Quality.

Joshua was very responsive. Sending me appointment reminders as well as a text when he was en route. Checked out our two A/C units in such a thorough way. Checking temps and levels and definitely left me feeling great about my A/C and the upcoming summer. Air Headz is the only number I need to keep in my repertoire for heating and A/C👍🏽

Our heat pump all of a sudden stopped working this afternoon. I called Air Headz because his business I saw on an Internet search that this business was close to us. The owner scheduled me for the same day, 8 pm to 8:30pm on Friday of the July 4th weekend! He came right out and diagnosed the issue as a blown capacitor, replaced the capacitor and got us up and cooling! He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. Since the unit is quite old I have asked him to give me a price on a replacement unit. I am so very pleased with his work, above and beyond and very reasonably priced on a holiday weekend!!!
