Outstanding work by the Sonoran Gardens team. We had a complete redo of our backyard including extensive demolition, flagstone, new outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower, fire pit, planting, lighting and irrigation. Joey and team consistently approached their work as craftspeople. Budget and timeline were met. We are extremely happy with the finished project. Matt Niccum took personal owenership of the construction. Matt worked closely with designer Sven Gunn, who also did extraordinary work developing the design. I highly recommend Sonoran Gardens and Sven Gunn.

My husband and I recently moved into a new construction home and we knew we needed to transform the dirt wasteland of a backyard. We contacted a few companies for estimates on landscaping, and Sonoran Gardens immediately caught our attention. Matt, the Construction Manager, was very responsive and came to our home with Allen Denomy (Owner and Principal Designer of Denomy Designs) to walk the backyard and hear our ideas. Both Matt and Allen were extremely professional and helpful in offering suggestions on how to make our ideas come to life.

We worked with Allen to design the backyard and were blown away at how quickly he put our designs together. He was very detail-oriented and offered a lot of creative ideas that we would have never conceived on our own. The design process was iterative, and we felt Allen heard and implemented our feedback so we always felt comfortable that we would end up with a design that would actually work and look beautiful.

Once our design was finalized, Matt scheduled and coordinated all of the materials and labor. He quoted us 3 weeks to finish the backyard. To our pleasant surprise, everything went according to plan (and budget!) and they finished everything on the promised date. Matt was very communicative throughout the construction process, and it was easy to get ahold of him if we had any questions.

From start to finish, the entire process was so smooth, and we are so happy with our backyard. We will be working with Sonoran Gardens in the future for "phase 2" so we can enhance the yard with lighting and synthetic grass. Do not hesitate to give Sonoran Gardens your business!

Sonoran Gardens has planted 6 large pots in our yard for the last 13 years. They change them twice and year and refresh the pots every two weeks. Kara, who takes care of our pots, has always been professional and has become a friend. We have recommended Sonoran Gardens to many people.

We did a makeover of our backyard in conjunction with putting in a small pool. Sonoran Gardens coordinated the entire project from design through completion and we could not be happier with the result. They were flexible to work with, adopted our ideas and thoughts, and oversaw the whole project seemlessly.. It was completed on time, on budget and with no surprises. Highly recommend.

Sonoran Gardens recently completed a major overhaul of our landscape. The work included filling a pool, creating extensive new flagstone surfaces, installing artificial grass as well as extensive planting, installing a new irrigation and a low voltage lighting system. They also provided a metalworking subcontractor who did superior work creating fencing, gates, a large planter, and trellises. We're happy with the product. Matt Niccum is a very good listener, focuses on details and worked to make sure the work and project was completed to our satisfaction. We recommended working with Sonoran.

Sonoran Gardens Landscaping has taken care of our landscaping and and potted plants for the last 8 years. They are incredibly professional and responsive. Plus, they know their plants!

In addition to regular maintenance, we can depend on them to cover our potted plants if we are out of town and there are freeze warnings.

If we ever have an issue, which is rare, it is addressed immediately.

Matt and his team are just great. We had a major remodel/ irrigation/ lighting project done and they were great through the process in the middle of COVID. Great result, attentive to follow up issues, and even adjusted some plant selection after the design based on what worked well and what didn't. Would absolutely recommend Sonoran Gardens!!!!

Sonoran Gardens does amazing work! They did our entire backyard and front yard, including Travertine tile, decorative walls, trellises, and dividers, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and pergola, a fire pit, and lots of low maintenance desert landscaping. I highly recommend them! They are easy to work with and very conscientious with high standards and quality work.

We have used Sonoran Gardens for both installation (hardscape and planting) and for regular landscape maintenance for almost 12 years and could not be more pleased with their work. Their crews are knowledgeable and take a real interest in making and keeping our landscaping in top condition. We are contacted before each visit to see if we have any special concerns, a practice we've not seen before. Whenever we have had a problem, e.g. an irrigation leak, response is immediate and the problem is resolved. We cannot recommend this family owned business highly enough.

Workers are very good and courteous. Office does not follow up on requests nor information requested even after multiple attempts by phone, email and text.

Amazing! That is the best way I know to describe them. We moved here in June 2015 and they redid the landscaping completely. We have enjoyed it for the past 10 years. Since the initial installation they have maintained our landscaping. This included lighting, watering and system maintenance, trimming, replacing plants … There is pretty much nothing they don’t take care of. When we have any issues they are addressed in short order. I wish every company that provided service to us was this good!

We had Sonoran Gardens landscape and fence a large part of our backyard in 2020. They did an excellent job and we're still enjoying it 5 years later. Sonoran Gardens and the designer coached us how best to use the space and they were right! The best part is we are on their quarterly check-up program so can have them come periodically to check irrigation, do additional planting and various other services. Love them and truly recommend them.

This company gave us a wonderful quote for the job we wanted done. They kept the yard clean each day they left and they finished the yard to our satisfaction. Looking for more projects for them to do and we will be using them for monthly service as well! Highly recommend them!!!
