Our experience with ComfortX HVAC was fantastic. Jacob and Matt were very responsive to our questions, very professional during the installation and overall easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Matt of ComfortX HVAC, came by the house after a few days of our AC not running. He got to the house and was immediately onto a few solutions after figuring out the problem. He was very communicative about the problem and educated us on what specifically the issue was. Turns out our attic systems float valve became loose, and he tightened it. He didn’t try and charge us for extra parts or anything. Stellar work and trusting business. I will be using ComfortX from now and have already relayed his business to other friends! Highly recommended!!

New to Tucson with a 40 year old HVAC system. They scheduled me quickly. Matt, the technician, is an excellent communicator, professional and highly knowledgeable. He provided a great deal of information and the price was very reasonable! Highly, highly recommend.

I had ComfortX out to repair my gas furnace earlier in January. Matt came and diagnosed the problem very fast, and when he gave me the price of the part and labor I was shocked at the affordability! I’ve been recommending these guys to my circle and they have exceeded expectations.

This company went way beyond excellence. We’ve had problems for years and not a single person has ever tested for carbon monoxide, until jakob did. We found that it was causing over thirty parts per million, which eventually would have caused brain damage and death. Not only did they practically save our lives, they showed such competency in the removal and installation of a new furnace. Best of all it wasn’t expensive either.

Jacob is awesome, he tuned up my full system to make sure my Ice Cream shop is ready to be cold all summer long! Do not hesitate to call ComfortX!

The team was extremely timely and professional. They had everything operating again within pretty much 24 hours of their initial diagnostic visit. They are also very reasonably price. We’re at about a month later and everything is still operating smoothly.

Great team, absolutely recommend. Small operation that is thorough and attentive. I desperately wanted to reduce the exit noise on my registers with the new unit. Several other companies dismissed my concerns as something I’d just have to accept. However, Jacob was quick to offer several solutions from the unit we selected to some duct modifications. Went from F22 fly by to hardly noticing the unit is running. In addition to being timely and reasonably priced.

Couldn’t ask for a greater group of guys to come to my rescue when I needed to replace my entire AC system! Really happy with ComfortX!

So, I first became aware of them out of recommendation from several friends here in Saguaro Trails development (Houghton/Drexel) who had positive things to say. So, given they were close, looked professional, I decided to give them a chance.

I noticed my A/C was just not cooling, or taking forever to cool even a single degree, but the unit turned on, the fan spun up, the compressor seemed like it was working. So, I go outside and boom, I can see refrigerant leaking out (see the picture I attached). Pretty bad, super messy, and I needed a solution.

These guys were professional, didn't try to upsell me on nonsense I didn't need, gave me a fair quote (and rolled my diagnostics fee into my total overall repair costs for using them), and they communicated well. AC unit is blowing like new again. All I can say is they were absolutely fair about their costs. Oh and the best thing, I thought I was out of warranty on my unit after 5 years, but they looked it up for me and my unit was under warranty for 10 years, so the part was fully covered so I was just paying labor/refrigerant. That's awesome they called and checked that for me when I specifically said to them I was pretty sure warranty expired. Good for them for checking on our clueless behalf!

I will absolutely recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

ComfortXHVAC replaced our packaged heat pump system, craned onto our roof, installed and tested in six hour time period. They were the lowest bid of three, conducted thorough evaluation of home size, window status and existing ductwork. Highly recommend Matt and his team at ComfortXHVAC.
